تعلن شركة TASNEE عن فرصة وظيفية شاغرة لمهندس تخطيط إنتاج (Engineer II, Production Planning) في مدينة الجبيل بالمنطقة الشرقية.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

  • إعداد خطط الإنتاج بالتنسيق مع سلاسل الإمداد والمسوقين وعمليات أصول البوليمر والكيماويات، لدعم عملية اتخاذ القرار المتوازن لجميع الأطراف المعنية عبر عملية تخطيط المبيعات والعمليات (S&OP) لضمان مستويات إنتاج مثلى.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • توضيح تخطيط إنتاج البوليمر والكيماويات لجميع الأطراف المعنية لضمان توافق التقسيم السنوي حسب الدرجات (Grade-Wise Split) مع خطة العمل ضمن مراحل عملية تخطيط المبيعات والعمليات (S&OP).
  • مراقبة المشترين في المشاريع المشتركة (JV’s off-takers) بالمستوى المناسب لدعم وضمان التنفيذ والتدفق السلس، مما يؤدي إلى الالتزام بعملية S&OP ودقة العرض والطلب للمنتجات.
  • مراقبة والحفاظ على أداء المشترين والامتثال وفقاً لاتفاقيات الشراء (OTA).
  • صيانة وحدة تخطيط الأعمال المتكامل (IBP module) في نظام SAP وضمان إدخال جميع بيانات الإنتاج المطلوبة بدقة وفي الوقت المناسب.
  • التنسيق في دورة ميزانية قطاع البتروكيماويات (SBU PetChem) بين التصنيع والأعمال على مستوى الدرجات.
  • مراقبة عملية شكاوى العملاء في المشاريع المشتركة لضمان التوازن بين أقصى رضا للعملاء وكفاءة العملية.
  • التعاون والتنسيق مع الأطراف المعنية لتحديد وتنفيذ عمليات وأهداف تجارية مشتركة تعود بالفائدة على المشاريع المشتركة.
  • مراقبة الأنشطة اليومية للتخطيط والجدولة لتحقيق نتائج أداء عالية وتحقيق الأهداف والمستهدفات المحددة.
  • تقديم التحليلات وتقارير البيانات للإدارة والإدارات الأخرى.
  • المساعدة في تحديد الأساليب المالية وإعداد التقارير الإحصائية.
  • تتبع وصيانة وتحليل وتقديم الامتثال لـ S&OP ودقة العرض لمؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs).

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • معرفة بقطاع البتروكيماويات.
  • مهارات التفكير النقدي والتحليلي.
  • مهارات اتخاذ القرار وحل المشكلات.
  • مهارات استخدام البرمجيات (MS Office، نظام SAP، نظام IBP).

An exciting opportunity is available for Engineer, Production Planning located in Jubail.

Job Purpose:

Prepares Production Plans with interference in supply chain, Marketers & Operations of Polymer and Chemical assets to fosters and balance a decision-making process for all stakeholders via Sales and Operation Planning Process (S&OP) to ensure optimum levels of production.

Role Responsibilities:

  • illustrating Polymer and Chemical Production planning to all stakeholders to ensure that Yearly Grade-Wise Split of the business needs are inline within frame of Business plan along with the stage of “Sales & Operation Planning” (S&OP) process.
  • Monitor JV’s off-takers at the appropriate level, to support and ensure the execution and smooth flow to be resulted into (S&OP) compliance and the accuracy of supply-demand of the products.
  • Monitoring & maintains the off-takers performance and compliance as per the OTA (off-take agreements).
  • Maintains IBP module in SAP and ensures that all required production data is entered accurately and on a timely basis.
  • Alignments in SBU PetChem budget cycle between Manufacturing and business in term of grade-wise level.
  • Monitor JV’s customer complaints process to ensure balancing maximum’s customer satisfaction and process efficiency.
  • Collaborate & align with the stakeholders to define and execute common business processes and objectives to benefits the Joint ventures.
  • Monitor the day-to-day of Planning & Scheduling activities to achieve high performance results, meet established targets and objectives.
  • Provides analysis and data reports to management, other departments.
  • Assists in determining financial methods and prepares statistical reports.
  • Track, maintain, analyse, and provide S&OP compliance and supply accuracy of key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualification, Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • 2 years experience.

Technical Skills:

  • knowledge in Petrochemical sector
  • Critical and Analytical thinking skills
  • Decision Making and Problem-solving Skills
  • Software skills (MS Office, SAP system, IBP system)
