تسعى WSP in the Middle East إلى تعيين كبير مهندسين إنشائيين (مشاريع مطارات) للانضمام إلى فريقها في السعودية.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

نبحث عن مهندس إنشائي محترف يتمتع بخبرة تزيد عن 15 عامًا وسجل حافل في تصميم وتنفيذ مشاريع واسعة النطاق لمحطات المطارات ومرافق الطيران والبنية التحتية المرتبطة بها في المملكة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • قيادة التصميم الإنشائي وتسليم مشاريع المطارات والبنية التحتية للطيران الرئيسية عبر جميع مراحل المشروع.
  • توفير القيادة الفنية لتصميم محطات المطارات، وصالات الركاب، ومرافق الدعم، والهياكل البرية والجوية.
  • إدارة التنسيق متعدد التخصصات والتواصل مع الجهات المعنية الداخلية والخارجية.
  • الإشراف على إعداد ومراجعة الحسابات الإنشائية والتقارير والمواصفات ووثائق التصميم.
  • ضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات المشروع والكودات ذات الصلة والمعايير الدولية وإجراءات إدارة الجودة.
  • دعم تخطيط المشاريع وتخصيص الموارد وتسليم البرامج لتحقيق أهداف المشروع.
  • تقديم التوجيه الفني والإرشاد للمهندسين الإنشائيين المبتدئين والمتوسطين.
  • المشاركة في مراجعات التصميم وتمارين الهندسة القيمية وورش العمل الفنية.
  • العمل بشكل وثيق مع مديري المشاريع وقادة التخصصات لضمان تسليم المشروع بنجاح.
  • المساهمة في إعداد المقترحات الفنية والعروض والعروض التقديمية للعملاء عند الحاجة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو الإنشائية (يفضل درجة الماجستير).
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عامًا في الهندسة الإنشائية، مع مشاركة كبيرة في مشاريع المطارات والبنية التحتية للطيران.
  • خبرة مثبتة في تصميم وتنفيذ محطات المطارات ومرافق الطيران والمشاريع المرتبطة بها.
  • خبرة واضحة في قيادة فرق الهندسة الإنشائية على مشاريع كبيرة متعددة التخصصات.
  • معرفة قوية بالكودات الإنشائية والمعايير الدولية.
  • خبرة في العمل ضمن بيئة استشارية هندسية رائدة.
  • يفضل الحصول على صفة مهندس معتمد (Chartered Engineer) أو اعتماد مهني مماثل.
  • تفيد الخبرة السابقة في مشاريع الشرق الأوسط.

Job Description

WSP in the Middle East is seeking a highly experienced Principal Structural Engineer (Airports) to join our team in Saudi Arabia.

The successful candidate will play a key role in the design and delivery of major airport and aviation infrastructure projects across the Kingdom. We are looking for a structural engineering professional with 15+ years of experience and a proven track record in the design and delivery of large-scale airport terminals, aviation facilities, and associated infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the structural design and delivery of major airport and aviation infrastructure projects across all project stages.
  • Provide technical leadership for the design of airport terminals, concourses, support facilities, landside and airside structures.
  • Manage multidisciplinary design coordination and interface with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee the preparation and review of structural calculations, reports, specifications, and design documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with project requirements, relevant codes, international standards, and quality management procedures.
  • Support project planning, resource allocation, and programme delivery to achieve project objectives.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and intermediate structural engineers.
  • Participate in design reviews, value engineering exercises, and technical workshops.
  • Work closely with project directors and discipline leaders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Support the preparation of technical proposals, bids, and client presentations where required.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. Master's degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of structural engineering experience, with significant involvement in airport and aviation infrastructure projects.
  • Proven experience in the design and delivery of airport terminals, aviation facilities, and associated infrastructure projects.
  • Demonstrated experience leading structural engineering teams on large multidisciplinary projects.
  • Strong knowledge of international structural design codes and standards.
  • Experience working within a leading engineering consultancy environment.
  • Chartered Engineer status or equivalent professional accreditation would be advantageous.
  • Middle East project experience would be beneficial.
