تسعى WSP in the Middle East إلى توظيف مدير تصميم - اتصالات/أنظمة سمعية بصرية/أنظمة كهربائية منخفضة الجهد (Telecoms/AV/ELV) للعمل في الرياض، للمساهمة في تخطيط وتنسيق البنية التحتية التقنية لمجموعة من المشاريع التطويرية واسعة النطاق.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إدارة استشاريي تصميم الاتصالات والأنظمة السمعية البصرية وتقنية المعلومات والأمن والأنظمة الكهربائية منخفضة الجهد.
  • مراجعة استراتيجيات التكنولوجيا وعروض التصميم والمواصفات الفنية.
  • تنسيق أنظمة تقنية المعلومات والجهد المنخفض عبر فرق متعددة التخصصات.
  • ضمان تكامل التقنيات الذكية وأنظمة الأمن والكابلات المهيكلة والأنظمة السمعية البصرية والبنية التحتية للاتصالات.
  • دعم مشاركة أصحاب المصلحة وعقد ورش العمل الفنية.
  • مراقبة أداء الاستشاريين والتأكد من تسليم مخرجات المشروع وفق الجدول.
  • مراجعة الامتثال للمعايير الفنية والمتطلبات التنظيمية واللوائح ذات الصلة.
  • دعم استراتيجيات المشتريات وتنفيذ التكنولوجيا.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو الاتصالات أو تقنية المعلومات أو تخصص ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عاماً في مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة في مشاريع تطوير متعددة الاستخدامات أو المدن الذكية أو الضيافة أو المشاريع التجارية واسعة النطاق.
  • فهم قوي لأنظمة تقنية المعلومات والأنظمة الكهربائية منخفضة الجهد والأنظمة السمعية البصرية والبنية التحتية التقنية.

We are seeking a Design Manager - Telecoms / AV / ELV to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of technology infrastructure across a portfolio of large-scale developments.

Responsibilities

  • Manage telecoms, AV, ICT, security, and ELV design consultants.
  • Review technology strategies, design submissions, and technical specifications.
  • Coordinate ICT and low-voltage systems across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ensure integration of smart technologies, security systems, structured cabling, AV, and communications infrastructure.
  • Support stakeholder engagement and technical workshops.
  • Monitor consultant performance and project deliverables.
  • Review compliance with relevant standards, requirements, and authority regulations.
  • Support procurement and technology implementation strategies


Qualifications

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, ICT, or related discipline.
  • 15+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience on large-scale mixed-use, smart city, hospitality, or commercial developments.
  • Strong understanding of ICT, ELV, AV, and technology infrastructure systems.
