سيتولى Senior Design Manager الإشراف على عمليات التصميم المعماري ودمجها لضمان توافق أنواع الأصول المختلفة مع الرؤية المبتكرة للعميل. سيقود فريقًا إبداعيًا لتحقيق الجودة والتميز في التصميم، ويعمل بشكل وثيق مع مدير المشروع وأصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين والعميل لتنفيذ مشاريع استثنائية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على نطاق التصميم وإدارة الجدولة
- ضمان الامتثال لمواصفات المشروع ومعاييره
- توجيه دمج حزم التصميم والتركيز على السلامة ضمن جهود التصميم
- التعاون الفعال مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات خلال جميع مراحل المشروع من المفهوم الأولي إلى التنفيذ النهائي
- إنشاء وثائق تصميم شاملة تشمل المجموعات المعمارية والتقارير

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المعمارية أو مجال ذي صلة
- خبرة مثبتة في التصميم المعماري وإدارة المشاريع
- خبرة مهنية لا تقل عن 15 عامًا في المجال ذي الصلة
- معرفة شاملة بالأنماط المعمارية ومبادئ التصميم للمساحات العامة
- إتقان قوي لبرامج التصميم بما في ذلك Revit و AutoCAD و Adobe Suite
- مهارات قيادة وتواصل وشخصية ممتازة

The Senior Design Manager at JASARA PMC will oversee and integrate the architectural design processes to ensure that different asset types are in with the innovative vision of the Client for the project. The ideal candidate will lead a creative team, for quality and design excellence, and work in close collaboration with the Project Director and other essential stakeholders & Client to deliver exceptional projects.

- Ensure compliance with project specifications and standards
- Direct the integration of design packages and emphasize safety within design efforts
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams throughout every project phase, from the initial concept to final execution
- Create comprehensive design documentation, including architectural sets and reports
- Supervise architecture and design staff, offering strategic guidance on design initiative
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree In Architecture Engineering or similar related field
- Proven expertise in architectural design and project management
- A minimum of 15 years of relevant professional experience
- Thorough knowledge of architectural typologies and design principles for public spaces
- Strong proficiency in design software including Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Suite
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Experience with large-scale, multidisciplinary projects is highly preferred
