تعلن شركة International Maritime Industries (IMI) عن توفر وظيفة أخصائي تفتيش الأصول الكهربائية (Specialist, Electrical Asset Inspection) في موقع رأس الخير بالمنطقة الشرقية، السعودية. يهدف هذا الدور إلى التعاون مع مقاولي التفتيش المعتمدين لتقديم خدمات تفتيش وشهادات متميزة للأصول الكهربائية، وضمان الامتثال لمعايير التشغيل والسلامة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء تخطيط ما قبل التفتيش مع القدرة على قراءة وفهم المخططات المعمارية وجداول اللوحات الكهربائية والمستندات الأخرى ذات الصلة لضمان السلامة والامتثال لقوانين السلامة.
- تنسيق أعمال مقاولي التفتيش الكهربائي أثناء تنفيذ التفتيش، بما في ذلك التفتيش الوظيفي، تفتيش السلامة، التفتيش الدوري، وتفتيش الامتثال، وتفتيش التركيبات الأولية.
- تفسير تقارير التفتيش وتحديد ومعالجة التناقضات كشرط مسبق للموافقة على نتائج التفتيش.
- إجراء تفتيش كهربائي على التركيبات الكهربائية الجديدة والقائمة لضمان الامتثال للقوانين والمعايير المعمول بها.
- كتابة تقارير تنفيذ تفتيش الأصول التفصيلية مع التوصية بالإجراءات التصحيحية لحل التركيبات والأنظمة غير الممتثلة أو غير الآمنة.
- تقديم المشورة الفنية بشأن مسائل التركيبات الكهربائية للمهندسين والمقاولين والمفتشين.
- المشاركة في تطوير وتحديث القوانين والمعايير والإرشادات.
- المساهمة في عمليات التفتيش الكهربائي الميدانية وتقديم مدخلات لجدول التقييم الدوري وإصدار الشهادات.
- ضمان تنفيذ استراتيجيات وإجراءات ومعايير وخطط التفتيش المقررة مع تقديم ملاحظات لمدير تفتيش الأصول حول أي إخفاقات أو تغييرات.
- وضع ومراقبة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs) لنطاق عمل تفتيش الأصول لضمان فعالية العملية ومنع التأخير أو التكاليف الإضافية.
- مراجعة وتحسين حالة أداء المعدات فيما يتعلق بـ KPIs لبرامج التفتيش الكهربائي بناءً على برامج الصيانة الوقائية ونتائج التفتيش السابقة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو ما يعادلها.
- يفضل الحصول على شهادة مفتش كهربائي معتمد (Certified Electrical Inspector).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 6 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة.

Key Accountabilities
- Perform pre-inspection planning with ability to read and understand architectural blueprints, electrical panel schedules and other relevant documents aimed at achieving the safety, functionality, and safety code
- Coordinate Electrical Inspection Contractors during inspections work execution such as but not limited to functional inspection, safety inspection, periodic inspection (visual inspection and technical test), compliance
- Interpret inspection reports, and identify as well as address discrepancies, the latter as a prerequisite for approving inspection results.
- Conduct electrical inspections on new and existing electrical installations, ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards
- Write detailed asset inspection execution reports with ability in recommending corrective actions to resolve non-compliant or unsafe electrical installations and systems
- Provide technical advice on electrical installation matters to engineers, contractors, and inspectors
- Participate in the development and updating of codes, standards, and guidelines
- Engage in and makes constructive contributions to field electrical inspections, as well as providing relevant inputs into the periodic assessment and certification schedule for inspections.
- Ensure the implementation and completion of established inspection strategies, procedures, standards, and plans, while providing feedback to the Asset Inspection Manager regarding any failures, variations, or

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
- The Certified Electrical Inspector Certification Program is a plus.
