شركة Sofitel تعلن عن توفر وظيفة Butler (للجنسية السعودية فقط) في منطقة مكة المكرمة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- استقبال الضيوف ومساعدتهم وتوديعهم بترحاب واحترافية.
- توقع احتياجات الضيوف وتفضيلاتهم.
- تقديم خدمة شخصية وفاخرة طوال فترة الإقامة.
- معالجة طلبات الضيوف والترتيبات الخاصة بعناية.
- مساعدة الضيوف المهمين وتنظيم المناسبات الخاصة.
- التنسيق مع أقسام الاستقبال والتدبير المنزلي والمأكولات والمشروبات والإدارات الأخرى.
- تقديم معلومات عن مرافق الفندق وخدماته والمعالم المحلية.
- معالجة استفسارات الضيوف بشكل احترافي وضمان الحل السريع.
- الحفاظ على معايير عالية من المظهر والآداب والسرية والضيافة الفاخرة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات كـ butler أو في دور مماثل ضمن صناعة الضيافة الفاخرة.
- خبرة إشرافية مثبتة في إدارة فريق من محترفي الخدمة.
- مهارات ممتازة في التعامل مع الآخرين والتواصل، والقدرة على التفاعل بفعالية مع الضيوف وأعضاء الفريق والإدارات الأخرى.
- قدرات قيادية قوية وموهبة في التوجيه والتطوير للموظفين.
- إجادة استخدام برامج إدارة المنزلية وحزمة MS Office.
- اهتمام استثنائي بالتفاصيل ومهارات حل المشكلات.
- مهارات فائقة في إدارة الوقت وتعدد المهام.
- معرفة متعمقة بآداب السلوك والبروتوكول ومعايير الخدمة الفاخرة.
- الإلمام بالعادات والتقاليد الشرق أوسطية ميزة قوية.
- شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها مطلوبة؛ درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الضيافة أو مجال ذي صلة مفضلة.
- شهادة butler مهنية احترافية ميزة إضافية.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية مطلوبة؛ إجادة اللغة العربية مرغوبة للغاية.
- المرونة في العمل بنظام الورديات المتغيرة بما فيها عطلات نهاية الأسبوع والأعياد.
- القدرة على الحفاظ على السرية والتكتم في جميع الأوقات.

Job Description
Local Hire
- Welcome, assist, and farewell guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Anticipate guests’ needs and preferences.
- Provide personalized and luxury service throughout the stay.
- Handle guest requests and special arrangements discreetly.
- Assist VIP guests and organize special occasions.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other departments.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Handle guest concerns professionally and ensure prompt resolution.
- Maintain high standards of grooming, etiquette, confidentiality, and luxury hospitality
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a butler or in a similar role within the luxury hospitality industry
- Proven supervisory experience in managing a team of service professionals
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, team members, and other departments
- Strong leadership abilities and a talent for mentoring and developing staff
- Proficiency in household management software and MS Office suite
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Superior time management and multitasking abilities
- In-depth knowledge of etiquette, protocol, and luxury service standards
- Familiarity with Middle Eastern customs and etiquette is highly advantageous
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Professional butler certification is a plus
- Fluency in English required; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times
