تعلن فقيه للرعاية الصحية عن وظيفة مساعد رعاية المرضى (Patient Care Assistant) في منطقة مكة المكرمة.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
ضمان تقديم رعاية شاملة ومتعاطفة للمرضى، ودعم المرضى والمتخصصين في الرعاية الصحية، والمساهمة في بيئة رعاية إيجابية وفعالة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تجهيز العيادة أو غرفة الإجراءات بجميع الأدوات والأجهزة والمستلزمات اللازمة لضمان الجاهزية لتقديم الرعاية.
- إجراء تقييم شامل للمرضى يشمل العلامات الحيوية والتاريخ الطبي وتقييم خطر السقوط وفحص أعراض الأمراض المعدية، وتوثيق النتائج بدقة وتطبيق الاحتياطات اللازمة.
- دعم الأطباء أثناء فحوصات المرضى والإجراءات السريرية مع التركيز على راحة المريض وسلامته طوال العملية.
- تنسيق وجدولة مواعيد المتابعة والإحالات إلى الأخصائيين والفحوصات التشخيصية اللازمة لضمان استمرارية الرعاية.
- مراقبة وإدارة المستلزمات والمعدات الطبية وضمان تزويد قسم العيادات الخارجية (OPD) بالمخزون الكافي، وتطبيق ممارسات استخدام فعالة والتأكد من دفع جميع الخدمات قبل الإجراءات.
- تسجيل العلامات الحيوية بدقة (درجة الحرارة، النبض، التنفس، مستوى الألم، تشبع الأكسجين، ضغط الدم) إلى جانب القياسات الأنثروبومترية.
- توثيق معلومات المرضى وأنشطة الرعاية بدقة في النظام، مع الالتزام بمعايير المؤسسة.
- التعاون الفعال مع الممرضين والأطباء وأعضاء فريق الرعاية الصحية لدعم خطط رعاية المرضى وضمان تنسيق تقديم الرعاية.
- إجراء تغييرات بسيطة للضمادات حسب الحاجة مع الالتزام ببروتوكولات مكافحة العدوى.
- إعطاء التطبيقات الموضعية وقطرات العين بدقة مع ضمان راحة المريض وسلامته.
- إجراء فحوصات فورية (نقطة الرعاية) حسب الحاجة باتباع البروتوكولات والإجراءات المعتمدة.
- ضمان تحصيل الرسوم الصحيحة عن الخدمات المقدمة للمرضى، وتتبع وإدارة استخدام المخزون مقابل المخزون الوحدوي.
- مراقبة مستويات المخزون بانتظام والتحقق من تواريخ انتهاء صلاحية الأدوية والأدوات، وضمان التجديد في الوقت المناسب.
- إبلاغ مدير التمريض بأي نقص أو مستلزمات وشيكة الانتهاء لتسهيل طلب التجديد من المستودع الرئيسي.
- اتخاذ الإجراءات المناسبة في الحالات العاجلة أو غير المتوقعة ضمن نطاق المسؤوليات الروتينية، وضمان سلامة المريض.
- تحديد والإبلاغ عن المعدات المعطلة أو التالفة، ومشاكل صيانة المرافق، ومخاطر السلامة أو البيئة للأشخاص المختصين.
- التنقل وتغطية الوحدات الأخرى حسب الحاجة، وإتمام المهام التي يسندها الممرض المسؤول أو مدير التمريض بناءً على الكفاءة والتوفر.
- العمل بنظام الورديات المتناوبة بما في ذلك عطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطلات الرسمية، والبقاء متاحًا للاستدعاء عند الحاجة لتلبية احتياجات القسم.
- مواكبة متطلبات التطوير المهني لتعزيز المعرفة والمهارات والممارسة في البيئة السريرية.
- الحفاظ على سرية معلومات المرضى وضمان أمان المعلومات الحساسة.
- مساعدة المرضى في احتياجات التنقل بما في ذلك نقلهم بين الأسرّة والكراسي والمواقع الأخرى، والمساعدة في المشي أو استخدام وسائل المساعدة على الحركة.

- إكمال التعليم الإلزامي حسب المتطلبات قبل شهر على الأقل من تاريخ الانتهاء.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- المهارات: الدقة، القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والإجهاد، المبادرة، العمل ضمن فريق، القدرة على التكيف مع التغيير والتقنيات المتطورة.
- الخبرة: سنة واحدة كمساعد رعاية مرضى، أو برنامج انتقال إلى الممارسة (للخريجين الجدد من برنامج ذي صلة).
- التعليم: برنامج تدريبي كمساعد رعاية مرضى / دبلوم في التمريض أو في نفس المجال.
- اللغة: إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثًا وكتابة إجادة تامة (شرط أساسي)، واللغة العربية مرغوبة.
- التراخيص والشهادات: رخصة من بلد المنشأ، رخصة مزاولة المهنة من هيئة التنظيم الصحي الإقليمية (مثل الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية / هيئة الصحة بدبي)، بالإضافة إلى شهادات ACLS و BLS وغيرها من دورات دعم الحياة الأساسية حسب المقتضى.

Key Responsibilities And Duties
- Ensures the clinic or procedure room is fully equipped with all necessary instruments, devices, and supplies, maintaining readiness for patient care.
- Conducts comprehensive assessments of patients, including vital signs, medical history, fall risk evaluations, and screening for symptoms of infectious diseases. Document findings accurately and apply necessary precautions.
- Supports physicians during patient examinations and clinic-based procedures, prioritizing patient comfort and safety throughout the process.
- Coordinates and schedule follow-up appointments, referrals to specialists, and necessary diagnostic tests, ensuring seamless continuity of care.
- Monitors and manages medical supplies and equipment, ensuring the outpatient department (OPD) is adequately stocked. Implement efficient usage practices and confirm that all services are paid for prior to procedures.
- Accurately records vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, pain level, oxygen saturation, and blood pressure, along with anthropometric measurements.
- Documents patient information and care activities meticulously in the system, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
- Collaborates effectively with nurses, doctors, and other healthcare team members to support patient care plans and ensure coordinated delivery of care.
- Performs simple dressing changes as required, maintaining adherence to infection control protocols.
- Administers topical applications and eye drops with precision, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Conducts point-of-care testing as necessary, following established protocols and procedures.
- Ensures accurate charging for services rendered to patients, tracking and managing stock usage against the unit's inventory.
- Regularly monitors supply levels and check expiration dates of medications and instruments, ensuring timely replenishment.
- Informs the Nurse Manager of any deficits or nearly expired supplies to facilitate timely requests for replenishment from the main store.
- Takes appropriate actions in urgent or unexpected situations within the scope of routine responsibilities, ensuring patient safety.
- Identifies and reports defective or broken equipment, facility maintenance issues, and safety or environmental hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Floats and covers other units as needed, completing tasks assigned by the Charge Nurse or Nurse Manager based on competency and availability.
- Works rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, and remain available on call as required to meet departmental needs.
- Keeps current with professional development requirements to enhance knowledge, skills, and practice in the clinical setting.
- Maintains patient confidentiality, ensuring that sensitive information is kept secure and private.
- Assists patients with mobility needs, including transferring them between beds, chairs, and other locations, as well as aiding with walking or the use of mobility aids.
- Reports any incidents or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel and assist with necessary follow-up actions to promote a safe environment.
