تتولى شركة AtkinsRéalis توظيف مهندس أول للاستدامة (Sustainability Lead Engineer) في منطقة الرياض، لقيادة استراتيجيات الاستدامة والأداء البيئي في مشاريع بناء وفنادق كبرى خلال مرحلة الإشراف على الإنشاء.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
- قيادة وتنفيذ استراتيجيات الاستدامة وأهداف الأداء البيئي ومتطلبات المباني الخضراء خلال مرحلة الإشراف على الإنشاء لمشاريع بناء وفنادق كبرى.
- ضمان الامتثال لأهداف الاستدامة واللوائح وأفضل الممارسات الدولية مع دعم تسليم مشاريع عالية الأداء وموفرة للموارد ومسؤولة بيئيًا.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة الاستدامة: تطوير برامج مراقبة الاستدامة، مراقبة أداء الطاقة والمياه والنفايات وإدارة الموارد، دعم خطط العمل وضمان تحقيق الأهداف، تعزيز ممارسات الشراء المستدام واستخدام المواد الصديقة للبيئة.
- الامتثال لشهادات المباني الخضراء: ضمان الامتثال لأنظمة التصنيف الخضراء، مراجعة وثائق المقاول والأنشطة، التنسيق مع الاستشاريين والمقاولين وهيئات الاعتماد، الحفاظ على السجلات والأدلة للتدقيق، متابعة معالم الشهادة وإبلاغ الإدارة والعميل.
- الإشراف على البيئة وكفاءة الموارد: مراقبة مبادرات إدارة الطاقة والمياه والمواد، ضمان تنفيذ برامج إدارة النفايات وإعادة التدوير في الموقع، مراجعة بيانات المراقبة وتوصية بالإجراءات التصحيحية، تعزيز ممارسات تقليل الانبعاثات الكربونية والأثر البيئي للأنشطة الإنشائية، دعم مبادرات الامتثال البيئي بالتنسيق مع فرق الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
- التنسيق مع أصحاب المصلحة: التنسيق مع ممثلي العميل وفرق الإدارة والاستشاريين والمقاولين والجهات التنظيمية، المشاركة في اجتماعات المشروع وتقديم التوجيه الفني، تسهيل ورش العمل وجلسات التوعية والتدريب، دعم الردود المتعلقة بالاستدامة والمراجعات والتدقيقات، تعزيز ثقافة الاستدامة بين جميع المشاركين.
- إعداد التقارير والتوثيق: إعداد تقارير أداء الاستدامة أسبوعيًا وشهريًا، الحفاظ على سجلات شاملة ولوائح الامتثال وتقارير التدقيق ومؤشرات الأداء، متابعة مؤشرات الاستدامة الرئيسية وإبلاغ الاتجاهات وفرص التحسين، مراجعة تقارير الاستدامة للمقاول والتحقق من دقة البيانات، توثيق حالات عدم المطابقة والإجراءات التصحيحية لتحسين مستمر.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في هندسة الاستدامة أو الهندسة البيئية أو الهندسة المعمارية أو الهندسة المدنية أو الهندسة الميكانيكية أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- يفضل درجة الماجستير في الاستدامة أو الإدارة البيئية أو الطاقة المتجددة أو مجال ذي صلة.
- شهادة مهنية مثل LEED AP أو Estidama PQP أو WELL AP أو Envision SP أو ما يعادلها (مرغوب بشدة).
- عضوية مهنية في مؤسسة هندسية أو استدامة معترف بها (يفضل).
- شهادات إضافية في إدارة الاستدامة أو كفاءة الطاقة أو الأنظمة البيئية (مفيدة).
- خبرة مهنية لا تقل عن 12-15 سنة في الاستدامة أو الإدارة البيئية أو مشاريع المباني الخضراء.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في الإشراف على الإنشاء أو الإشراف الموقعي في مكاتب استشارية.
- خبرة مثبتة في تقديم برامج الاستدامة لمشاريع كبيرة كالمباني ومراكز المؤتمرات والفنادق والمنتجعات والمشاريع متعددة الاستخدامات.
