في WSP in the Middle East، نبحث عن مدير مشروع / مدير مشروع أول (Project Director / Senior Project Manager) للعمل في الرياض، للإشراف على تنفيذ مشروع تطوير رئيسي من خلال قيادة وإدارة عقود التصميم للبنية التحتية المتعددة والمرتبطة بالمشاريع الكبرى.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة والإشراف على تسليم تصميم جميع مكونات البنية التحتية ضمن المشروع.
- إدارة وتنسيق عقود التصميم المتعددة للبنية التحتية والاستشاريين.
- ضمان التكامل والتوافق عبر البنية التحتية الأولية والثانوية والطرق السريعة والصرف الصحي والمرافق والمجال العام.
- مراجعة واعتماد مخرجات التصميم، وضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات المشروع واللوائح المحلية والمعايير الدولية.
- التعاون مع أصحاب المصلحة في المشروع، بما في ذلك الجهات الحكومية والمطورين وفرق الهندسة.
- مراقبة تقدم التصميم، وتحديد المخاطر، وتنفيذ استراتيجيات التخفيف.
- دعم فرق المشتريات والإنشاء بمدخلات متعلقة بالتصميم وتوجيهات فنية.
- الترويج للاستدامة والابتكار وهندسة القيمة طوال عملية التصميم.
الشروط والمتطلبات

- خبرة في إدارة فرق التصميم متعددة التخصصات والاستشاريين الخارجيين.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والقيادة وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة.

The role involves managing and coordinating multiple infrastructure design contracts, including Primary Infrastructure, Secondary Infrastructure, Highways, Drainage and related systems.

Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the design delivery of all infrastructure components within the project.
- Manage and coordinate multiple infrastructure design contracts and consultants.
- Ensure integration and alignment across primary and secondary infrastructure, highways, drainage, utilities, and public realm.
- Review and approve design submissions, ensuring compliance with project requirements, local regulations, and international standards.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders, including government authorities, developers, and engineering teams.
- Monitor design progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Support procurement and construction teams with design-related inputs and technical guidance.
- Champion sustainability, innovation, and value engineering throughout the design process.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in infrastructure design and delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven track record in delivering large-scale infrastructure projects, ideally within the Middle East.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure systems including roads, drainage, utilities, and site-wide services.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary design teams and external consultants.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with regional codes, standards, and permitting processes.
