القدية تعلن عن توفر فرصة وظيفية شاغرة بمسمى مدير معايير التصميم - الواجهات والهياكل (الملاعب) في الرياض، السعودية. يتولى هذا الدور مسؤولية إنشاء وإدارة وتطوير إطار معايير التصميم لمشاريع الملاعب والساحات والبنية التحتية الرياضية الكبرى في المحفظة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وصيانة وإدارة معايير التصميم الرياضية للملاعب والساحات والمرافق التدريبية والبنية التحتية الرياضية المرتبطة بها.
- وضع المتطلبات الفنية الدنيا لأنظمة الهياكل الإنشائية للملاعب، وأنظمة الأسقف طويلة الامتداد، وتقنيات الأسقف القابلة للسحب، وأنظمة الواجهات والمغلف الخارجي للمباني، وهياكل مدرجات المتفرجين، ومرونة الهيكل الإنشائي، والأداء الديناميكي للمباني، والمتانة ودورة الحياة.
- العمل كخبير موضوعي في أنظمة الواجهات والهياكل عبر جميع التطورات الرياضية، وتقديم المشورة في تصميم وتنفيذ الملاعب المتوافقة مع معايير FIFA، والساحات متعددة الأغراض، والملاعب الرياضية، والصالات الرياضية الداخلية.
- الإشراف على الحوكمة والامتثال للمعايير، بالإضافة إلى قيادة مبادرات الابتكار والاستدامة، وإدارة العلاقات مع أصحاب المصلحة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الإنشائية أو الهندسة المدنية أو الهندسة المعمارية أو تخصص ذي صلة.

The Director of Design Standards (Facades & Structures) is responsible for establishing, governing, and continuously enhancing the design standards framework for all stadium, arena, and major sports infrastructure projects across the portfolio.
This role serves as the technical authority for stadium structures, long-span roofs, building envelopes, façades, and spectator venue engineering systems, ensuring that all projects achieve world-class levels of safety, performance, durability, sustainability, architectural excellence, and operational efficiency.
The successful candidate will develop and maintain design standards, technical specifications, performance requirements, and compliance frameworks that are applied consistently across multiple sports assets, while supporting project teams through design reviews, technical governance, innovation initiatives, and independent assurance processes.

Required Qualifications

The successful candidate will develop and maintain design standards, technical specifications, performance requirements, and compliance frameworks that are applied consistently across multiple sports assets, while supporting project teams through design reviews, technical governance, innovation initiatives, and independent assurance processes.
Design Standards Leadership
- Develop, maintain, and govern the Sports Design Standards for stadiums, arenas, training facilities, and associated sports infrastructure
- Establish minimum technical requirements for:
- Stadium structures
- Long-span roof systems
- Retractable roof technologies
- Façade and building envelope systems
- Spectator seating bowl structures
- Structural resilience and redundancy
- Building movement and dynamic performance
- Durability and lifecycle performance
- Act as the subject matter expert for façade and structural systems across all sports developments
- Advise on the design and delivery of:
- FIFA-compliant stadiums, Multi-purpose arena, Athletic stadium, Indoor sports venues

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline
