تعلن شركة Advanced Metal Industries وToho Titanium (ATTM)، إحدى شركات TASNEE، عن توفر فرصة وظيفية لمهندس أول - تصميم الصيانة الكهربائية (Engineer I, Maint Elect Design) في ينبع، المملكة العربية السعودية. مدة التقديم: من 10 أغسطس 2026 إلى 10 سبتمبر 2026.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

يقوم شاغل الوظيفة بأعمال الصيانة الكهربائية المعقدة على المنشآت والمعدات الرئيسية، مع تطبيق معرفة عملية وتخصصية عميقة بالأساليب والعمليات المتخصصة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تطوير الإجراءات وخطط الصيانة الوقائية وتقارير الأعطال وغيرها للحفاظ على القدرات المثلى للمعدات والأنشطة الكهربائية.
  • تشخيص الأعطال الحرجة والمعقدة في المعدات الكهربائية بشكل فوري، واقتراح الحلول المثلى لإصلاحها.
  • المساهمة في وضع السياسات والإجراءات الإدارية والفنية بما يتوافق مع أهداف الشركة.
  • الحفاظ على معايير عالية للصحة والسلامة والبيئة وضمان بيئة عمل صحية وآمنة طوال الوقت.
  • المشاركة في تحليل أسباب الجذور (Root Cause Analysis) بالتعاون مع فرق الفحص والاعتمادية لحالات الأعطال المتكررة أو إعادة العمل.
  • مراجعة حجوزات المواد ومتطلباتها ومدى كفايتها مع الإدارات المعنية لجميع أنواع الصيانة الكهربائية.
  • تقديم التدريب والإرشاد والدعم لأعضاء الفريق لضمان تطوير المهارات اللازمة.
  • دعم تنفيذ الصيانة الروتينية والوقائية للمعدات الكهربائية لضمان جاهزيتها.
  • تركيب وتشغيل وتعديل الأنظمة والمعدات الكهربائية، واقتراح التغييرات التصميمية وفقاً لمتطلبات الشركة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن سنة واحدة.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • معرفة الأنظمة الكهربائية والمحركات والمحولات و PLCs والمحركات الكهربائية.
  • تخطيط وتنفيذ الصيانة.
  • مهارات تحليل أسباب الجذور واستكشاف الأعطال وإصلاحها.
  • معايير السلامة والرموز الصناعية.
  • القدرة على قراءة وتفسير الرسومات والمخططات الكهربائية.
  • الإلمام بنظام SAP.
  • طلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية مع مهارات اتصال ممتازة (كتابية وشفهية).
  • معرفة تطبيقات Microsoft Office (Word، Excel، Outlook وغيرها).

An exciting opportunity is available in AMICTOHO TITANIUM METAL Company for Engineer I, Maint Elect Design in Yanbu.

About the role:

Carries out complex electrical maintenance services on major plants and equipment. Practical, applied and highly authoritative knowledge of specialized methods and processes.

You will be responsible for:

  • Develop procedures, PM, fault reports. etc. in order to keep the optimum capabilities of the Electrical activities and equipment.
  • Fault finding/diagnosis of critical and complex electrical equipment in a timely manner, rectifying with optimal solution.
  • Provides input into department and functional policies and procedures in line with the company objectives.
  • Maintains high HSE standards and seeks to ensure a healthy, safe work environment and working practices at all times.
  • Participates in the root cause analysis in coordination with inspection and reliability for repeated failures or rework cases.
  • Reviews material reservations/requisitions/adequacy with respective functions for all types of electrical maintenance.
  • Provides coaching, guidance, training and support for team members to ensure development of the necessary skills.
  • Supports the execution of routine and preventative Electrical maintenance of equipment to ensure availability is achieved.
  • Installs, commissions, modifies, suggests design changes to electrical system and equipment according to company requirements.

Minimum Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.

Minimum Experience:

  • Minimum of 1-year experience

Knowledge & Skills Required:

  • Knowledge of electrical systems, motors, transformers, PLCs, and drives.
  • Maintenance planning and execution.
  • Root cause analysis and troubleshooting skills.
  • Safety standards and industrial codes.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
  • Familiarity with SAP.
  • Fluency in English language with excellent communication (written & oral) skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
