تعلن شركة AtkinsRéalis عن توفر فرصة وظيفية لشغل منصب مدير الإنشاءات في منطقة أملج بالمملكة العربية السعودية، وذلك للعمل على مشاريع فندقية وسكنية ومتعددة الاستخدامات راقية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة فريق متعدد التخصصات من شركة إدارة المشاريع (PMC) مسؤول عن تسليم مجموعة كبيرة من المشاريع المتنوعة (متعددة الاستخدامات، سكنية، وفنادق) وفقاً لمتطلبات العميل.
- إدارة الواجهات الرئيسية مع أصحاب المصلحة، بما في ذلك جميع الإدارات داخل مؤسسة العميل والجهات الحكومية الأخرى.
- الإشراف الكامل على إدارة الإنشاءات والرقابة عليها.
- مراقبة التزام المقاولين بمسؤولياتهم التعاقدية.
- متابعة تقدم أعمال الإنشاء للتأكد من مطابقتها للجدول الزمني.
- ضمان تسليم المشاريع ضمن الوقت والتكلفة والجودة المطلوبة، مع تحقيق أعلى معايير الصحة والسلامة.
- ضمان توفر الموارد المناسبة للوفاء بالالتزامات الحالية والمستقبلية وتعظيم الفرص.
- تقديم التخطيط والقيادة والتوجيه والخبرة الفنية لإدارة المهام المعقدة والمشاريع متعددة التخصصات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في الهندسة المعمارية، أو إدارة الإنشاءات، أو الهندسة، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- يُفضَّل الحصول على صفة الزمالة المهنية (Chartered status).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 20 عاماً، منها 7 أعوام في مشروع/دور مماثل لهذا.
- خبرة مثبتة في عمليات الإنشاءات واسعة النطاق وإدارة عقود متعددة، خاصة في الفنادق الفاخرة والمشاريع السكنية والمتعددة الاستخدامات.
- شغل منصب على مستوى إداري (Director Level) حالي أو سابق.
المهارات المطلوبة
- قدرة عالية على التخطيط والتحليل وإدارة العمليات والاعتبارات التجارية.
- متمكن في بناء علاقات عمل جيدة ضمن هياكل معقدة داخل المشاريع ومع العملاء وداخلياً.
- متمكن من التقارير والتواصل مع كبار المسؤولين التنفيذيين.
- معرفة ممتازة بتقنيات الإنشاءات وإجراءات مراقبة المشاريع والجودة والصحة والسلامة.
- قدرة على حشد الفرق وقيادتها نحو التسليم الناجح.
- مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سمعة AtkinsRéalis لدى العملاء وتعزيزها، وتطوير علاقات طويلة الأمد لتحديد فرص جديدة.

Your role
- Manage a multi functional PMC team responsible for delivering a large number of varied mixed use, residential, and hotel projects in accordance with the Client's requirements.
- Manage key stakeholder interfaces which will include all departments within the Client organisation as well as other government departments.
- Overall construction management and control.
- Monitor contractors for compliance with their contractual responsibilities.
- Monitor progress of the construction for compliance with schedule.
- Ensure delivery of projects to time, cost and quality and ensuring highest standards of Health & Safety are achieved.
- Ensure resources are appropriate to meet current and future commitments and to maximise opportunities.
- Must be forward thinking and experienced in running large, multi-disciplined site teams.
The Construction Director will be a qualified professional who is currently working at Director Level and is capable of providing planning, leadership, direction and technical expertise to manage complex tasks and multidisciplinary projects. - Bachelor'S or Master's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

- Experience with large scale construction operations, management of multiple contracts, particularly luxury hotels, residential and mixed use developments.
- Highly articulate, experienced in reporting and communication to senior executives.
- They will also be responsible for maintaining and enhancing AtkinsRealis reputation with our Clients and developing effective long-term Client relationships thus identifying and developing new opportunities for the Group.
- Excellent knowledge of construction techniques as well project controls procedures, quality and health & safety
- A "rounded profile", comfortable with planning, analysis and managing process and commercial considerations. The successful candidate will also be able to mobilise people and teams and drive for a successful delivery.
- Effective in building good working relationships within complex structures both within projects, with Clients and internally.
