We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to build and maintain modern CI/CD pipelines, container platforms, and automated software delivery environments. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Linux, GitLab CI/CD, Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, Terraform, Ansible, scripting, observability, and DevSecOps.

The role will focus on automating software delivery, managing containerized platforms, improving deployment reliability, and integrating security throughout the development and operations lifecycle.

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD.
• Manage and administer Kubernetes clusters and containerized environments.
• Deploy and manage applications using Docker and Helm.
• Develop reusable Helm charts and Kubernetes deployment configurations.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform and Ansible.
• Implement Kubernetes networking, security, access controls, and resource management.
• Automate build, test, deployment, and release processes.
• Develop scripts and automation using Python, Bash, and/or PowerShell.
• Implement DevSecOps practices, including security scanning and vulnerability checks within CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions using tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
• Troubleshoot application deployment, infrastructure, networking, and Kubernetes-related issues.
• Improve system reliability, deployment efficiency, scalability, and operational performance.
• Work closely with developers, infrastructure engineers, security teams, and architects.
• Establish and maintain DevOps standards, best practices, documentation, and automation frameworks.
• Support incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement activities.

• 6+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong Linux administration experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD.
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes.
• Strong experience with Docker.
• Hands-on experience with Helm.
• Strong experience with Terraform.
• Hands-on experience with Ansible.
• Strong understanding of Kubernetes networking and security.
• Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong scripting skills using Python, Bash, and/or PowerShell.
• Experience implementing DevSecOps practices.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or similar.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.

• Experience with OCI, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience integrating security and vulnerability scanning into CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of service mesh technologies such as Istio or Cilium.
• Experience with GitOps tools such as Argo CD or Flux.
• Experience with container registries and artifact management.
• Relevant Kubernetes, cloud, or DevOps certifications.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
