تسعى شركة AtkinsRéalis لتعيين مصمم حضري كبير (Senior Urban Designer) للعمل في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، لقيادة ودعم تخطيط وتصميم وتنفيذ مشاريع تنمية حضرية كبرى.

نحن نبحث عن مصمم حضري كبير ذو خبرة لقيادة ودعم تخطيط وتصميم وتنفيذ مشاريع تنمية حضرية كبرى في الرياض. سيلعب المرشح الناجح دوراً محورياً في تطوير المخططات الشاملة وأطر التصميم الحضري واستراتيجيات الفضاءات العامة ومبادرات صناعة الأماكن، مع التنسيق مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات وأصحاب المصلحة. يتطلب الدور قيادة تصميمية قوية وخبرة فنية والقدرة على تقديم بيئات حضرية مبتكرة ومستدامة وعالية الجودة تتوافق مع أهداف المشروع والمتطلبات التنظيمية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة وإعداد وتطوير المخططات الشاملة وأطر التصميم الحضري ومقترحات التصميم الحضري التفصيلية.
- إدارة حزم التصميم الحضري طوال دورة حياة المشروع من تطوير المفهوم إلى التنفيذ.
- تطوير استراتيجيات الفضاءات العامة والشوارع والمساحات المفتوحة وصناعة الأماكن التي تعزز قابلية العيش وتجربة المستخدم.
- إجراء التحليل الحضري وتقييم المواقع ودراسات استخدام الأراضي وتقييمات جدوى التطوير.
- مراجعة والإشراف على إنتاج تقارير التصميم الحضري والرسومات والتصورات والعروض التقديمية والوثائق الفنية.
- ضمان امتثال مقترحات التصميم للوائح المحلية وسياسات التخطيط ومتطلبات العميل وأفضل الممارسات الدولية.
- التنسيق مع المهندسين المعماريين ومهندسي المناظر الطبيعية ومهندسي البنية التحتية ومتخصصي النقل وفرق التخطيط.
- قيادة ورش عمل مراجعة التصميم ومشاورات أصحاب المصلحة والعروض التقديمية للعملاء.
- تقديم القيادة الفنية والإرشاد للمصممين الحضريين المبتدئين وفرق المشاريع متعددة التخصصات.
- مراقبة تنفيذ مفاهيم التصميم الحضري المعتمدة أثناء أنشطة البناء والإشراف الموقعي.
- تقييم تغييرات التصميم والتوصية بحلول تحافظ على سلامة التصميم وأهداف المشروع.
- دعم تقديمات الجهات الرسمية والموافقات بالتنسيق مع الهيئات الحكومية والجهات التنظيمية.
- تعزيز التنمية الحضرية المستدامة ومبادرات المدن الذكية وقابلية المشي وإمكانية الوصول والرعاية البيئية.
- مساعدة فرق إدارة المشاريع في إدارة جداول المشروع والتسليمات والمخاطر ومتطلبات الموارد.
- المساهمة في أنشطة تطوير الأعمال والمقترحات الفنية وإدارة علاقات العملاء عند الحاجة.
- ضمان الامتثال لمعايير ضمان الجودة والصحة والسلامة والإدارة البيئية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في التصميم الحضري أو التخطيط الحضري أو الهندسة المعمارية أو هندسة المناظر الطبيعية أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- يفضل درجة الماجستير في التصميم الحضري أو التخطيط الحضري أو العمران.
- العضوية المهنية في مؤسسات معترف بها مثل RTPI أو ULI أو APA أو RIBA أو ما يعادلها تعتبر ميزة.
- خبرة مهنية لا تقل عن 10-15 سنة في مشاريع التصميم الحضري والتخطيط الشامل.
- خبرة مثبتة في تقديم مشاريع تطوير كبيرة متعددة الاستخدامات وسكنية وتجارية وفندقية وفضاءات عامة.
- فهم قوي لمبادئ التصميم الحضري وتخطيط التطوير وعمليات الموافقة التنظيمية.
- خبرة في العمل على مشاريع تطوير كبرى في دول الخليج (GCC) ويفضل المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إتقان استخدام برامج AutoCAD و Adobe Creative Suite و SketchUp و Rhino و Revit و GIS و Lumion و Enscape أو أدوات تصميم مماثلة.
- مهارات قوية في التواصل البصري والتصور وكتابة التقارير والعروض التقديمية.
- قدرات ممتازة في القيادة والتواصل مع أصحاب المصلحة وتنسيق المشاريع.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية؛ مهارات اللغة العربية تعتبر ميزة.

Your role
- Lead the preparation and development of master plans, urban design frameworks, and detailed urban design proposals.
- Manage urban design packages throughout project lifecycle from concept development to implementation.
- Develop public realm, streetscape, open space, and placemaking strategies that enhance community livability and user experience.
- Conduct urban analysis, site assessments, land-use studies, and development feasibility evaluations.
- Review and guide the production of urban design reports, drawings, visualizations, presentations, and technical documentation.
- Ensure design proposals comply with local regulations, planning policies, client requirements, and international best practices.
- Coordinate with architects, landscape architects, infrastructure engineers, transportation specialists, and planning teams.
- Lead design review workshops, stakeholder consultations, and client presentations.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior urban designers and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Monitor implementation of approved urban design concepts during construction and site supervision activities.
- Evaluate design changes and recommend solutions that maintain design integrity and project objectives.
- Support authority submissions and approvals by coordinating with government agencies and regulatory bodies.
- Promote sustainable urban development, smart city initiatives, walkability, accessibility, and environmental stewardship.
- Assist project management teams in managing project schedules, deliverables, risks, and resource requirements.
- Contribute to business development activities, technical proposals, and client relationship management when required.
- Ensure compliance with quality assurance, health and safety, and environmental management standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Urban Design, Urban Planning, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or a related discipline.
- Master's degree in Urban Design, Urban Planning, or Urbanism is preferred.
- Professional membership with recognized institutions such as RTPI, ULI, APA, RIBA, or equivalent is advantageous.
- Minimum 10-15 years of professional experience in urban design and master planning projects.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale mixed-use, residential, commercial, hospitality, and public realm developments.
- Strong understanding of urban design principles, development planning, and regulatory approval processes.
- Experience working on major developments within the GCC, preferably Saudi Arabia.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Rhino, Revit, GIS, Lumion, Enscape, or similar design tools.
- Strong graphic communication, visualization, report-writing, and presentation skills.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement, and project coordination capabilities.
- Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
