المهام والمسؤوليات
- إعداد التوقعات بالتنسيق مع موردي المواد الخام والمرافق ومشتري الأوليفينات بشكل مستمر لضمان التخطيط الأمثل للطاقة.
- التنسيق والتواصل مع الجهات الحكومية / القطاع الخاص / الشركات المجاورة فيما يتعلق بإمدادات المواد الخام / اللقيم والمرافق وتوقعات احتياجات الأعمال.
- تحديث قاعدة بيانات القسم والجداول الرئيسية للإنتاج والاستهلاك والمبيعات ومؤشرات الأداء الأخرى بشكل يومي وأسبوعي وشهري، وإبلاغ مستخدمي الأقسام الأخرى بذلك بانتظام.
- إعداد ومراجعة الأسعار مع كميات مبيعات خط الأنابيب لإقفال نهاية الشهر.
- إعداد ومراجعة اتفاقيات الإمداد للمرافق والمواد الخام ومبيعات خط الأنابيب.
- تطوير ومراقبة النموذج الاقتصادي وإدارة مخزون الأوليفينات لتسهيل عملية اتخاذ القرارات لإدارة TASNEE لتحقيق الربحية الإجمالية.
- دعم المصنع بتوقعات المعالجة (tolling forecast) والتنسيق مع جميع الأطراف.
- العمل مع أعضاء الفريق الآخرين لإعداد عروض تقديمية عالية المستوى للإدارة والرسوم البيانية والتقارير والتحليلات التي يطلبها القسم حسب الأولوية.
- المشاركة بالتناوب مع أعضاء الفريق الآخرين في تغطية المناوبات / إجازات العيد لإتمام / تنسيق المهام الطارئة والحرجة.
- أداء المهام أو التكليفات الأخرى حسب التوجيه.
- اقتراح مساهمي الخطة السنوية للأعمال على الإدارة.
- ضمان الامتثال لجميع إجراءات وضوابط السلامة والجودة والبيئة ضمن نطاق النشاط المحدد لضمان سلامة الموظفين والامتثال التشريعي وتقديم منتجات / خدمات عالية الجودة وموقف بيئي مسؤول.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة، ويفضل في صناعة البتروكيماويات.

Job Purpose:
Perform duties with respect to inventory management, pipeline sales, contract review, pipeline customers/suppliers & regulators communication, third party co-ordination, Annual production plan and monthly forecast preparation, price calculations, preparation of management presentations in Microsoft power point, develop charts/graphs and should have proficiency in excel and maintaining dept. database.
Role Responsibilities:
- Prepare the forecasts in coordination with raw material and utilities suppliers and olefins buyers on an on-going basis, to ensure optimal capacity planning.
- Coordinate/Liaise with Government Departments/Private parties/Neighboring companies, in relation to the raw materials/feed stock supplies, Utilities and forecast of requirements business.
- Update the dept, database and master sheets on productions, consumption, sales and other performance indicators on either daily, weekly and monthly basis and communicate to other dept. users on regular basis.
- Prepare and review the prices with the pipeline sales quantity for the month-end closing.
- Prepare and review Supply Agreement for Utilities, Raw Material and the pipeline sales.
- Develop and monitor the Economic model and olefin inventory management, in order to facilitate the decision-making process of TASNEE’s management for overall profitability.
- Support plant with the tolling forecast and coordination with all parties.
- Work with other team members to prepare high level management presentations, charts, reports, analysis requested by dept.as per priority.
- On rotation basis with other team members participate in on call duty/Eid holiday coverage to complete/co-ordinate emergency/critical tasks.
- Perform other duties or assignments as directed.
- Propose annual business plan contributors to the management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management procedures and controls within a defined area of activity to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 4 years of related experience, preferably within the petrochemical industry.
