شركة AMICTOHO TITANIUM METAL (ATTM)، إحدى شركات TASNEE المتخصصة في المواد الكيميائية المتخصصة، توفر فرصة عمل شاغرة لمهندس موثوقية (Engineer, Reliability) في ينبع، المملكة العربية السعودية، يتبع مباشرةً لمشرف الموثوقية والهندسة (Superintendent, Reliability & Engineering).
نبذة عن الوظيفة
ضمان موثوقية وتوفر معدات القياس الرئيسية وأنظمة القياس الحيوية من خلال مراجعة التصميم وتحديث استراتيجيات الصيانة. رصد بيانات المعدات والأنظمة الحيوية وتحليلها وتحسين تقنيات الإصلاح مع ضمان جودة جهود الصيانة. قيادة وتيسير تحليل RIS (Reliability Improvement Strategy) على الأنظمة المختارة، والعمل كنقطة اتصال لجميع أنشطة RIS وضمان تنفيذ وفعالية توصياتها. تحديث جميع التحليلات لتحقيق مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية للموثوقية في AMIC-TOHO وتنفيذ أفضل ممارسات الموثوقية وتقييم التقنيات والأفكار الجديدة لتحسين موثوقية أصول المصنع باستمرار.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- توثيق الأنشطة المسندة والتواصل بشأنها مع التحديد والمتابعة في الوقت المناسب.
- مراجعة أعمال التفتيش الأساسية والتحقق من الالتزام بالمتطلبات الهندسية ذات الصلة بالدعم اللازم.
- الحفاظ على معايير HSE العالية والسعي لضمان بيئة عمل صحية وآمنة وممارسات عمل آمنة دائمًا.
- المشاركة في القضايا الفنية مع أصحاب المصلحة ومعالجة المشكلات متعددة الجوانب وتصعيدها مع الحل المقترح.
- مراقبة وتحليل البيانات ذات الصلة وتحديد التغييرات التي يمكن أن تحسن مجالًا معينًا ضمن وظيفة هندسية.
- استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاح مشكلات الوحدة في مجال المسؤولية مع التوجيه حسب الحاجة.
- مراقبة المهام اليومية والإبلاغ عنها للمهندسين كبار المستوى وتحديث السجلات دوريًا وفق الإجراءات المتبعة.
- أداء المهام المحددة في النطاق والتعقيد بتطبيق المعرفة الهندسية على القوانين واللوائح والمعايير ذات الصلة.
- تطوير المستندات والخطط الداعمة الهندسية المطلوبة حسب توجيهات المهندسين كبار المستوى.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في هندسة الأجهزة أو هندسة أنظمة التحكم أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إتقان استخدام برامج Microsoft Office وبرامج الموثوقية ذات الصلة (مثل SAP، Meridiam، RCA).
- التحليل وحل المشكلات.
- الاهتمام بالتفاصيل ومنهجية العمل المنظمة.

An exciting opportunity is available in AMICTOHO TITANIUM METAL Company for (Engineer, Reliability) based in KSA > Yanbu. Who will report directly to Superintendent, Reliability & Engineering.
Summary:
To ensure the reliability and availability of major Instrument equipment, critical Instrument systems by reviewing the design and updating all maintenance strategies. Monitor data of major critical equipment & systems, analyze all data and improve the repairing techniques with ensuring the quality of maintenance efforts. To lead & facilitate RIS analysis on the company’s selected system. To work as focal point for all RIS Activity and Ensure the implementation & Effectiveness of RIS recommendations and to update all analysis to achieve AMIC-TOHO Reliability KPI’s and implementation of reliability best practices and evaluate new technology and new ideas to continuously improve reliability of the plant’s assets.
You will be responsible for:
Bachelor’s degree Instrument Engineering, control system Engineering or Equivalent.
Minimum Experience:
2 years’ experience

You will be responsible for:
- Documents and communications assigned activities with timely identification and tracking.
- Reviews basic inspection work ensuring the relevant engineering requirements are adhered to with the required assistance.
- Maintains high HSE standards and seeks to ensure a healthy, safe work environment and always working practices
- Participates in technical issues with stakeholders addressing multifaceted problems and escalate with proposed resolution.
- Monitors and analyses relevant data and identify changes that can improve one area with an engineering function.
- Troubleshoots and resolve unit problems in their area of responsibility with guidance as needed.
- Monitors and reports daily assignment to senior level engineers and routinely updates records within established procedures.
- Perform tasks defined in scope and complexity applying engineering knowledge to relevant codes, regulations and standards.
- Developments require engineering supporting documentation and plans as directed by senior level engineers.
Bachelor’s degree Instrument Engineering, control system Engineering or Equivalent.
