بورو فيريتاس، شركة عالمية رائدة في خدمات الاختبار والتفتيش والشهادات، تعلن عن وظيفة "أخصائي استدامة (شهادة)" في منطقة الرياض، ضمن برنامج الاستدامة العالمي لدعم العملاء في قياس وإدارة وتحسين أدائهم البيئي والاجتماعي.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم تنفيذ عمليات تأكيد تقارير الاستدامة (ISAE 3000 / ISAE 3410) للشركات المدرجة والخاصة في المنطقة.
- المساعدة في التحقق من انبعاثات الغازات الدفيئة وتقييمات البصمة الكربونية (ISO 14064، بروتوكول الغازات الدفيئة) لعملاء صناعيين وقطاع الطاقة وشركات.
- المساهمة في تقديم الاستشارات المتعلقة بإعداد تقارير ESG وتقييم الفجوات وفقاً لمعايير IFRS S1/S2 لعملاء المنطقة.
- دعم الاستشارات المتعلقة بالتحقق المسبق من آلية CBAM للمُصدرين إلى الاتحاد الأوروبي في المنطقة (خاصة المغرب وجنوب إفريقيا في قطاعات الفوسفات والصلب والإسمنت والألمنيوم).
- جمع وتنظيم ومراجعة بيانات الاستدامة من العملاء كجزء من مهام التأكيد والتحقق.
- صياغة أقسام من تقارير التأكيد وبيانات التحقق والتسليمات الخاصة بالعملاء تحت إشراف مراجع أول.
- إعداد المقترحات والعروض التقديمية والمواد المقدمة للعملاء لخدمات الاستدامة ضمن خط إنتاج CER في المنطقة.
- المساهمة في مجموعة الخبرات الفنية لتأكيد ESG ومبادرات تبادل المعرفة الإقليمية.
- دعم تنفيذ المشاريع من خلال البحث وتحليل البيانات وإعداد مواد العملاء باستخدام أدوات ومنهجيات Bureau Veritas والحلول المعتمدة على الذكاء الاصطناعي.
- التعاون بين الفرق للتفاعل مع العملاء وتقييم المخاطر وضمان الامتثال وحل تحديات الاستدامة الحرجة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة ماجستير أو بكالوريوس (جامعة، كلية هندسة، كلية إدارة أعمال أو ما يعادلها) في أحد التخصصات التالية أو المجالات ذات الصلة: STEM (العلوم والتكنولوجيا والهندسة والرياضيات)، العلوم البيئية أو إدارة الاستدامة، الهندسة الكيميائية أو المدنية أو الصناعية أو البيئية، أنظمة الطاقة أو علوم المناخ أو الطاقة المتجددة، إدارة الأعمال أو الاقتصاد أو تحليل البيانات مع تركيز قوي على الاستدامة.
- خريج حديث أو خبرة مهنية تصل إلى سنتين (برنامج مبتدئ).
- يفضّل وجود خبرة سابقة في ESG أو الاستدامة (مثل تدريب داخلي، أطروحة، أو مشروع أكاديمي) لكنها ليست إلزامية.
- الإلمام المرغوب به بواحد أو أكثر من: البصمة الكربونية، تقييم دورة الحياة، تدقيق الطاقة، تقارير ESG، أو استدامة سلسلة التوريد.
- المعرفة أو التعرض للمشهد التنظيمي للاستدامة المحلي في المنطقة (مثل جاهزية CSRD في المغرب، ESG لبورصة جوهانسبرغ، ISSB في قطر، إفصاحات ADX/Tadawul) تعتبر ميزة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات تحليلية وحل المشكلات - تفكير منظم واتخاذ قرارات قائمة على البيانات.
- قدرات فعالة في التواصل والتعاون والتفاعل مع أصحاب المصلحة.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية بمستوى B2+ (متوسط علوي كحد أدنى).

- Support delivery of sustainability report assurance engagements (ISAE 3000 / ISAE 3410) for listed and private companies in the area
- Assist in GHG verification and carbon footprint assessments (ISO 14064, GHG Protocol) for industrial, energy and corporate clients
- Contribute to ESG reporting advisory and IFRS S1/S2 readiness gap assessments for area clients
- Support CBAM pre-verification advisory for EU-bound exporters in the area - particularly relevant in Morocco and South Africa (phosphates, steel, cement, aluminium)
- Collect, organise and review sustainability data from clients as part of assurance and verification engagements
- Draft sections of assurance reports, verification statements and client deliverables under the supervision of a senior reviewer
- Prepare proposals, capability presentations and client-facing materials for CER sustainability services in the area
- Contribute to the ESG Assurance Technical Tribe and regional knowledge-sharing initiatives
- Project Delivery - Enable the simplification of sustainability complexity across carbon accounting, climate change adaptation, product circularity, renewable energy, supply chain resilience, and ESG reporting - giving clients the confidence to make more sustainable choices.
- Support project delivery through research, data analysis, and client material preparation, leveraging Bureau Veritas proprietary tools, methodologies, and AI-driven solutions.
- Collaborate across teams to engage with clients, assess risks, ensure compliance, and solve critical sustainability challenges that help organisations transform and operationalise their transition journey.
- Technical Learning & Application - Understand sustainability standards and frameworks (ISO 14064, GHG Protocol, SBTi, LCA, IFRS S1/S2) as well as regulations (EU CBAM, ETS) applicable to the role and area.
- Apply technical knowledge to real projects under supervision, demonstrating attention to detail and analytical rigour.
- Continuous Learning - Actively participate in Bureau Veritas's Global Sustainability Programme throughout the programme duration.
Master's or Bachelor's degree (university, engineering school, business school, or equivalent) in one of the following or related areas:
- Preferred - STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics)*
- Environmental Science or Sustainability Management
- Chemical, Civil, Industrial or Environmental Engineering
- Energy Systems, Climate Science or Renewable Energy
- Business, Economics or Data Analytics with a strong sustainability focus
- Recent graduate OR up to 2 years of professional experience - this is an entry-level programme role
- Previous experience in ESG or sustainability is appreciated but not required (e.g. internship, dissertation or academic project in sustainability)
- Desirable familiarity with one or more of the following: carbon footprinting, LCA, energy audits, ESG reporting, or supply chain sustainability
- Knowledge of or exposure to the local regulatory sustainability landscape in the area (e.g. Morocco CSRD readiness, South Africa JSE ESG, QSE ISSB, ADX/Tadawul disclosure) is an advantage
- Analytical and problem-solving skills - structured thinking and data-driven decision making
- Effective communication, collaboration and stakeholder engagement abilities
- English B2+ - Upper Intermediate level minimum (additional languages are a plus)
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and willingness to learn BV digital tools
- Strong writing skills for report preparation and client communication
- Arabic and English required for this position.
