تعلن شركة DXC Technology عن توفر وظيفة Senior Linux Administrator في الرياض، السعودية. ستعمل على إدارة وصيانة أنظمة لينكس في بيئات الإنتاج والتطوير، وضمان توفر وأداء البنية التحتية العالية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تثبيت وتكوين وصيانة خوادم وأنظمة لينكس في بيئات الإنتاج والتطوير.
  • مراقبة أداء النظام وضمان التوافر العالي وموثوقية البنية التحتية.
  • تنفيذ ترقيات النظام وتصحيحات الأمان وتعزيز الحماية.
  • تشخيص وحل المشكلات المعقدة المتعلقة بالنظام والشبكة والتطبيقات.
  • إدارة صلاحيات المستخدمين والأذونات وسياسات أمان النظام.
  • أتمتة المهام الروتينية باستخدام سكريبتات (مثل Bash، Python).
  • التعاون مع فرق DevOps والشبكات والأمان لتحسين البنية التحتية.
  • تنفيذ حلول النسخ الاحتياطي واستعادة البيانات واستمرارية الأعمال.
  • توثيق إعدادات النظام والإجراءات والتكوينات.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب، تقنية المعلومات، أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5-8 سنوات في إدارة أنظمة لينكس.
  • خبرة قوية مع توزيعات لينكس الرئيسية (مثل Red Hat، CentOS، Ubuntu).
  • إجادة كتابة سكريبتات الصدفة وأدوات الأتمتة.
  • فهم متين لمفاهيم الشبكات (TCP/IP، DNS، DHCP، جدران الحماية).
  • خبرة في تقنيات المحاكاة الافتراضية (VMware، KVM، إلخ).
  • الإلمام بالمنصات السحابية (AWS، Azure، GCP) ميزة إضافية.
  • المعرفة بأدوات إدارة التهيئة (Ansible، Puppet، Chef) مفضلة.
  • مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات والاهتمام بالتفاصيل.
  • مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والعمل الجماعي.
  • الشهادات ذات الصلة مثل RHCSA أو RHCE أو ما يعادلها مفضلة.
  • خبرة في بيئات التوافر العالي والحساسة للمهمة مفضلة.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • إدارة أنظمة لينكس في بيئات الإنتاج والتطوير.
  • سكريبتات Bash وPython للأتمتة.
  • شبكات TCP/IP، DNS، DHCP، جدران الحماية.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain Linux servers and systems across production and development environments.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability of infrastructure.
  • Perform system upgrades, patching, and security hardening.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex system, network, and application issues.
  • Manage user access, permissions, and system security policies.
  • Automate routine tasks using scripting (e.g., Bash, Python).
  • Collaborate with DevOps, network, and security teams to optimize infrastructure.
  • Implement backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
  • Maintain system documentation, procedures, and configurations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Linux system administration.
  • Strong experience with major Linux distributions (e.g., Red Hat, CentOS, Ubuntu).
  • Proficiency in shell scripting and automation tools.
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls).
  • Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, KVM, etc.).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, or Chef) is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant certifications such as RHCSA, RHCE, or equivalent.
  • Experience in high-availability and mission-critical environments.
