المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تنفيذ معاملات العمليات التجارية مع التركيز على الدقة والالتزام بالإجراءات.
  • التعاون مع كبار المحللين والمديرين.
  • المشاركة في مشاريع تحسين العمليات وتحليل البيانات.
  • المساعدة في تحديد اختناقات العمليات وضمان الجودة.
  • ضمان الامتثال للمعايير والإجراءات المعتمدة.
  • دعم كبار المحللين في تحليل اتجاهات البيانات وإعداد التقارير.
  • المساعدة في تحديث وصيانة وثائق العمليات.
  • العمل مع الفريق لتحقيق أهداف الأداء ومعايير الجودة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في مجال ذي صلة أو ما يعادلها من التعليم والخبرة.
  • خبرة عملية لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة مثبتة في معاملات العمليات التجارية.
  • إتقان إدارة العمليات التجارية وتحسينها.
  • التعلم المستمر مع مواكبة المعرفة الصناعية والتكنولوجيا.
  • يفضل درجة متقدمة في مجال ذي صلة.
  • يفضل الشهادات ذات الصلة (مثل Six Sigma, PMP) أو خبرة عمل كبيرة مماثلة.

Job Description

Essential Job Functions:

  • Execute business process transactions, focusing on accuracy and adherence to procedures.
  • Collaborate with senior analysts and managers.
  • Participate in process improvement projects and data analysis.
  • Assist in identifying process bottlenecks and quality assurance.
  • Ensure compliance with established standards and procedures.
  • Support senior analysts in analyzing data trends and reporting.
  • Assist in updating and maintaining process documentation.
  • Work with the team to meet performance targets and quality standards.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Typically, 2+ years of relevant work experience
  • Proven experience in business process transactions
  • Proficiencies in business process management and optimization
  • A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology Other Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree in a relevant field a plus
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, PMP) or significant relevant work experience a plus
