تسعى شركة بارسونز (Parsons Corporation) إلى توظيف مهندس مرور (Traffic Engineer) للانضمام إلى فريق عمل مكتب إدارة المشاريع (PMO) الجديد في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، للمساهمة في مشاريع الطرق السريعة والبنية التحتية الكبرى.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- القيام بإعداد ومراجعة تصاميم إشارات المرور والتقاطعات والأعمال المؤقتة وكل ما يتعلق بتصاميم الهندسة المرورية، مع ضمان التواصل الفعال والتعاون مع فريق المشروع طوال دورة حياة المشروع.
- المساعدة في تطوير وإدارة نطاق كل مهمة من مهام التصميم الهندسي المروري، وإعداد الجدول الزمني، وتحديد الميزانيات، بما في ذلك متابعة تقدم المشروع وتخصيص الموارد لضمان إنجاز العمل بنجاح.
- إعداد مخططات الهندسة المرورية، والتي قد تتضمن تصاميم الإشارات، وتصاميم اللوحات والعلامات، والتصاميم المفاهيمية للتقاطعات، أو تصاميم أنظمة النقل الذكية (ITS).
- التنسيق مع مختلف الخبراء المتخصصين، مثل المساحين ومصممي الطرق، لضمان تسليم المشاريع بنجاح؛ ويتضمن ذلك تسهيل التعاون وتقديم التوجيه ودمج خبراتهم في خطط إشارات المرور والتحكم المروري.

المتطلبات الأساسية
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة.
- 10+ سنوات من الخبرة العملية ذات الصلة.
- خبرة أو إلمام ببرامج Microstation و Bentley OpenRoads و/أو Projectwise.
- فهم استخدام أدوات تحليل المرور بما في ذلك HCS و Transmodeler و Synchro/SimTraffic.
- فهم تطبيق مبادئ عمليات المرور بما في ذلك معايير ITE و OMUTCD و MUTCD و ODOT TEM و AASHTO ومتطلبات ODOT L&D.
- خبرة في إعداد مخططات التصميم الهندسي المروري.
- خبرة في تصميم وتخطيط إدارة المرور.
- خبرة في واحد أو أكثر من المجالات التالية: معايير تصميم ODOT، تصميم ITS، دراسات عمليات المرور، أو الرسم المفاهيمي للتقاطعات.
- خبرة في مراجعة تصاميم الطرف الثالث والتنسيق بشأن الملاحظات للحصول على الموافقة.
- خبرة في العمل ضمن بيئة فريق متعدد التخصصات.
- نهج استباقي تجاه الأنشطة الخاصة ومساعدة التخصصات الأخرى، قدر الإمكان عمليًا، للمساهمة في الكفاءة العامة لمكتب إدارة المشاريع (PMO).
- إجادة استخدام برامج CAD وحزم البرامج الأخرى المرتبطة بالهندسة.
المتطلبات الإضافية (المفضلة)
- خبرة سابقة في العمل داخل مكتب إدارة مشاريع (PMO).
- حاصل على صفة (Chartered) أو ما يعادلها من هيئة هندسية مهنية معترف بها.
- خبرة في إدارة المهام و/أو المشاريع الكبيرة.

Job Description
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Traffic Engineer to join our team! In this role you will get to work within a new PMO working on major highways / infrastructure projects in the KSA Capital, Riyadh City.
What You'll Be Doing
- Undertaking / reviewing traffic signal, junction, temporary works and other associated traffic engineering designs ensuring effective communication and collaboration with the project team throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assisting in developing and managing the scope of each traffic engineering design task, creating the schedule, and establishing budgets. This includes monitoring project progress and resource allocation to ensure successful completion.
- Preparing traffic engineering plans, which could involve signal designs, signing and marking designs, conceptual designs for intersections, or Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) designs.
- Coordinate with various subject matter experts, such as surveyors and roadway designers to ensure the successful delivery of projects. This involves facilitating collaboration, providing guidance, and integrating their expertise into traffic signal and traffic control plans.
- Conduct and document traffic studies following nationally accepted modeling practices. This involves using various analytical tools and methodologies to evaluate traffic patterns, assess safety measures, and recommend improvements.
- Developing technical approaches for traffic engineering projects and review technical results prepared by others. This includes providing guidance and ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices.
- Contribute to the successful delivery of traffic engineering projects, promoting safety, and enhancing transportation operations.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- 10+ years of related work experience.
- Experience/familiarity with Microstation, Bentley OpenRoads, and/or Projectwise
- Understanding of the use of traffic analysis tools including HCS, Transmodeler, Synchro/SimTraffic
- Understanding of the application of traffic operations principles including ITE, OMUTCD, MUTCD, ODOT TEM, AASHTO, and ODOT L&D requirements
- Experience in developing traffic engineering design plans
- Experience in traffic management design and planning
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: ODOT design standards, ITS design, traffic operations studies, or intersection conceptual drafting
- Experience in reviewing third party designs and coordinating comments for approval
- Experience of working within a multi-discipline team environment
- Proactive approach to own activities and helping in other disciplines, as far as practically possible, to assist in PMO overall efficiency.
- Proficiency in utilizing CAD and other PC software packages typically associated with engineering is required.
- Previous experience of working in a PMO
- Charted (or similar) status with an industry recognized engineering body
- Experience managing large tasks and/or projects
