Accenture Middle East تعلن عن وظيفة محلل IAM (إدارة الهوية والوصول) للسعوديين في الرياض.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • التعاون مع العملاء لجمع وتحليل متطلبات حلول حوكمة وإدارة الهوية (IGA).
  • بناء سياسات وعمليات وأطر عمل تتعلق بإدارة الهوية والوصول (مثل إدارة دورة حياة الهوية، طلب الوصول، تدقيق الأذونات).
  • إجراء تقييمات لعمليات وأنظمة وضوابط إدارة الهوية والوصول الحالية لدى العملاء لتحديد مجالات التحسين.
  • العمل مع العملاء لتطوير استراتيجيات إدارة الهوية والوصول، والهياكل، وخطط التنفيذ.
  • تحديد المتطلبات الفنية والتجارية لحلول إدارة الهوية والوصول.
  • تقديم المشورة بشأن تنفيذ ميزات جديدة لإدارة الهوية والوصول مصممة خصيصًا للبيئة المحددة.
  • إنشاء الربط بين فريق إدارة الهوية والوصول وأصحاب المصلحة من الأعمال، وتوثيق متطلباتهم المتطورة والتواصل حول خارطة طريق برنامج إدارة الهوية والوصول.
  • التركيز على النشر الفعال والطرح والانتقال للميزات والإصدارات الجديدة لمنصة إدارة الهوية والوصول.
  • تهيئة وتخصيص منصات حوكمة وإدارة الهوية (IGA) وإدارة الوصول (Access Management) لتتوافق مع العمليات التجارية والسياسات الأمنية للعملاء.
  • تطوير وتنفيذ سياسات التحكم في الوصول والأدوار والصلاحيات لضمان مستويات الوصول المناسبة عبر الأنظمة والتطبيقات.
  • تقديم التوجيه والخبرة حول أفضل الممارسات لإدارة دورة حياة الهوية، وإصدار الشهادات للوصول، والتحكم في الوصول القائم على الأدوار، وتقارير الامتثال.
  • التعاون مع الفرق متعددة الوظائف (الأمن، تقنية المعلومات، الامتثال) لدمج حلول حوكمة وإدارة الهوية في بيئات العملاء.
  • تقديم التدريب والدعم لفرق العملاء لتسهيل تبني حلول حوكمة وإدارة الهوية وإدارتها المستمرة.
  • التفاعل مع البائعين ومقدمي الخدمات لمعالجة الاتفاقيات التعاقدية المتعلقة بمنصة إدارة الهوية والوصول.
  • إعداد التحديثات والتقارير للإدارة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • الجنسية السعودية.
  • خبرة سابقة في الاستشارات (مفضلة).
  • شهادة SailPoint IdentityIQ Associate Certification، وشهادة BeyondTrust PAM/EPM وPRA Remote، وشهادة OCJP/SCJP (مفضلة).
  • قدرة مثبتة على العمل والمساهمة في بيئة فريق عمل.
  • مهارات متعددة المهام في بيئة سريعة الخطى.
  • مهارات تواصل قوية (كتابية وشفهية) ومهارات شخصية ممتازة.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • الإلمام بأنظمة إدارة الهوية والوصول (Microsoft AD, Azure AD, Intra ID, ADFS, MDM Intune, Office 365).
  • الإلمام بأنظمة إدارة الهوية والوصول (SailPoint, Entra ID, ForgeRock, Okta, Novell) وأدلة (LDAP, AD).
  • خبرة في Microsoft AD, Azure AD, Intra ID, MFA, SSO, PAM, IGA, وOffice 365.
  • الإلمام بالتحكم في الوصول القائم على الأدوار (RBAC) وهندسة الأدوار.

  • Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements for Identity Governance and Administration solutions.
  • Building polices, processes and frameworks related to identity and Access management (e.g. identity lifecycle management, requesting access, auditing permissions).
  • Conduct assessments of clients' existing IAM processes, systems, and controls to identify areas for improvement.
  • Working with clients to develop Identity and Access Management strategies, architectures, and implementation plans.
  • Defining technical and business requirements for identity and access management solutions
  • Advises on the implementation of new IAM features that are tailored to the specific environment.
  • Establishes the link between the IAM team and the business stakeholders, capturing their evolving requirements and communicating about the IAM program roadmap.
  • Focuses on the efficient deployment, roll-out, and transition of new features and versions of the IAM platform.
  • Configure and customize IGA and Access Management platforms to align with clients' business processes and security policies.
  • Develop and implement access control policies, roles, and entitlements to ensure appropriate levels of access across systems and applications.
  • Provide guidance and expertise on best practices for identity lifecycle management, access certification, role-based access control, and compliance reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including security, IT, and compliance, to integrate IGA solutions into clients' environments.
  • Provide training and support to clients' teams to facilitate adoption and ongoing management of IGA solutions.
  • Interacts with the vendor and service providers to address contractual agreements related to the IAM platform.
  • Prepares updates and reports to management.

  • Familiarity with identity and Access management systems (Microsoft AD, Azure AD, Intra ID, ADFS, MDM intune, Office 365)
  • Familiarity with identity and Access management systems (SailPoint, Entra ID, ForgeRock, Okta, Novell) and Directories an (LDAP, AD).
  • Experience in Microsoft AD, Azure AD, Intra ID, MFA, SSO, PAM, IGA, and Office 365
  • Certification in SailPoint IdentityIQ Associate Certification, and BeyondTrust PAM/EPM and PRA Remote, and OCJP/SCJP is preffered
  • Familiarity with RBAC and Role Engineering.
  • Prior consulting experience and Excellent customer-facing skills are highly desirable
  • Proven ability to work and contribute to a team oriented environment
  • Demonstrated multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
