شركة بارسونز (Parsons Corporation) تبحث عن Senior Specialist - Hospitality Digital Systems & Data (سعودي الجنسية) للعمل في الرياض.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تحديد ودعم تطوير هياكل المنصات الرقمية ونماذج البيانات، وضمان قابلية توسع الأنظمة (مثل SharePoint و Aconex) وتنظيمها ومواءمتها مع متطلبات الأعمال والتقارير.
- جمع وتوثيق متطلبات الأعمال، وترجمة الاحتياجات التشغيلية إلى تكوينات وتحسينات وحلول رقمية.
- إدارة وصيانة الأنظمة الرقمية وبيئات البيانات، وضمان دقة البيانات وإمكانية الوصول إليها وحوكمتها ومواءمتها مع معايير الأعمال.
- دعم إعداد التقارير والتحليلات عبر هيكلة البيانات وتمكين التكامل والمساهمة في لوحات المعلومات والتصورات (مثل Power BI).
- تطوير ودعم أتمتة عمليات البيانات وسير العمل باستخدام أدوات Microsoft والبرمجة النصية (مثل Power Automate و Python و SQL).
- دعم تنفيذ واعتماد الأدوات والمنصات الرقمية، وضمان التوافق مع العمليات التجارية والمشاركة الفعالة للمستخدمين.
- إدارة منصات التحكم في المستندات (مثل Aconex) وضمان الامتثال والاتساق وإدارة المعلومات بفعالية.
- ترجمة المخرجات التقنية إلى صيغ واضحة وسهلة الاستخدام لدعم التقارير والتوثيق والتواصل.
- التعاون عبر الفرق لتمكين تدفق البيانات وتكاملها بسلاسة عبر الأنظمة والتقارير وأنشطة المشروع.
- دعم المستخدمين النهائيين من خلال التدريب والتوجيه واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها، وتعزيز الاستخدام الفعال للأنظمة والأدوات.
- المساهمة في التحسين المستمر للأنظمة والأدوات والعمليات لتعزيز الكفاءة والأتمتة واتخاذ القرارات المستندة إلى البيانات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في تخصص ذي صلة (أو خبرة معادلة).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في الأنظمة الرقمية أو منصات البيانات أو بيئات التقارير، ويفضل أن تكون ضمن بيئات المشاريع أو التسليم.
- شهادات في Microsoft 365 أو Power Platform أو أدوات تحليل البيانات (مرغوب).
- عضوية مهنية معتمدة أو شهادة مهنية معترف بها مثل PMP أو PRINCE2 أو Agile أو ما يعادلها (مرغوب).
- سعودي الجنسية (كما هو مذكور في المسمى الوظيفي).
المهارات المطلوبة
- فهم قوي وخبرة في استخدام المنصات الرقمية وأنظمة البيانات، بما في ذلك مجموعة Microsoft 365 (مثل SharePoint و Teams و OneDrive و Power Automate) لدعم سير العمل المتكامل.
- فهم قوي لـ SharePoint Online بما في ذلك هيكل الموقع والأذونات وإدارة المحتوى وتكوين المنصة.

In this role you will get to collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, maintain system integrity and support automation, translating technical outputs into clear, user-friendly insights to enable effective decision-making. You will also support the rollout and adoption of digital tools through training, documentation and troubleshooting, ensuring systems remain aligned with evolving business requirements.
What You'll Be Doing
- Define and support the development of digital platform structures and data models, ensuring systems (e.g. SharePoint, Aconex) are scalable, well-organised and aligned with business and reporting requirements
- Gather and document business requirements, translating operational needs into system configurations, enhancements and digital solutions
- Administer and maintain digital systems and data environments, ensuring data is accurate, accessible, governed and aligned with business standards
- Support reporting and analytics by structuring data, enabling data integration and contributing to dashboards and visualisations (e.g. Power BI)
- Develop and support automation of data processes and workflows using Microsoft tools and scripting (e.g. Power Automate, Python, SQL)
- Support the implementation and adoption of digital tools and platforms, ensuring alignment with business processes and effective user engagement
- Manage document control platforms (e.g. Aconex), ensuring compliance, consistency and effective information management
- Translate technical outputs into clear, user-friendly formats to support reporting, documentation and communication
- Collaborate across teams to enable seamless data flow and integration across systems, reporting and project activities
- Support end-users through training, guidance and troubleshooting, promoting effective use of systems and tools
- Contribute to continuous improvement of systems, tools and processes to enhance efficiency, automation and data-driven decision-making
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years experience in digital systems, data platforms or reporting environments, ideally within project or delivery settings
- Certifications in Microsoft 365, Power Platform or data analytics tools preferred
- Professional membership or recognised certification preferred (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or equivalent)
- Strong understanding and experience using digital platforms and data systems, including Microsoft 365 suite (e.g. SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power Automate) to support integrated workflows
- Strong understanding of SharePoint Online, including site structure, permissions, content management and platform configuration
- Knowledge of Windows Server and IIS for managing SharePoint environments
- Ability to work with structured and unstructured data, supporting data processing, reporting and analysis
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting (e.g. Power Automate, Python, SQL) to support workflow automation and system enhancements
- Experience supporting document control and project systems with focus on data quality and compliance
- Proactive and adaptable, able to operate effectively in fast-paced environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, translating technical concepts into clear, practical outputs
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset, identifying issues and driving solutions
- Collaborative, working effectively across teams and stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity
- Well-organised, able to prioritise workload and manage competing demands
- Experience supporting digital systems, reporting platforms or data environments in a project or operational setting
- Experience contributing to dashboards, reporting and data visualisation (e.g. Power BI)
- Familiarity with project and document management platforms (e.g. Aconex, Microsoft Project, Primavera or similar)
- Exposure to system enhancements, platform rollouts or digital tool implementations preferred
- Experience working within project, construction or development environments preferred
- Key relationships with stakeholders, including: Consultants and Suppliers, Delivery Partners / Project Management Consultants
