نبذة عن الوظيفة
يتولى شاغل الوظيفة مسؤولية التعاون مع مقاولي التفتيش المعتمدين لتقديم خدمات تفتيش وشهادات متميزة تتعلق بالعناصر الميكانيكية. يعد هذا الدور أساسيًا للتقييم الشامل لأصولنا المادية وإصدار شهادات اللياقة للأصول، والتي تشمل تحليلًا دقيقًا وتقييمًا للمعدات والآلات والبنية التحتية. الهدف هو اعتماد أن معداتنا تتوافق مع معايير التشغيل الصناعية، وتعمل دون مشاكل وظيفية، وتحديد المشاكل الوظيفية ومخاطر السلامة المحتملة في مرحلة مبكرة، والتوصية بالإجراءات التصحيحية المناسبة. المسؤولية الرئيسية هي تسهيل التشغيل الآمن والفعال للأنظمة والمعدات الميكانيكية في موقع رأس الخير. سيتعاون شاغل الوظيفة مع مقاول التفتيش لتقييم واختبار وتقييم المكونات والأنظمة الميكانيكية، وضمان الالتزام بالمعايير واللوائح وبروتوكولات السلامة التي وضعتها International Maritime Industries.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إظهار قدرة قوية على التعاون مع مقاولي التفتيش الميكانيكي، وتفسير تقارير التفتيش، وتحديد ومعالجة التناقضات، وهو أمر ضروري لاعتماد نتائج التفتيش.
- المشاركة في عمليات التفتيش الميكانيكي الميداني والمساهمة بشكل بناء فيها، وكذلك في جدول التقييم الدوري وإصدار الشهادات لعمليات التفتيش.
- ضمان تنفيذ وإتمام الاستراتيجيات والإجراءات والمعايير والخطط الموضوعة للتفتيش، مع تقديم الملاحظات لمدير تفتيش الأصول حول أي إخفاقات أو تغييرات أو تعديلات.
- وضع ومراقبة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs) لتفتيش الأصول ذات الصلة بتتبع وإدارة عملية التفتيش الشاملة بفعالية.
- مراجعة وتحسين حالة أداء المعدات فيما يتعلق بمؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية لبرامج التفتيش الميكانيكي في المنشآت، بناءً على برامج الصيانة الوقائية وروتين التفتيش والاستراتيجيات ونتائج تفتيش الأصول السابقة.
- الإشراف على إدارة تنفيذ وفعالية عمليات تفتيش الأصول الميكانيكية في المنشآت، بالتعاون مع مقاولي التفتيش.
- التواصل مع أصحاب المصلحة الداخليين المعنيين لتسهيل التخطيط الفعال، وضمان التنفيذ السلس لأنشطة التفتيش بأقل تأخير أو بدون تأخير في المعالم الرئيسية، والالتزام بقيود الميزانية، وسلامة الأفراد وفقًا لمعايير الشركة.
- المساهمة بنشاط في صياغة وتحسين التوصيات والتقارير التي تهدف إلى تحسين نشر وأداء برامج التفتيش الميكانيكي، وكذلك تحسين إجراءات التفتيش وأفضل الممارسات.
- إدارة تنفيذ نطاق عمل تفتيش الأصول الميكانيكية مع ضمان عدم حدوث تأخير في المعالم الرئيسية أو تكاليف إضافية للشركة، وضمان النظافة المناسبة بعد كل حدث تفتيش أصول وفقًا لمتطلبات السلامة.
- تفسير وفهم وتكييف استراتيجيات التفتيش الموصى بها من قبل الشركة المصنعة للمعدات الأصلية (OEM) لتتوافق مع الظروف التشغيلية.
- تقديم الدعم لمدير تفتيش الأصول في تطوير فترات استراتيجية تفتيش مخصصة للمعدات الفريدة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو ما يعادلها.
- الحصول على شهادة في واحدة على الأقل من اعتمادات API التالية: API-510، API-570.
- شهادة مفتش لحام معتمد (CSWIP 3.1 أو CWI/AWS) تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 6-9 سنوات في المجال ذي الصلة.

comprehensive assessment of our physical assets, and asset fitness certification which involves meticulous analysis and evaluation of equipment, machinery, and infrastructure. The objective is to certify that our
equipment complies with industry operating standards, operates without functional issues, identifies potential functional and safety concerns at an early stage, and recommends appropriate corrective actions. The
main responsibility is to effectively facilitate the safe and efficient functioning of mechanical systems and equipment at our Ras Al Khair site. The role will collaborate with the inspection contractor to assess, test, and
evaluate mechanical components and systems, ensuring adherence to the standards, regulations, and safety protocols set forth by International Maritime Industries.

Key Accountabilities
- Demonstrate a robust capability to collaborate with Mechanical Inspection Contractors, interpret inspection reports, and identify as well as address discrepancies, which is essential for the approval of inspection
- Engage in and make constructive contributions to field mechanical inspections, as well as the periodic assessment and certification schedule for inspections.
- Ensure the implementation and completion of established inspection strategies, procedures, standards, and plans, while providing feedback to the Asset Inspection Manager regarding any failures, variations, or
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for Asset Inspection that are pertinent to tracking and effectively managing the comprehensive inspection process.
- Review and improve the performance status of equipment in relation to the KPIs of mechanical inspection programs at facilities, based on preventive maintenance programs, inspection routines, strategies, and prior
- Oversee and manage the implementation and effectiveness of mechanical asset inspections at facilities, in collaboration with inspection contractors.
- Engage with pertinent internal stakeholders to facilitate efficient planning, ensuring the seamless execution of inspection activities with minimal or no delays in milestones, adherence to budget constraints, and the

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
Professional Qualifications (Certifications & Accreditations)
- Must have certification in at least one of the following API accreditations: API-510, API-570.
- Certified Welding Inspector (CSWIP 3.1 or CWI/AWS) is a plus.
- At least 6-9 years of experience in related field.
