نبذة عن الوظيفة
- كمدير عقود أول، ستكون مسؤولاً عن الإشراف على جميع جوانب إدارة العقود طوال دورة حياة المشروع، بدءاً من الصياغة والتفاوض وضمان الامتثال للاتفاقيات التعاقدية المختلفة.
- ستتولى إدارة المخاطر بفعالية مع بناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء والمقاولين من الباطن والفرق الداخلية.
- يتطلب هذا المنصب خبرة عميقة في عقود البناء، حيث ستكون مسؤولاً عن تقييم الشروط وإدارة التعديلات وحل النزاعات.
- ستعمل أيضاً على مراقبة أداء العقود وضمان إنجازها في الوقت المحدد وضمن الميزانية المحددة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تولي جميع الأمور التعاقدية المتعلقة بالمشاريع المخصصة، من الصياغة إلى التنفيذ النهائي.
- ضمان الامتثال لجميع الالتزامات التعاقدية ومراقبة أداء العقود.
- قيادة المناقشات والمفاوضات مع العملاء والمقاولين من الباطن بشأن تعديلات العقود والفروقات.
- تطوير علاقات قوية مع أصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين لتعزيز التواصل الفعال والتعاون.
- إعداد وتقديم تقارير دورية عن التقدم المحرز في الأمور التعاقدية وإدارة المطالبات.
- تحديد المخاطر المحتملة ووضع استراتيجيات للتخفيف منها لحماية مصالح الشركة.
- ضمان التوثيق السليم للعقود وإغلاقها عند اكتمال المشروع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة البناء أو الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عاماً في إدارة العقود في مجال البناء.
- فهم شامل لقانون العقود واتفاقيات البناء.
- يفضل الحصول على شهادات مهنية في إدارة العقود (مثل CCM أو CPCM).
- يفضل خبرة سابقة في قطاع البناء في الشرق الأوسط.
- الإلمام بمبادرات رؤية 2030 ومدى صلتها بمشاريع البنية التحتية يعتبر ميزة إضافية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات استثنائية في التفاوض والتواصل والتعامل مع الآخرين.
- قدرات تحليلية قوية ومهارات التفكير النقدي.
- معرفة ببرامج وأدوات إدارة العقود.
- القدرة على العمل بفعالية تحت الضغط والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية الصارمة.
- إتقان اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية يعتبر ميزة كبيرة.

Responsibilities
- Take charge of all contractual matters related to assigned projects, from drafting to final execution
- Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations and monitor contract performance
- Lead discussions and negotiations with clients and subcontractors regarding contract amendments and variances
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to promote effective communication and collaboration
- Prepare and provide regular progress reports on contractual matters and claims management
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to protect the company's interests
- Ensure proper documentation and closure of contracts upon project completion
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in contracts management within the construction industry
- Thorough understanding of contract law and construction agreements
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
- Familiarity with contract management software and tools
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Professional certifications in contract management (such as CCM or CPCM) preferred
- Experience in the Middle East construction sector is highly desirable
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is a significant advantage
- Awareness of Vision 2030 initiatives and their relevance to infrastructure projects is a plus
