تعلن شركة Faena The Red Sea (السعودية) عن توفر وظيفة نجار (Carpenter) للعمل في أحد منتجعاتها الفاخرة بالمملكة، ضمن فريق الصيانة والهندسة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنفيذ أعمال النجارة من إصلاح وصيانة وتركيب وتعديل في جميع أنحاء الفندق.
- إصلاح وصيانة الأبواب والأقفال والإطارات والخزائن والأثاث والرفوف والفواصل والتركيبات الخشبية الأخرى.
- فحص الأثاث والتركيبات والمنشآت الخشبية لتحديد التلف أو العيوب أو احتياجات الصيانة.
- إجراء الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية وفق الجداول وأوامر العمل المحددة.
- الاستجابة الفورية لطلبات الصيانة من غرف النزلاء والمناطق العامة والمكاتب والمناطق الخلفية.
- قياس وقص وتشكيل وتجميع وتركيب وتشطيب الخشب والمواد الأخرى حسب المواصفات المطلوبة.
- إصلاح وترميم الأثاث والعناصر الخشبية الزخرفية مع الحفاظ على معايير الجودة والمظهر الخاصة بالفندق.
- تركيب وضبط الأبواب والمفصلات والأقفال والمقابض والخزائن والرفوف والتركيبات ذات الصلة.
- قراءة الرسومات والقياسات والتعليمات الفنية ومواصفات العمل واتباعها عند الحاجة.
- استخدام الأدوات اليدوية والكهربائية ومعدات النجارة بأمان وبشكل صحيح.
- التأكد من أن جميع الأعمال المنجزة تلبي معايير الجودة والسلامة والتشغيل الخاصة بالفندق.
- المحافظة على الأدوات والمعدات والمواد ومناطق العمل نظيفة وآمنة ومنظمة.
- مراقبة مواد النجارة وقطع الغيار والإبلاغ عن الحاجة إلى التجديد عند الضرورة.
- حفظ سجلات دقيقة لأعمال الصيانة والإصلاح المنجزة.
- التنسيق مع أعضاء فريق الهندسة والأقسام الأخرى في الفندق عند تنفيذ أعمال الصيانة.
- دعم مشاريع الفندق والتجديدات والتركيبات والمتطلبات التشغيلية عند الحاجة.
- اتباع جميع إجراءات الصحة والسلامة والوقاية من الحرائق.
- أداء مهام أخرى يكلف بها من قبل إدارة الهندسة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- يفضل الحصول على مؤهل تقني أو مهني في النجارة أو الأعمال الخشبية أو حرفة ذات صلة.
- خبرة سابقة كنجار أو في دور صيانة مماثل.
- تفضل الخبرة في الفنادق أو المنتجعات أو العقارات السكنية أو المنشآت الكبيرة.
- معرفة جيدة بتقنيات النجارة والمواد والأدوات والمعدات.
- خبرة في إصلاح الأثاث وتركيبه وتشطيبه.
- فهم أساسي لمتطلبات الصحة والسلامة في مكان العمل.
- القدرة على العمل بساعات مرنة تشمل عطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطلات الرسمية والمناوبات حسب متطلبات تشغيل الفندق.

JOB OVERVIEW
The Carpenter is responsible for carrying out carpentry, repair, maintenance, and installation works throughout the hotel. The role ensures that furniture, doors, fixtures, fittings, and other wooden elements are maintained to the highest standards of quality, safety, and appearance, supporting both hotel operations and the overall guest experience.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform carpentry repairs, maintenance, installation, and modification works throughout the hotel.
- Repair and maintain doors, locks, frames, cabinets, furniture, shelving, partitions, and other wooden fixtures.
- Inspect furniture, fixtures, and wooden installations to identify damage, defects, or maintenance requirements.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance according to established schedules and work orders.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guest rooms, public areas, offices, and back-of-house areas.
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, install, and finish wood and other materials according to required specifications.
- Repair and restore furniture and decorative wooden elements while maintaining hotel quality and appearance standards.
- Install and adjust doors, hinges, locks, handles, cabinets, shelving, and related fittings.
- Read and follow drawings, measurements, technical instructions, and work specifications when required.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and carpentry equipment safely and correctly.
- Ensure all completed work meets hotel quality, safety, and operational standards.
- Maintain tools, equipment, materials, and work areas in a clean, safe, and organized condition.
- Monitor carpentry materials and spare parts and report replenishment requirements when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of completed maintenance and repair activities.
- Coordinate with other Engineering team members and hotel departments when carrying out maintenance work.
- Support hotel projects, renovations, installations, and operational requirements when needed.
- Follow all health, safety, and fire prevention procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Engineering management.
- Technical or vocational qualification in Carpentry, Woodworking, or a related trade is preferred.
- Previous experience as a Carpenter or in a similar maintenance role.
- Experience within hotels, resorts, residential properties, or large facilities is preferred.
- Good knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, tools, and equipment.
- Experience in furniture repair, installation, and finishing works.
- Basic understanding of workplace health and safety requirements.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and shifts, as required by hotel operations.
