نبذة عن الوظيفة
ستقود فريقاً إقليمياً من مهندسي الميدان لدعم العملاء من خلال مرحلة ما قبل البيع، وهندسة الحلول، والخدمات الاحترافية. يجمع الدور بين الخبرة التقنية العملية وإدارة الأفراد والتواصل مع العملاء والتفكير الاستراتيجي. ستساعد المؤسسات في تصميم وتقديم حلول آمنة ومتينة للأجهزة المتصلة وبيئات الحافة (edge). ستقوم بتدريب المهندسين، وتعزيز الممارسات الهندسية، والمساهمة برؤى السوق القيمة لفرق المنتجات والهندسة. تعمل الوظيفة في بيئة موزعة عالمياً، وتتطلب التعاون عبر المناطق والعملاء والشركاء والفرق التقنية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة وتطوير ودعم فريق من مهندسي الميدان بمستويات تتراوح بين المبتدئ والخبير، مع المسؤولية عن أنشطة ما قبل البيع والخدمات الاحترافية.
- تحديد أهداف الفريق، وتخطيط الأولويات، ودفع التقدم نحو الأهداف والمشاريع والالتزامات التجارية المتفق عليها.
- التعاون مع القيادة لتشكيل استراتيجية الفريق والتنفيذ والأولويات التنظيمية.
- الدفع نحو التميز الهندسي والعمليات المنضبطة والممارسات التنظيمية الفعالة عبر الفريق.
- تدريب وتوجيه المهندسين، وتقديم ملاحظات منتظمة ودعم التطوير التقني والمهني.
- العمل كمستشار تقني موثوق للعملاء، ومساعدتهم في حل المشكلات المعقدة وفهم قيمة تقنيات لينكس الحديثة وإنترنت الأشياء.
- تمثيل الفريق ومنتجاته أمام العملاء والشركاء وأصحاب المصلحة والفرق الداخلية.
- مراقبة مؤشرات صحة الفريق والعمل المستمر على تحسين فعالية الفريق والتعاون والأداء.
- تقديم ملاحظات السوق والعملاء لفرق المنتجات والهندسة، للمساعدة في توجيه اتجاه المنتج المستقبلي.
- العمل بشكل أساسي ضمن منطقة زمنية واحدة مع التعاون الفعال مع الفرق الموزعة عالمياً.
- دعم السفر الدولي لحضور أحداث الشركة ولقاءات العملاء حسب الحاجة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خلفية أكاديمية قوية مع درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب أو تخصص تقني ذي صلة، أو خلفية مهنية بديلة مقنعة.
- خبرة واسعة مع لينكس المدمج (embedded Linux)، بما في ذلك Yocto أو تقنيات لينكس المدمج المماثلة.
- خبرة قوية في لينكس، مع تفضيل من لديه خبرة في Debian أو Ubuntu.
- خبرة سابقة في إدارة أو قيادة فريق هندسي أو تقني صغير.

- Extensive experience with embedded Linux, including Yocto or comparable embedded Linux technologies.
- Strong Linux expertise, with experience in Debian or Ubuntu considered an advantage.
- Previous experience managing or leading a small engineering or technical team.
- Demonstrated experience working directly with customers in technical, consulting, presales, professional services, or similar environments.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts and clearly communicate the business benefits of technology.
- Strong understanding of connected devices, IoT, edge computing, and the technical challenges associated with building secure and reliable device fleets.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
