فينا البحر الأحمر تعلن عن وظيفة مساعد مدير نادي الأطفال/نادي الشباب (مدير ترفيهي) في المملكة العربية السعودية، لدعم العمليات اليومية وتقديم تجارب آمنة وممتعة للأطفال والمراهقين والعائلات ضمن بيئة ضيافة فاخرة.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
مساعد مدير نادي الأطفال/نادي الشباب يدعم إدارة وتشغيل نادي الأطفال ونادي الشباب والأنشطة الترفيهية في الفندق، لضمان تجارب جذابة وآمنة ولا تُنسى للأطفال والمراهقين والعائلات. يساعد الدور في قيادة فريق الترفيه، وتطوير برامج الأنشطة الإبداعية، والحفاظ على أعلى معايير السلامة والإشراف، وتقديم تجارب شخصية تتماشى مع معايير الضيافة الفاخرة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- المساعدة في إدارة العمليات اليومية لنادي الأطفال ونادي الشباب ومرافق وأنشطة الترفيه المحددة.
- الإشراف على أعضاء فريق نادي الأطفال ونادي الشباب والترفيه وتوجيههم ودعمهم أثناء العمليات اليومية.
- تخطيط وتنسيق وتنفيذ برامج ترفيهية وتعليمية وإبداعية وثقافية وترفيهية جذابة لمختلف الفئات العمرية.
- ضمان أن تكون الأنشطة مناسبة للعمر، شاملة، آمنة، وتُقدَّم وفق المعايير المقررة.
- خلق تجارب شخصية لا تُنسى للأطفال والمراهقين والعائلات.
- مراقبة إشراف الأطفال والمراهقين وضمان اتباع إجراءات الحماية والسلامة المقررة في جميع الأوقات.
- ضمان اتباع إجراءات التسجيل، وتسجيل الدخول، وتسجيل الخروج، والاستلام المصرح به بشكل صحيح.
- الحفاظ على مستويات مناسبة من الإشراف (عدد الفريق مقابل عدد الأطفال) خلال جميع الأنشطة.
- إجراء تفتيش دوري لنادي الأطفال ونادي الشباب ومناطق الترفيه والمعدات والألعاب ومساحات الأنشطة.
- ضمان أن تكون جميع المرافق والمعدات نظيفة وآمنة ومنظمة ومُصانة بأعلى المعايير.
- تحديد مخاطر السلامة والمعدات التالفة ومتطلبات الصيانة أو المخاوف التشغيلية والإبلاغ عنها.
- المساعدة في إعداد التقويمات الترفيهية الأسبوعية والموسمية وبرامج الأنشطة الخاصة.
- دعم تنظيم الأنشطة العائلية والفعاليات ذات الطابع الخاص والاحتفالات والتجارب الترفيهية الخاصة.
- التعامل المهني مع أولياء الأمور والأوصياء وتقديم معلومات واضحة عن الأنشطة والجداول الزمنية وإجراءات السلامة.
- معالجة طلبات الضيوف وملاحظاتهم واستفساراتهم بشكل مهني ورفع الأمور عند الحاجة.
- المساعدة في جدولة الفريق وتوزيع المهام والتدريب والتوجيه ومراقبة الأداء.
- إجراء إحاطات الفريق وضمان نقل المعلومات التشغيلية ومتطلبات الضيوف بفعالية.
- مراقبة مستلزمات الترفيه والمعدات والألعاب والمواد والتنسيق لتعويض النقص.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة ومعلومات الحضور وتقارير الحوادث والوثائق التشغيلية.
- ضمان الامتثال لسياسات الفندق ومتطلبات حماية الطفل وإجراءات الصحة والسلامة واللوائح المعمول بها.
- التنسيق مع إدارات الاستقبال والتدبير المنزلي والأغذية والمشروبات والسبا والأمن والإدارات الأخرى لدعم تجارب عائلية سلسة.
- دعم إدارة الترفيه في التخطيط الإداري وإعداد التقارير وإعداد الميزانية والمتطلبات التشغيلية.
- أداء مهام أخرى يكلف بها من إدارة الترفيه.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- دبلوم أو درجة في إدارة الضيافة، الترفيه، إدارة الرياضة، تنمية الطفل، التعليم، أو مجال ذي صلة (مفضل).
- خبرة سابقة في نادي الأطفال، نادي الشباب، الترفيه، تجربة العائلة، أو بيئة ضيافة مماثلة.
- خبرة إشرافية سابقة أو قيادة فريق (مفضلة).
- خبرة في فندق فاخر أو منتجع أو ضيافة موجهة للعائلات (مرغوبة بشدة).
- معرفة جيدة ببرمجة الأنشطة الترفيهية والأنشطة المناسبة للعمر للأطفال والمراهقين.
- فهم قوي لمتطلبات حماية الطفل والإشراف والصحة والسلامة.
- شهادة الإسعافات الأولية والإنعاش القلبي الرئوي (CPR) (مفضلة).
- القدرة على العمل بساعات مرنة تشمل عطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطلات الرسمية والمناوبات حسب عمليات الفندق.

The Kids Club/Youth Club Assistant Manager supports the management and daily operation of the hotel’s Kids Club, Youth Club, and recreational activities, ensuring engaging, safe, and memorable experiences for children, teenagers, and families.
The role assists in leading the Recreation team, developing creative activity programs, maintaining the highest standards of safety and supervision, and delivering personalized experiences aligned with the standards of luxury hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the daily operations of the Kids Club, Youth Club, and assigned recreation facilities and activities.
- Supervise, guide, and support Kids Club, Youth Club, and Recreation team members during daily operations.
- Plan, coordinate, and implement engaging recreational, educational, creative, cultural, and entertainment programs for different age groups.
- Ensure activities are age-appropriate, inclusive, safe, and delivered according to established standards.
- Create memorable and personalized experiences for children, teenagers, and families.
- Monitor the supervision of children and teenagers and ensure established safeguarding and safety procedures are followed at all times.
- Ensure registration, sign-in, sign-out, and authorized collection procedures are properly followed.
- Maintain appropriate team-to-child supervision levels during all activities.
- Conduct regular inspections of Kids Club, Youth Club, recreation areas, equipment, toys, and activity spaces.
- Ensure all facilities and equipment are clean, safe, organized, and maintained to the highest standards.
- Identify and report safety hazards, damaged equipment, maintenance requirements, or operational concerns.
- Assist in preparing weekly and seasonal recreation calendars and special activity programs.
- Support the organization of family activities, themed events, celebrations, and special recreational experiences.
- Engage professionally with parents and guardians and provide clear information regarding activities, schedules, and safety procedures.
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and concerns professionally and escalate matters when required.
- Assist with team scheduling, task allocation, training, coaching, and performance monitoring.
- Conduct team briefings and ensure operational information and guest requirements are communicated effectively.
- Monitor recreational supplies, equipment, games, and materials and coordinate replenishment requirements.
- Maintain accurate records, attendance information, incident reports, and operational documentation.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, child safeguarding requirements, health and safety procedures, and applicable regulations.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Spa, Security, and other departments to support seamless family experiences.
- Support Recreation management with departmental planning, reporting, budgeting, and operational requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Recreation management.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Recreation, Sports Management, Child Development, Education, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in Kids Club, Youth Club, Recreation, Family Experience, or a similar hospitality environment.
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.
- Luxury hotel, resort, or family-focused hospitality experience is highly desirable.
- Good knowledge of recreational programming and age-appropriate activities for children and teenagers.
- Strong understanding of child safeguarding, supervision, health, and safety requirements.
- First Aid and CPR certification is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and shifts, according to hotel operations.
