WSP في الشرق الأوسط تبحث عن مدير مشاريع / مدير مشاريع أول - البنية التحتية للانضمام إلى فريق النقل والبنية التحتية في الرياض، لدعم تسليم مشاريع البنية التحتية والتطوير الحضري واسعة النطاق في المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة تخطيط وتنسيق وتسليم مشاريع البنية التحتية والتطوير الحضري واسعة النطاق.
- إدارة فرق المشاريع متعددة التخصصات عبر جميع مراحل المشروع.
- تطوير خطط تنفيذ المشاريع والجداول الزمنية وتوقعات الموارد واستراتيجيات التسليم.
- ضمان تسليم المشاريع في الوقت المحدد وضمن الميزانية ووفقاً لمعايير الجودة.
- مراقبة أداء المشروع وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية عند الحاجة.
- التنسيق مع الفرق الفنية لضمان تسليم متكامل وفعّال.
- العمل كجهة اتصال رئيسية للعملاء وأصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين.
- تطوير والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع العملاء وضمان مستويات عالية من رضاهم.
- إدارة التواصل مع الجهات الحكومية والمطورين والمقاولين وشركاء المشروع.
- قيادة اجتماعات المشروع ومراجعات التقدم وأنشطة إشراك أصحاب المصلحة.
- دعم مديري المشاريع في إدارة التفاعلات التنفيذية مع العملاء ومتطلبات حوكمة المشروع.
- مراقبة ميزانيات المشاريع والتوقعات واستخدام الموارد والأداء التجاري.
- دعم إدارة العقود وإدارة التغيير وأنشطة التقارير التجارية.
- إدارة مخاطر المشروع وضمان تنفيذ إجراءات التخفيف.
- المساهمة في تحقيق أهداف الربحية من خلال التخطيط الفعال للمشاريع وإدارة الموارد.
- المساعدة في إدارة تغيرات المشروع والمطالبات والالتزامات التعاقدية.
- تقديم القيادة الفنية والإشراف على مشاريع البنية التحتية والتطوير الحضري.
- ضمان توافق الحلول الهندسية مع متطلبات العملاء والتوقعات التنظيمية وأفضل الممارسات.
- تنسيق المدخلات الهندسية متعددة التخصصات ومخرجات المشروع.
- دعم المراجعات الفنية وعمليات ضمان الجودة.
- تعزيز الابتكار والهندسة القيمية ومبادرات التحسين المستمر.
- ضمان الامتثال لعمليات إدارة المشاريع وإجراءات الشركة وأطر الحوكمة.
- دعم أنشطة تحديد وإدارة والإبلاغ عن مخاطر المشروع.
- الحفاظ على معايير عالية من الجودة والسلامة والتميز الفني.
- المشاركة في تدقيقات المشاريع والمراجعات ودروس المستفادة.
- ضمان الوفاء بالمتطلبات التعاقدية والتنظيمية طوال تسليم المشروع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو تخصص هندسي ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 12-15 سنة ضمن الاستشارات الهندسية أو تسليم مشاريع البنية التحتية أو برامج التطوير الكبرى.
- خبرة مثبتة في العمل مع كبرى شركات الاستشارات الهندسية الدولية.
- خبرة موثقة في إدارة مشاريع البنية التحتية والتطوير الحضري واسعة النطاق في المملكة العربية السعودية.
- خلفية هندسية فنية قوية، ويفضل في مشاريع البنية التحتية المدنية.
- خبرة مثبتة في التعامل المباشر مع العملاء والقدرة على إدارة العلاقات مع الجهات الحكومية والمطورين وأصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين.
- خبرة في قيادة فرق مشاريع متعددة التخصصات وتنسيق مخرجات المشروع المعقدة.
- فهم قوي لمبادئ إدارة المشاريع وضوابط المشاريع والإدارة التجارية وإدارة المخاطر.
- خبرة في إدارة عقود الاستشارات وإدارة ميزانيات المشاريع وجداولها ومواردها.
- مهارات قوية في التواصل والقيادة وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة وحل المشكلات.
- يفضل الحصول على شهادة PMP أو صفة مهندس معتمد (Chartered Engineer) أو اعتماد مهني معادل.

This role will be responsible for managing multidisciplinary project teams, driving successful project execution, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered in line with agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.

- Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of large-scale infrastructure and masterplan development projects.
- Manage multidisciplinary design and project delivery teams across all project phases.
- Develop project execution plans, schedules, resource forecasts, and delivery strategies.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
- Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions where required.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure efficient and integrated project delivery.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Manage communications with government authorities, developers, contractors, and project partners.
- Lead project meetings, progress reviews, and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Support Project Directors in managing executive-level client interactions and project governance requirements.
- Monitor project budgets, forecasts, resource utilisation, and commercial performance.
- Support contract administration, change management, and commercial reporting activities.
- Manage project risks and ensure mitigation measures are implemented.
- Contribute to profitability targets through effective project planning and resource management.
- Assist in managing project variations, claims, and contractual obligations.
- Provide technical leadership and oversight on infrastructure and masterplan development projects.
- Ensure engineering solutions are aligned with client requirements, regulatory expectations, and industry best practices.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary design inputs and project deliverables.
- Support technical reviews and quality assurance processes.
- Promote innovation, value engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with project management processes, company procedures, and governance frameworks.
- Support project risk identification, management, and reporting activities.
- Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and technical excellence.
- Participate in project audits, reviews, and lessons learned activities.
- Ensure contractual and regulatory requirements are met throughout project delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 12-15+ years of experience within engineering consultancy, infrastructure project delivery, or major development programmes.
- Proven experience working with leading international engineering consultancies.
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale infrastructure and masterplan development projects in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong technical engineering background, preferably in civil infrastructure projects.
- Proven client-facing experience and ability to manage relationships with government entities, developers, and key stakeholders.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams and coordinating complex project deliverables.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, project controls, commercial management, and risk management.
- Experience administering consultancy contracts and managing project budgets, schedules, and resources.
- Strong communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- PMP certification, Chartered Engineer status, or equivalent professional accreditation is desirable.
