شركة MSD Gulf تعلن عن وظيفة مستشار طبي - اللقاحات (Medical Advisor Vaccines) في منطقة الرياض.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
المستشار الطبي هو المسؤول الأساسي داخل الدولة عن تطوير وتنفيذ الخطط الاستراتيجية للشؤون الطبية، ومن المتوقع أن يقضي حوالي 70% من وقته في التواصل الخارجي، ويركز على بناء الثقة مع المجتمع الطبي والعلمي وتسهيل التبادل العلمي بين الأقران.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وتنفيذ خطة الشؤون الطبية للدولة.
- ترجمة الأهداف والاستراتيجيات الطبية العالمية إلى تكتيكات وحلول تدعم التبادل العلمي الأمثل لتحسين نتائج المرضى وتعزيز الوصول إلى العلاجات.
- بناء الثقة مع المجتمع العلمي الخارجي عبر التبادل العلمي بين الأقران، والتعاون البحثي والتعليمي، بالإضافة إلى التفاعل مع الجمعيات العلمية والمنظمات الصحية.
- تقديم معلومات علمية غير ترويجية ومتوازنة وموثوقة وفقاً لمعايير الشركة واللوائح المحلية.
- قيادة اجتماعات المجموعات المحلية (Group Input Meetings) وتجميع الرؤى الطبية القابلة للتنفيذ لإبلاغ استراتيجيات الشركة.
- تصميم وتنفيذ أنشطة تعليمية علمية قيمة لوضع الشركة كشريك علمي للمجتمع العلمي.
- دعم أنشطة البحث السريري للدراسات العالمية والمحلية، وتحديد المواقع/الباحثين المحليين المناسبين لبرامج البحث السريري.
- إجراء التدريب الطبي لوظائف الشؤون التجارية والوصول والمبيعات والتنظيمية.
- تقديم دعم الوصول عند الحاجة (وصول المرضى قبل الترخيص).
- ضمان الإبلاغ في الوقت المناسب عن الأحداث السلبية، ومساعدة فريق التيقظ الدوائي في تقييم واستكمال البيانات المطلوبة للإبلاغ الأمثل.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- طبيب أو صيدلي.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في صناعة الأدوية.
- يفضل خبرة في قسم الشؤون الطبية.
- يفضل خبرة في مجال علاج اللقاحات.
- مهارات ممتازة في التعامل مع الآخرين، والتواصل، والتواصل الشبكي، والعرض التقديمي.
- القدرة على التعامل مع القادة العلميين بثقة عالية وعلاقة علمية رفيعة المستوى.
- خلفية علمية قوية وفهم للشؤون الطبية.
- إتقان اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
- إجادة استخدام برامج مايكروسوفت أوفيس (وورد، باوربوينت، إكسل).

Vaccines & infectious diseases is one of OUR COMPANY’s key focus areas. To date, we have launched numerous innovative molecules and continue to expand in high unmet need disease areas. We are currently hiring Medical Advisor Vaccines - Saudi Arabia.
Role Summary
The Medical Advisor holds primary responsibility within the country for the development and execution of the Medical Affairs strategic plans and, is expected around 70% of their time in external engagements.
Key responsibilities include cross-functional strategy collaboration and execution, building trust with the medical/scientific community, facilitating peer-to-peer medical and scientific exchange, and providing asset issue resolution support.

Responsibilities And Primary Activities
- Develop and execute country medical affairs plan.
- Translates Global Medical Goals and Strategies into tactics and solutions that support optimal scientific exchange aimed at helping improve patient outcomes and enhancing access.
- Builds trust with the external scientific community via peer-to-peer scientific exchange, research, and educational collaborations, as well as interactions with scientific societies, health organizations.
- Provides non-promotional, balanced, and reliable scientific information following company standards and local regulations.
- Leads country Group Input Meetings and consolidates actionable medical insights to inform company strategies.
- Construct & execute valuable scientific educational activities to position OUR COMPANY as a scientific partner to the scientific community.
- Supports Clinical research activities for Global & local studies.
- Identification of appropriate local sites/investigators for clinical research programs.
- Conducts medical training to the Commercial, Access, Sales & Regulatory functions.
- Provides access support as needed (pre-license patient access).
- Ensures timely reporting of adverse events & assists local Pharmacovigilance team in assessment & completion of required data for optimal reporting.
- Physician or pharmacist.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry.
- Preferable experience in Medical Affairs department.
- Preferable experience in Vaccines therapy area.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, networking, and presentation skills
- Excellent Communication Skills & ability to engage with Scientific Leaders in a confident high level scientific rapport.
- Strong Scientific background & understanding of Medical Affairs.
- Arabic & English Fluency.
- Good utility of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint & Excel)
