المهام والمسؤوليات
- إنشاء وتعزيز بيئة عمل آمنة من خلال تحديد فرص السلامة في منطقة عملك.
- إدارة وتدريب الموظفين (Associates) للمساعدة في تقديم أفضل خدمة لعملائنا.
- ضمان تنفيذ طلبات العملاء بما يتوافق مع معايير الجودة والسلامة.
- تقديم معلومات حاسمة متعلقة بالمناوبات باستمرار للإدارة المباشرة والمشغلين.
- تعديل توزيع القوى العاملة خلال المناوبات لتحقيق الخطط والتوقعات وتجاوزها.
- التعاون مع وظائف الدعم أو الأقسام الأخرى لمعالجة المشكلات أو الاحتياجات المشتركة في مجالات الأداء الرئيسية مثل جاهزية منطقة العمل و 5S والسلامة والتدريب.
- المساعدة في حل تحديات الخدمات اللوجستية وسلسلة التوريد من خلال تحليل البيانات والابتكار وتحسين العمليات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنة في استخدام Microsoft Office (Word و Excel و Outlook).
- القدرة على رفع أوزان تصل إلى 49 رطلاً، والوقوف/المشي لمدة تصل إلى 12 ساعة، وأداء حركات متكررة كالدفع والسحب والانحناء والوصول.
- المرونة في العمل بجدول زمني مرن/مناوبات/منطقة عمل، بما في ذلك عطلات نهاية الأسبوع والليل والعطلات الرسمية.
- العمل 40 ساعة أسبوعيًا مع إمكانية العمل الإضافي عند الحاجة.
- يفضل وجود درجة البكالوريوس.

- Create and cultivate a safe working environment by identifying safety opportunities across your work area
- Manage and train our Associates to help deliver the best service for our customers
- Ensure that customer orders are fulfilled in line with quality and safety guidelines
- Continuously provide critical shift related information to frontline management and operators
- Adjust labor allocation throughout your shifts to meet and exceed plans and forecasts
- Engage with support functions and/or other departments to address common issues or needs in key areas of performance e.g. process area readiness, 5S, safety, training
- Help to solve logistics and supply chain challenges through data analysis, innovation and process optimization
- 1+ years of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) experience
- Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Do you have bachelor's degree?
- Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
