THG هي شركة ضيافة سعودية تأسست عام 2019 تهدف لأن تكون رائدة محلياً. تركز المجموعة على تقديم مرافق طعام متميزة وتجارب طهي عالية الجودة ورضا العملاء. تلتزم THG ببناء شركة مطاعم سعودية 100% ذات علامات تجارية مميزة ومتكاملة. سيعمل صانع المحتوى على تطوير محتوى جذاب ومتوافق مع العلامة التجارية لمفاهيم المطاعم والمبادرات الضيافية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تخطيط وإنتاج محتوى لوسائل التواصل الاجتماعي والمواقع الإلكترونية والمواد الترويجية.
- التقاط وتنظيم الصور ومقاطع الفيديو القصيرة.
- التعاون مع فرق التسويق والتشغيل لدعم الحملات وسرد قصة العلامة التجارية.
- مراقبة أداء المحتوى وتكييف الرسائل بناءً على ملاحظات العملاء والتحليلات.
- ضمان الاتساق مع الهوية البصرية واللفظية لـ THG.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- مهارات قوية في كتابة المحتوى، والكتابة الإعلانية، وسرد القصص البصري للقنوات الرقمية.
- خبرة في إنشاء محتوى لوسائل التواصل الاجتماعي (منشورات، reels، stories) وتحرير الصور/الفيديو الأساسي.
- القدرة على تخطيط وتنفيذ تقاويم المحتوى بما يتوافق مع الحملات التسويقية وإرشادات العلامة التجارية.
- الإلمام بالعلامات التجارية للضيافة أو المطاعم وفهم تجربة العملاء واتجاهات الطعام.
- إجادة ممتازة للتواصل باللغة الإنجليزية؛ إجادة اللغة العربية ميزة قوية.
- دبلوم أو درجة في التسويق، الاتصالات، الإعلام، التصميم أو مجال ذي صلة، أو خبرة عملية معادلة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إتقان أدوات المحتوى والتصميم الشائعة (مثل Canva، Adobe Creative Suite أو برامج مشابهة).
- اهتمام قوي بالتفاصيل، إبداع، والقدرة على العمل في الموقع مع فرق متعددة التخصصات.

Role Description The Content Creator will be responsible for developing engaging, brand-aligned content for THG’s restaurant concepts and hospitality initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include planning and producing content for social media, websites, and promotional materials; capturing and curating photos and short-form videos; and collaborating with marketing and operations teams to support campaigns and brand storytelling. The role also involves monitoring content performance, adapting messaging based on customer feedback and analytics, and ensuring consistency with THG’s visual and verbal identity. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Al Khobar.

Qualifications

- Experience creating social media content (posts, reels, stories) and basic photo/video editing.
- Ability to plan and execute content calendars in alignment with marketing campaigns and brand guidelines.
- Familiarity with hospitality or F&B brands, with an understanding of customer experience and dining trends.
- Proficiency with common content and design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software).
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic fluency is a strong advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work on-site with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
