إدارة أنشطة التحكم في التكاليف والقياسات والمهام المتعلقة بالعقود لمشاريع البنية التحتية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إعداد طلبات الدفع المؤقتة، وجداول القياس، وتقارير التكاليف.
- مراجعة وثائق العقود وضمان الامتثال لمعايير التكلفة.
- قياس الأعمال المنجزة وإعداد جداول الكميات للتغييرات أو الأعمال الإضافية.
- المساعدة في المطالبات والتغييرات والتفاوض التجاري.
- مراقبة أداء تكاليف المشروع والإبلاغ عن الانحرافات.
- تقييم فواتير المقاولين ودعم إدارة العقود.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في Quantity Surveying أو الهندسة المدنية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في مجال الكميات، ويفضل في مشاريع الطرق والسريعة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة قوية بمعايير FIDIC وإدارة العقود وأدوات التحكم في التكاليف.
- مهارات تحليلية وتوثيقية وتفاوضية ممتازة.

Senior Quantity Surveyor manages cost-control activities, measurements, and contract-related tasks for infrastructure projects.
Your role
- Prepare interim payment applications, measurement sheets, and cost reports.
- Review contract documents and ensure compliance with cost parameters.
- Measure completed work and prepare BOQs for changes or additional works.
- Assist in claims, variations, and commercial negotiations.
- Monitor project cost performance and report deviations.
- Evaluate contractor invoices and support contract administration.
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
- 10+ years' QS experience, preferably on road/highway projects.
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC, contract management, and cost-control tools.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and negotiation skills.
