Position: AI & Automation Specialist

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia / Egypt

Work Model: On-site or Remote

OCAAL is looking for a hands-on AI & Automation Specialist to help us build smarter, faster, and more efficient operations across our companies.

The role will focus on integrating AI, automation, and modern digital tools into different business functions, including:

• HR & Recruitment

• Finance & Bookkeeping

• Marketing & Social Media

• Sales & CRM

• Operations & Administration

• Reporting & Dashboards

• Workflow & System Integrations

• Hands-on experience with AI and automation tools.

• Experience with No-Code/Low-Code platforms and workflow automation.

• Good understanding of APIs and system integrations.

• Familiarity with CRM, ERP, HR, Finance, and Marketing platforms.

• Strong problem-solving and process-improvement mindset.

• Ability to understand business operations and turn problems into practical solutions.

• Technical background is a plus, but hands-on execution and business understanding are more important.
  
  

• Identify manual and repetitive processes that can be automated or improved using AI.

• Build and implement AI-powered workflows and automations.

• Connect different platforms and systems through integrations and APIs.

• Improve recruitment, candidate screening, onboarding, and HR workflows.

• Automate finance, bookkeeping, invoicing, expenses, and reporting processes.

• Develop smarter workflows for content creation, social media publishing, and marketing reporting.

• Improve CRM, lead management, and sales follow-up processes.

• Research, test, and implement new AI and automation tools across the group.

• Train and support teams in adopting new tools and workflows.

• Measure improvements in efficiency, time savings, cost reduction, and accuracy.
