نبذة عن الوظيفة
المهندس الدوار مسؤول عن استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها، وتحسين العمليات أو تعديلات الصيانة، والعمل بشكل مستقل، والتصميم العام للعمليات لتقنية محددة. التواصل مع الجهات الخارجية، والقدرة على قيادة فرق صغيرة في المشاريع الثانوية. قد يشارك في برامج العمل والتخطيط الميزانيات، مع حل المشكلات واتخاذ القرارات بناءً على إجراءات موحدة نسبياً مع خبرة تخصصية. يتطلب مهارات تخطيط وتحليلية والقدرة على تفسير البيانات للوصول إلى استنتاجات مثلى، بالإضافة إلى توجيه الموظفين المبتدئين والإشراف على أعمالهم من وقت لآخر.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- مهارات التخطيط والتحليل لتفسير البيانات والوصول إلى استنتاجات مثلى.
- استكشاف المشكلات المزمنة التي تؤثر على توفر المعدات والمصنع وإصلاحها.
- تقديم إشراف مباشر والعمل كمرجع فني لمهندسي الدوار الجدد والمنطقة والفنيين المعينين.
- حل المشكلات التي تؤثر على أداء المصنع من خلال تشكيل فريق متعدد الوظائف والاستعانة بالخبراء.
- إعداد التقارير الروتينية وغير الروتينية.
- الإلمام بجميع استراتيجيات الصيانة وتطويرها. لذا فإن شهادة CMRP (Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional) إلزامية.
- خبرة عملية كخبير موضوع (SME) في استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها، والدراسات الهندسية وتقييم العمر الافتراضي، وحل مشكلات الأداء الرئيسية (PK) والعناصر الضارة (Bad Actors) لمعدات الدوران الرئيسية في مصانع البوليمر مثل الطاردات (extruders)، والضواغط الترددية عالية الضغط مثل (HYPER compressors).
- خبرة عملية كخبير موضوع (SME) في استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها، والدراسات الهندسية وتقييم العمر الافتراضي، وحل مشكلات الأداء الرئيسية (PK) والعناصر الضارة لمعدات التوربينات الآلية الرئيسية مثل التوربينات البخارية، والضواغط الطاردة المركزية مثل (MITSUBISHI compressors)، والتوربينات الغازية (SIEMENS SGT600).
- امتلاك أساسيات تحليل الاهتزازات، قراءة بصمات الاهتزاز، وأساسيات التحليل. لذا فإن شهادة الاهتزاز CAT. level-II إلزامية، ويفضل شهادة CAT level III.
- تحليل تقارير تحليل الزيوت وتحدي تقارير الطرف الثالث واستخلاص النتائج والتوصيات. لذا فإن شهادة MLA (Machinery Lubrication Analyst) المستوى II إلزامية.
- إجراء دراسات الموثوقية على معدات الدوران وتحديد نقاط الضعف وفرص زيادة الإنتاجية والتوفر.
- القدرة على قيادة تحليل السبب الجذري (RCA) للأعطال الرئيسية للآلات مع خبرة عملية مثبتة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية.
- خبرة 10 سنوات في صناعات النفط والغاز أو البتروكيماويات.
- شهادة CMRP (Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional) إلزامية.
- شهادة الاهتزاز CAT. level-II إلزامية (يفضل CAT level III).
- شهادة MLA (Machinery Lubrication Analyst) المستوى II إلزامية.
- إجادة قوية للغة الإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثًا على مستوى الأعمال.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة جيدة بتقنيات مراقبة حالة الآلات (Machine Condition Monitoring) وفلسفات الصيانة (مستحسن).
- خبرة ممتازة في إجراءات العمل والصيانة والتصحيح للمعدات الدوارة والملحقات، خاصة الضواغط الطاردة المركزية/الترددية، والتوربينات، والمضخات.
- التفكير التحليلي وحل المشكلات.

Job Purpose:

The role holder may participate in work programmes and budgetary planning, while problems solved and decisions made will be based on variations of relatively standardized procedures but requiring specialist professional expertise. This requires adequate planning and analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to reach optimal conclusions. The ability to mentor junior staff, and from time to time to supervise their work.

Job Purpose:

Role Responsibilities:
- Planning and analytical skills to interpreted data to reach optimal conclusions.
- Trouble shoots the chronic issue which effecting equipment and plant availability.
- Provide first-line supervision and act as a technical reference point for Fresh and Area Rotating Engineers and assigned technicians.
- Resolves problems that affect plant performance after forming a cross functional team and taking help from seniors.
- Preparation of routine and non-routine reports.
- Aware with all maintenance strategies and development. So, CMRP (Certified Maintenance& Reliability professional) is a must.
- Hands on experience as SME in troubleshooting, engineering & life assessment study and solving the PK& Bad actors of polymer plant major rotating equipment like extruders, high pressure reciprocating compressors like (HYPER compressors).
- Hands on experience as SME in troubleshooting, engineering & life assessment study and solving the PK& Bad actors of turbo machinery major rotating equipment like steam turbines, centrifugal compressors like (MITSUBISHI compressors) and gas turbines (SIEMENS SGT600).
- Having sense of vibration analyst fundamentals , Read vibration signatures and have basis of analysis. So, vibration certificate
- CAT. level-II is a must. Preferable vibration certificate CAT level III.
- Analyse oil analysis report and challenge third party report and conclude the results and recommendations. So, MLA (Machinery lubrication analyst) certificate level-II is a MUST.
- Conduct Reliability studies on Rotating equipment and identify the area of weaknesses and opportunity of increase the productivity and availability.
- Able to lead RCA (root cause analysis) for major machine failure and having hands on skills with proven case.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 10 years in experience in Oil and Gas or Petrochemical industries.
- Good knowledge of Machinery condition Monitoring technologies and maintenance philosophies is desirable.
- Excellent working, Maintenance and corrective procedure of rotating and associated equipment, specifically centrifugal compressors/Recip. comp/Turbines/Pump
- Strong command of business-level written and spoken English.
- Analytical thinking and problem solving.
