تعلن شركة Faena The Red Sea عن توفر وظيفة ميكانيكي فني (Mechanic Technician) للعمل في المملكة العربية السعودية، ضمن فريق الهندسة في منتجع فاخر يهدف إلى تقديم تجارب استثنائية للضيوف.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
الميكانيكي الفني مسؤول عن فحص وصيانة وإصلاح وضمان التشغيل الفعال للمعدات والأنظمة الميكانيكية في جميع أنحاء المنتجع. يدعم فريق الهندسة لضمان تشغيل جميع المنشآت الميكانيكية بأمان وموثوقية وكفاءة، مع الحفاظ على أعلى معايير العمليات الفندقية وتجربة الضيوف.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء الفحوصات الدورية والصيانة الوقائية واستكشاف الأعطال وإصلاح المعدات والأنظمة الميكانيكية.
- صيانة المضخات والمحركات والصمامات والضواغط وأنظمة المياه وغيرها من المعدات الميكانيكية.
- تحديد الأعطال الميكانيكية وتنفيذ الصيانة التصحيحية اللازمة في الوقت المناسب.
- الاستجابة الفورية لطلبات الصيانة والمشكلات الفنية الواردة من مناطق الضيوف والإدارات الفندقية.
- إجراء فحوصات منتظمة لغرف المعدات والمناطق الميكانيكية والتأكد من تشغيلها بأمان وكفاءة.
- اتباع جداول الصيانة الوقائية وإكمال أوامر العمل الموكلة بدقة وفي الوقت المحدد.
- المساعدة في تركيب واستبدال واختبار وتشغيل المعدات الميكانيكية عند الحاجة.
- مراقبة أداء المعدات والإبلاغ عن أي خلل أو عيوب أو أعطال محتملة لمشرف الهندسة.
- ضمان تنفيذ جميع الأعمال وفقاً لإجراءات السلامة ومعايير المنتجع واللوائح السارية.
- الحفاظ على نظافة الأدوات والمعدات ومناطق العمل وتنظيمها بشكل آمن.
- توثيق سجلات دقيقة لأنشطة الصيانة والإصلاح والفحوصات وخدمة المعدات.
- مساعدة أعضاء فريق الهندسة الآخرين في أنشطة الصيانة والمتطلبات التشغيلية عند الضرورة.
- دعم مبادرات ترشيد استهلاك الطاقة والاستدامة ضمن قسم الهندسة.
- اتباع الإجراءات الصحيحة للتعامل مع قطع الغيار والمواد والمستلزمات الهندسية.
- الاستجابة لحالات الطوارئ المتعلقة بالصيانة ودعم فريق الهندسة لاستعادة العمليات بأمان وكفاءة.
- أداء أي مهام أخرى يكلف بها من قبل إدارة الهندسة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- دبلوم تقني أو مؤهل مهني في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الصيانة الميكانيكية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة سابقة كميكانيكي فني أو في دور مشابه للصيانة الميكانيكية.
- يفضّل خبرة في قطاع الضيافة أو المنتجعات أو صيانة المنشآت الكبيرة.
- معرفة جيدة بالأنظمة الميكانيكية والمضخات والمحركات والصمامات والمعدات المرتبطة.
- فهم ممارسات الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية.
- معرفة أساسية بمتطلبات الصحة والسلامة في مكان العمل.
- القدرة على العمل بساعات مرنة تشمل عطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطلات الرسمية والمناوبات حسب احتياجات العمل.

JOB OVERVIEW
The Mechanic Technician is responsible for the inspection, maintenance, repair, and efficient operation of mechanical equipment and systems throughout the hotel. The role supports the Engineering team in ensuring that all mechanical installations and equipment operate safely, reliably, and efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of hotel operations and guest experience.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of mechanical equipment and systems.
- Maintain pumps, motors, valves, compressors, water systems, and other mechanical equipment.
- Identify mechanical faults and carry out necessary corrective maintenance in a timely manner.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and technical issues from guest areas and hotel departments.
- Conduct regular inspections of plant rooms, mechanical areas, and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Follow preventive maintenance schedules and complete assigned work orders accurately and on time.
- Assist with the installation, replacement, testing, and commissioning of mechanical equipment when required.
- Monitor equipment performance and report abnormalities, defects, or potential failures to the Engineering Supervisor.
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with safety procedures, hotel standards, and applicable regulations.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean, safe, and organized condition.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, inspections, and equipment servicing.
- Assist other Engineering team members with maintenance activities and operational requirements when necessary.
- Support energy conservation and sustainability initiatives within the Engineering department.
- Follow proper procedures for handling spare parts, materials, and engineering supplies.
- Respond to emergency maintenance situations and support the Engineering team in restoring operations safely and efficiently.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Engineering management.
- Technical diploma or vocational qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Maintenance, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a Mechanic Technician or in a similar mechanical maintenance role.
- Hospitality, resort, or large facility maintenance experience is preferred.
- Good knowledge of mechanical systems, pumps, motors, valves, and associated equipment.
- Understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance practices.
- Basic knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and shifts, as required by hotel operations.