- خبرة واضحة في شهادات المباني الخضراء مثل LEED وMostadam وBREEAM وWELL أو ما يعادلها.
- يفضل خبرة سابقة في مشاريع دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي وخاصة داخل المملكة العربية السعودية.

- مهارات تقنية: معرفة قوية بأساسيات التصميم المستدام وممارسات الإنشاء الأخضر وأنظمة الإدارة البيئية؛ خبرة في عمليات إصدار الشهادات الخضراء والمراقبة والتحقق؛ فهم شامل لاستراتيجيات كفاءة الطاقة والحفاظ على المياه وإدارة النفايات وتقليل الكربون؛ الإلمام بلوائح البناء السعودية ومتطلبات الاستدامة والأطر الدولية؛ إتقان استخدام Microsoft Office وأدوات إعداد تقارير الاستدامة وبرامج تحليل البيانات.

Your role
Sustainability Management
- Develop and oversee sustainability monitoring programs aligned with project requirements and corporate sustainability goals.
- Monitor project performance related to energy efficiency, water conservation, waste reduction, and resource optimization.
- Support the implementation of sustainability action plans and ensure achievement of project sustainability targets.
- Promote sustainable procurement practices and encourage the use of environmentally preferable materials and technologies.
- Identify opportunities to improve environmental and sustainability performance throughout the construction lifecycle.
- Ensure project compliance with applicable green building rating systems and sustainability certification requirements.
- Review contractor documentation and construction activities to verify alignment with targeted certification credits.
- Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and certification bodies to address sustainability compliance requirements.
- Maintain all evidence, records, and documentation necessary for certification reviews and audits.
- Monitor progress toward sustainability certification milestones and report status to project management and the Client.
- Monitor implementation of resource management initiatives including energy, water, and material consumption controls.
- Ensure effective construction waste management, recycling, and diversion programs are implemented on site.
- Review environmental monitoring data and recommend corrective actions where sustainability objectives are not being achieved.
- Promote best practices for reducing carbon emissions and minimizing environmental impacts associated with construction activities.
- Support environmental compliance initiatives in coordination with HSE and environmental teams.
- Coordinate with Client representatives, project management teams, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities on sustainability matters.
- Participate in project meetings and provide technical guidance on sustainability performance and compliance requirements.
- Facilitate sustainability workshops, awareness sessions, and training programs for project stakeholders.
- Support responses to sustainability-related inquiries, reviews, and audits conducted by external stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of sustainability across all project participants and site personnel.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sustainability performance reports for project management and Client review.
- Maintain comprehensive sustainability records, compliance registers, audit reports, and performance metrics.
- Track key sustainability indicators and communicate performance trends and improvement opportunities.
- Review contractor sustainability reports and verify accuracy of submitted data and supporting evidence.
- Document non-conformities, corrective actions, and lessons learned to support continual improvement.
About you
- Bachelor's Degree in Sustainability Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Master's Degree in Sustainability, Environmental Management, Renewable Energy, or a related field is preferred.
- Professional accreditation such as LEED AP, Estidama PQP, WELL AP, Envision SP, or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Professional membership with a recognized engineering or sustainability institution is preferred.
- Additional certifications related to sustainability management, energy efficiency, or environmental systems are advantageous.
- Minimum 12-15 years of professional experience in sustainability, environmental management, or green building projects.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in construction supervision or site supervision consultancy assignments.
- Proven experience delivering sustainability programs for large-scale buildings, convention centers, hotels, resorts, and mixed-use developments.
- Demonstrated experience with green building certifications such as LEED, Mostadam, BREEAM, WELL, or equivalent rating systems.
- Previous experience in GCC projects, particularly within Saudi Arabia, is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of sustainable design principles, green construction practices, and environmental management systems.
- Expertise in sustainability certification processes, performance monitoring, and compliance verification.
- Thorough understanding of energy efficiency, water conservation, waste management, and carbon reduction strategies.
- Familiarity with Saudi building regulations, sustainability requirements, and international sustainability frameworks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, sustainability reporting tools, and data analysis software.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and technical reporting skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a results-oriented approach.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
