تعلن شركة Hill International, Inc. عن حاجتها لتعيين منسق تدريب (سعودي الجنسية) للعمل في المدينة المنورة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تقييم كفاءة الموظفين الحاليين وإدارة تقييمات الأداء.
  • تحليل وتحديد الاحتياجات التدريبية الفنية في الشركة وتصميم برنامج تدريبي متكامل.
  • التواصل مع الموظفين ومناقشة المشكلات الفنية التي يواجهونها.
  • تطوير المواد التدريبية بما في ذلك الخطوط العريضة والنشرات والتمارين.
  • التنسيق مع خبراء الصناعة لإجراء تدريبات وورش عمل صفّية.
  • جدولة الدورات التدريبية عبر منصات التعلم الإلكتروني.
  • ضمان حصول جميع الموظفين الجدد على التدريب اللازم.
  • تقييم الأداء الوظيفي للموظفين لتحديد أثر التدريب بعد كل دورة.
  • جمع الملاحظات من المدربين والمتدربين وتقديم التوصيات لتحسين البرامج التدريبية.
  • التعاون مع الموردين المتعاقدين لبرامج تدريبية متخصصة.
  • الإلمام بسياسات الجودة والبيئة والسلامة والصحة المهنية المطبقة في الشركة والامتثال المستمر لها.
  • أداء المهام الأخرى التي يكلف بها من المشرف المباشر.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في تخصص ذي صلة من جامعة معتمدة، مع شهادة متقدمة في إدارة المشاريع.
  • خبرة عمل لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في المجال ذي الصلة.
  • معرفة عمليات وإجراءات الإدارة المهنية.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • خبرة وقدرة مثبتة على إجراء دورات تدريبية باستخدام تقنيات صفّية مبتكرة ووسائل تعليمية قياسية أو مرتجلة.
  • القدرة على تطوير خطة تدريبية للفريق.
  • مهارات في إدارة الأفراد والإدارة.
  • إتقان اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية (كتابةً وتحدثاً).

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate the current employees competency and manage personnel appraisals.
  • Analyze and identify the need for technical training in the company, design an integrated training program.
  • Communicate with the employees and discuss with them the technical issues all are facing.
  • Develop training material including outlines, handouts, and other exercises.
  • Coordinate with industry experts for conducting classroom-style training and workshops.
  • Schedule training sessions through e-learning platforms.
  • Ensure all newly hired employees are given the relevant necessary training.
  • Evaluate the job performance of employees to determine the effects of training after the end of each session.
  • Collect feedback from trainers and trainees and make necessary recommendations to make the training programs better.
  • Collaborate with vendors hired for specialized training programs.
  • Informs themselves of the relevant Quality, Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals and Procedures in place within Hill International, and ensures continued compliance with these requirements while employed by Hill.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related subject from a credited university with advanced project management certification.
  • Minimum 10 years of overall work experience in relevant discipline.
  • Knowledge of professional management processes and procedures.
  • Experience and demonstrated ability to conduct training courses using innovative classroom techniques and standard or improvised teaching aids.
  • Ability to develop training plan for the team.
  • Skill in personnel management and administration.
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English language
