TAXA is Hiring | Operations Supervisor

with a strong background in transportation, mobility, ride-hailing, fleet

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

TAXA, a fast-growing transportation and mobility company, is looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team in Riyadh.

We are specifically looking for candidates with a strong background in transportation, mobility, ride-hailing, fleet, or dispatch operations, with proven experience leading operational teams and managing B2C and B2B services.

• Supervise daily operations and lead the operations team to ensure high performance.
• Manage B2C and B2B bookings end-to-end, ensuring accuracy and timely service delivery.
• Monitor fleet readiness, driver coordination, dispatch, and operational workflows.
• Handle customer complaints, escalations, and operational issues effectively.
• Monitor KPIs and operational data, including trips, utilization, cancellations, and incidents.
• Coordinate with suppliers, drivers, and business partners to maintain service quality.
• Develop and implement SOPs to improve operational consistency and efficiency.
• Plan and allocate resources based on demand and operational requirements.
• Train and mentor team members and drive continuous process improvement.

• 5+ years of experience in operations, transportation, or mobility services.
• 2-3 years in a supervisory or management role.
• 3-4 years of experience in ride-hailing, mobility, or transportation platforms.
• Proven experience with B2C & B2B bookings, dispatch, fleet, and driver operations.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel or similar operational reporting and data analysis tools.
• Fluent in English; Arabic and/or Urdu is a plus.
