المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة وظائف التخطيط المتكامل والجدولة عبر البرنامج
- إنشاء وصيانة وإدارة خطوط الأساس للمشروع والبرنامج بما في ذلك النطاق والجدول الزمني والافتراضات والمعالم الرئيسية
- قيادة تقارير أداء الأعمال ولوحات المعلومات التنفيذية

- دعم اتخاذ القرارات التنفيذية من خلال تحليل الأداء المبني على البيانات
- تنسيق تقديمات الحوكمة ومراجعات الرقابة على المشاريع
- قيادة تطوير استراتيجيات التعافي وخطط العمل لمعالجة مخاوف الجدول الزمني أو الأداء
- إعداد المخرجات الرئيسية: تقارير الأعمال التنفيذية، لوحات أداء البرنامج، تقارير صحة الجدول الزمني، تقارير الجدول الزمني المتكامل الرئيسي، سجلات المخاطر وتقاريرها، تقارير تحليل مخاطر الجدول الزمني، تقارير الحوكمة ولجنة التوجيه، تقارير مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية للمحفظة، مراجعات الأداء الاستراتيجية
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة من 10 إلى 15 عاماً في مجال الرقابة على المشاريع، مع القدرة على القيادة والتوجيه والخبرة الفنية لإدارة المهام المعقدة والمشاريع متعددة التخصصات
- يفضل الخبرة الإقليمية
- معرفة عميقة بالرقابة على المشاريع كما تُطبق في بيئات الإنشاءات الكبرى
- إجادة استخدام برامج الإدارة على مستوى المؤسسات مثل PRISM، Primavera P6، Aconex، ARM، PowerBI أو أنظمة مماثلة
- حضور بارز في القطاع/الصناعة يُعترف به ويُقدر من قبل الأقران كسلطة قادرة على العمل مع الفرق لحل المشكلات التقنية وتحقيق مستوى عالٍ من الضمان في مخرجات المشروع
- مهارات تواصل قوية للتعبير عن التوجيه الفني بوضوح لأصحاب المصلحة من المستوى العالي
- خبرة كبيرة مطلوبة في تطوير وتنفيذ وإدارة أنظمة الأعمال، بما في ذلك السياسات والإجراءات المنطبقة على الدور وعبر المشروع

We are seeking a Senior Manager - Project Controls (Planning, Risk & Business Reporting) to join JASARA PMC. It will lead integrated planning, schedule management, risk management, governance reporting, and executive business performance reporting across assigned programs. Responsible for providing leadership with clear visibility of delivery status, key risks, strategic issues, schedule impacts, and overall program health.
Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a Senior Manager - Project Controls (Planning, Risk & Business Reporting) to join JASARA PMC. It will lead integrated planning, schedule management, risk management, governance reporting, and executive business performance reporting across assigned programs. Responsible for providing leadership with clear visibility of delivery status, key risks, strategic issues, schedule impacts, and overall program health.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead integrated planning and scheduling functions across the program
- Establish, maintain, and govern project and program baselines including scope, schedule, assumptions, and key milestones
- Lead business performance reporting and executive dashboards
- Oversee development and maintenance of integrated master schedules
- Perform schedule analysis, critical path assessments, and recovery planning
- Lead enterprise risk management activities, including identification, assessment, mitigation, and reporting of project risks
- Conduct schedule risk analysis and quantitative risk assessments
- Consolidate reporting outputs from planning, interfaces, information management, quality, and delivery functions into integrated management reports
- Present delivery performance, confidence levels, risks, and strategic issues to senior leadership
- Ensure adherence to governance frameworks and reporting standards
- Drive implementation of reporting systems, KPI frameworks, and performance measurement methodologies
- Lead integration of functional data sources into a consolidated reporting architecture
- Support executive decision-making through data-driven performance analysis
- Coordinate governance submissions and project control reviews
- Lead development of recovery strategies and action plans for schedule or performance concerns

- 10 - 15 years' relevant project controls experience, leadership, direction and technical expertise to manage complex tasks and multi-discipline projects
- Regional experience preferred
- In-depth knowledge of project controls as applied in major construction environments
- Demonstrate proficient use of enterprise-level management software such as PRISM, Primavera P6, Aconex, ARM, PowerBI or similar systems
- Significant discipline/industry presence recognized and valued by industry peers as an authority able to work with teams to solve technical problems and achieve a high level of assurance on project deliverables
- Strong communication skills to articulate a clear technical direction to senior stakeholders
- Significant experience required in development, implementation, and management of business systems, including policies and procedures applicable to the role and across the project
- Analytical and thorough, problem-solving ability
- Able to connect people and issues and drive a quick response
