تعلن شركة Jobgether، بالنيابة عن إحدى الشركات الشريكة، عن توفر وظيفة مهندس عمليات أمنية أول في السعودية. ستعمل في بيئة هندسة أمنية عالية التأثير تركز على بناء وتشغيل وظيفة عمليات أمنية عالمية المستوى، مع الجمع بين عمليات الأمن وهندسة البرمجيات وهندسة الأمن وممارسات موثوقية الموقع لحماية البنية التحتية الرقمية المعقدة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم القيادة التشغيلية والفنية عبر مبادرات عمليات الأمن، والمساعدة في تشكيل وتحسين وظيفة عمليات الأمن باستمرار.
- تصميم وبناء ونشر وتشغيل البرامج والمنصات والأدوات الأمنية لتعزيز قدرات الكشف والمراقبة والاستجابة والمعالجة.
- مراقبة البيئات الأمنية، وتحديد التهديدات الناشئة، والتحقيق في الحوادث، وتنسيق الاستجابات، ودفع المعالجة الفعالة.
- تقييم الضوابط الأمنية الحالية والتوصية أو تنفيذ التحسينات لتعزيز الوضع الأمني للمؤسسة.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- 10+ سنوات من الخبرة المهنية ذات الصلة، مع خبرة واسعة في مجال الأمن السيبراني و/أو هندسة البرمجيات.
- خبرة مهنية في عمليات الأمن، ويفضل أن تشمل العمل داخل أو قيادة مركز عمليات أمنية (SOC).
- خبرة قوية في هندسة البرمجيات مع القدرة على تصميم وتطوير أدوات ومنصات أمنية موثوقة.
- خبرة في العمل مع بيئات أمنية معقدة أو عالية التأثير والقدرة على الاستجابة بفعالية للتهديدات المتطورة.

Accountabilities
- Provide operational and technical leadership across security operations initiatives, helping shape and continuously improve the security operations function.
- Design, build, deploy, and operate security software, platforms, and tooling that strengthen detection, monitoring, response, and remediation capabilities.
- Monitor security environments, identify emerging threats, investigate incidents, coordinate responses, and drive effective remediation.
- Assess existing security controls and recommend or implement improvements to strengthen the organisation’s overall security posture.
- Apply software engineering and site reliability principles to automate security processes and improve the scalability, reliability, and maintainability of security tooling.
- Mentor and support early-career Security Operations engineers, sharing technical expertise and helping them develop their capabilities.
- Plan, prioritise, and deliver security initiatives within an agile engineering framework.
- Collaborate across engineering and security teams to address complex technical challenges and improve organisational resilience.
- Contribute to the wider open source security ecosystem through technical projects, threat intelligence sharing, blog posts, whitepapers, research, or conference presentations.
- 10+ years of relevant professional experience, with substantial experience across cybersecurity and/or software engineering.
- Professional experience in security operations, ideally including experience working within or leading a Security Operations Center.
- Strong software engineering background with the ability to design and develop reliable security tools and platforms.
- Hands-on proficiency with scripting languages such as Python and Bash.
- Working knowledge of Git, GitOps, Infrastructure-as-Code, and modern orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of security operations, including security monitoring, threat hunting, incident response, remediation, and defensive security practices.
- Experience working with complex or high-impact security environments and the ability to respond effectively to sophisticated threats.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and mentoring skills, with the ability to provide technical leadership and influence others.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, STEM, or a related discipline, or a compelling professional background demonstrating equivalent expertise.
- A strong record of academic, technical, or professional achievement and a genuine interest in open source security.
- Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST CSF, CIS Controls, or ISO 27001 is valued.
- Experience with security architecture, leading security tools, offensive or defensive security teams, advanced persistent threats, or additional programming languages such as Go is an advantage.
