نحن في IHG Hotels & Resorts نبحث عن مضيف/مضيفة (Hostess/Host) للانضمام إلى فريق الأغذية والمشروبات في فندق Holiday Inn Riyadh Rose Yard في الرياض.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الترحيب بالضيوف بحفاوة عند وصولهم ومرافقتهم إلى طاولاتهم بأسلوب ودود ومهني.
- إدارة حجوزات المطعم وقوائم الانتظار وتوزيع المقاعد لتعزيز الكفاءة ورضا الضيوف.
- تنسيق تخصيص الطاولات بناءً على الحجوزات وتفضيلات الضيوف والمتطلبات التشغيلية.
- مراقبة إشغال المطعم والتواصل مع فريق الأغذية والمشروبات حول توفر الطاولات.
- الاستجابة الفورية لاستفسارات الضيوف وطلباتهم الخاصة وتفضيلات الجلوس.
- المساعدة في استقبال كبار الشخصيات (VIP) والحجوزات الجماعية والمناسبات الخاصة لضمان تجربة شخصية.
- الحفاظ على منطقة استقبال منظمة ومرحبة، والتأكد من توفر القوائم والمواد الترويجية وتقديمها بشكل مهني.
- التنسيق مع النُظّار (Captains) وعاملَي الأغذية والمشروبات والمطبخ لضمان انسيابية تدفق الضيوف أثناء الخدمة.
- التعامل مع استفسارات الضيوف بلطف، وإحالة المشكلات المتعلقة بالخدمة إلى مشرف الأغذية والمشروبات عند الحاجة.
- الرد على المكالمات الهاتفية بشكل مهني، وإدارة استفسارات الحجز، وتقديم معلومات دقيقة عن خدمات المطعم وساعات العمل.
- الترويج لعروض المطعم والقوائم الخاصة وفعاليات المطعم عند الاقتضاء.
- الالتزام بمعايير النظافة الشخصية للفندق وممارسات الصحة والسلامة.
- دعم عمليات المطعم خلال فترات الذروة وأداء مهام أخرى يكلف بها مشرف الأغذية والمشروبات أو مدير المنافذ.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها؛ دبلوم في الضيافة يُفضل.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 1-2 سنوات في خدمة الأغذية والمشروبات أو استقبال المطاعم أو خدمة العملاء، ويفضل أن تكون في بيئة فندقية.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتعامل مع الآخرين مع موقف ودود ومهني.
- قدرة قوية على التنظيم وتعدد المهام.
- القدرة على البقاء هادئًا ومهذبًا في بيئة سريعة الوتيرة.
- مهارات كمبيوتر أساسية ومعرفة بأنظمة الحجوزات أو نقاط البيع (POS) تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- مظهر أنيق واهتمام كبير بخدمة العملاء.
- إجادة جيدة للغة الإنجليزية؛ اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية.

The role works closely with the service and kitchen teams to maintain efficient guest flow while delivering friendly and professional service in accordance with Holiday Inn and IHG brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage restaurant reservations, waitlists, and seating arrangements to maximize efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate table assignments based on reservations, guest preferences, and operational requirements.
- Monitor restaurant occupancy and communicate table availability with the Food & Beverage team.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, special requests, and seating preferences.
- Assist with VIP arrivals, group reservations, and special occasions to ensure personalized guest experiences.
- Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area, ensuring menus and promotional materials are available and presented professionally.
- Coordinate with Captains, Food & Beverage Attendants, and the Kitchen to ensure smooth guest flow throughout service.
- Handle guest concerns courteously and escalate service issues to the Food & Beverage Supervisor when necessary.
- Answer telephone calls professionally, manage reservation inquiries, and provide accurate information about restaurant services and operating hours.
- Promote hotel dining promotions, special menus, and outlet events when appropriate.
- Ensure compliance with hotel grooming standards, hygiene practices, and health & safety procedures.
- Support outlet operations during busy periods and perform other duties as assigned by the Food & Beverage Supervisor or Outlets Manager.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Diploma in Hospitality is preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Food & Beverage service, restaurant reception, or guest service, preferably within a hotel environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and courteous in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation or POS systems are an advantage.
- Well-groomed appearance with a strong customer service focus.
- Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
