تعلن شركة AtkinsRéalis عن حاجة إلى شغل وظيفة Quality Engineer (Site Operations) للعمل في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
- نبحث حاليًا عن مهندس جودة (عمليات الموقع) للانضمام إلى فريقنا المتنامي في المملكة العربية السعودية.
- سيكون المرشح المثالي مسؤولاً عن ضمان التزام مشاريع البناء بجميع إجراءات مراقبة الجودة وضمان الجودة في الموقع.
- يتضمن الدور التعاون الوثيق مع فريق إدارة الموقع والمقاولين وأصحاب المصلحة لضمان الامتثال للمواصفات والمعايير واللوائح.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- مراقبة الجودة: تنفيذ ومراقبة عمليات مراقبة الجودة لأنشطة البناء في الموقع، والتأكد من أن العمل يتم وفقًا للخطط والرسومات والمواصفات المعتمدة.
- التفتيش والاختبار: إجراء عمليات تفتيش في الموقع وتنسيق اختبار المواد والمعدات والعمليات لضمان الامتثال لمعايير الجودة، وتسجيل النتائج والإبلاغ عنها بدقة.
- إدارة حالات عدم المطابقة: تحديد وتوثيق أي انحرافات أو حالات عدم مطابقة، والعمل عن كثب مع فرق الموقع لحل المشكلات المتعلقة بالجودة وضمان اتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية.
- التوثيق: الحفاظ على سجلات واضحة ودقيقة لعمليات التفتيش والاختبارات والتقارير وحالات عدم المطابقة، وإعداد وتقديم تقارير جودة منتظمة لمديري المشاريع والإدارة العليا.
- التعاون مع المقاولين: التواصل مع المقاولين والمقاولين من الباطن والموردين لضمان استيفاء معايير الجودة أثناء البناء وحل أي مخاوف متعلقة بالجودة.
- التدقيق والامتثال: دعم عمليات التدقيق الداخلية والخارجية لضمان الامتثال لمواصفات المشروع واللوائح المحلية والمعايير الدولية (مثل ISO 9001).
- التحسين المستمر: المساعدة في تحديد مجالات التحسين في عمليات الجودة والمساهمة في المبادرات التي تهدف إلى تعزيز الجودة العامة لتسليم المشروع.
- التواصل مع العميل: التأكد من معالجة جميع المخاوف المتعلقة بالجودة من العملاء وأصحاب المصلحة بشكل سريع ومهني، ودعم عمليات التفتيش والمراجعات من قبل العميل حسب الحاجة.
- التدريب والدعم: تقديم تدريب توعوي حول الجودة لفرق الموقع، وضمان أن جميع الموظفين على دراية بمتطلبات وإجراءات الجودة الخاصة بالمشروع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو هندسة البناء أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 8+ سنوات في مجال هندسة الجودة، مع ما لا يقل عن 2-3 سنوات من الخبرة في الأدوار القائمة على الموقع ضمن مشاريع البناء في الإمارات أو دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة قوية بأنظمة إدارة الجودة (QMS) ومعايير صناعة البناء وISO 9001.
- خبرة في اختبار المواد وعمليات التفتيش في الموقع وعمليات ضمان الجودة.
- الإلمام بمواد البناء وخصائصها وتقنيات التفتيش.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل الكتابي والشفوي، مع القدرة على إنتاج تقارير واضحة ودقيقة، ومهارات شخصية قوية للتواصل مع فرق الموقع والمقاولين والعملاء.
- مهارات قوية في التحليل وحل المشكلات، مع القدرة على تحديد المشكلات واقتراح الحلول ومتابعة التنفيذ.

Your role
- Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality control processes for construction activities on-site, ensuring that work is performed in accordance with approved plans, drawings, and specifications.
- Inspection & Testing: Perform site inspections and coordinate testing of materials, equipment, and processes to ensure compliance with quality standards. Record and report results accurately.
- Non-Conformance Management: Identify and document any deviations or non-conformance issues. Work closely with site teams to resolve quality-related issues and ensure corrective and preventive actions are taken.
- Documentation: Maintain clear, accurate records of inspections, tests, reports, and non-conformance issues. Prepare and submit regular quality control reports to project managers and senior management.
- Collaboration with Contractors: Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure quality standards are met during construction and to resolve any quality-related concerns.
- Audit & Compliance: Support internal and external audits to ensure compliance with project specifications, local regulations, and international standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Continuous Improvement: Assist in identifying areas for improvement in quality processes and contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall quality of project delivery.
- Client Liaison: Ensure that all quality-related concerns from clients and stakeholders are addressed promptly and professionally. Support client inspections and reviews as required.
- Training & Support: Provide quality awareness training to site teams, ensuring that all personnel are familiar with the project's quality requirements and procedures.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in quality engineering, with at least 2-3 years of experience in site-based roles within construction projects in the UAE or GCC region.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS), construction industry standards, and ISO 9001.
- Experience with material testing, site inspections, and quality assurance processes.
- Familiarity with construction materials and their properties, as well as inspection techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and accurate reports. Strong interpersonal skills for liaising with site teams, contractors, and clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and follow through on implementation.
