تتولى شركة AtkinsRéalis في منطقة الرياض مسؤولية إدارة عقود مشروع سكك حديدية خلال مرحلة البناء، والإشراف على جميع الأنشطة المتعلقة بالعقود لضمان الامتثال للالتزامات التعاقدية وإدارة المفاوضات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على إدارة جميع العقود المتعلقة بالمشروع مع ضمان الامتثال للبروتوكولات القانونية والمالية والشركاتية.
- قيادة المفاوضات حول القضايا التعاقدية المعقدة مع العملاء والمقاولين وأصحاب المصلحة.
- تحديد وتخفيف المخاطر التعاقدية وتقديم المشورة بشأن الفرص والتهديدات المحتملة.
- تقديم تقارير دورية عن التقدم للعميل وأصحاب المصلحة الداخليين مع إبراز المخاطر والفرص التعاقدية.
- التنسيق مع مدير المطالبات لضمان استجابة قوية لأي مطالبات وفقاً للعقد.
- توفير جميع البيانات الفنية اللازمة لمدير إدارة العقود الأول.
- إعداد وتقديم العروض التعاقدية حسب الحاجة.

- دفع التقدم عبر اجتماعات التقدم التعاقدي وضمان الوفاء بجميع الالتزامات التعاقدية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو إدارة الإنشاءات أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة (يفضل درجة الماجستير).
- الشهادات المهنية مثل Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) أو ما يعادلها مرغوبة جداً.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 12 سنة في إدارة العقود، ويفضل في قطاع الإنشاءات أو البنية التحتية.
- معرفة معمقة بقانون العقود وعقود الإنشاءات والمعايير الصناعية، مع الإلمام بعقود FIDIC ميزة إضافية.
- خبرة سابقة في مشروع سكك حديدية أو نقل تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
المهارات المطلوبة

Your role
- Contract Management: Oversee the administration of all contracts related to the project, ensuring compliance with legal, financial, and corporate protocols.
- Negotiations: Lead negotiations for complex contractual issues, representing the organization in discussions with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate contractual risks, providing advice on potential opportunities and threats.
- Progress Reporting: Provide regular progress reports to the client and internal stakeholders, highlighting any contractual risks and opportunities.
- Claims Management: Liaise with the Claims Manager to ensure a robust response to any claims, in compliance with the contract.
- Technical Data Provision: Ensure the provision of all necessary technical data to the Contract Administration Senior Manager.
- Contractual Presentations: Prepare and deliver contractual presentations as required.
- Liaison with Departments: Work closely with the required departments to ensure compliance with any legal, financial, and corporate protocols.
- Contractual Progress Meetings: Drive progression via contractual progress meetings, ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
Qualifications and Educational Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
- Professional certifications such as Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in contract management, preferably in the construction or infrastructure sector.
- In-depth knowledge of contract law, construction contracts, and industry standards. Familiarity with FIDIC contracts is a plus.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple contracts and stakeholders effectively.
- Prior experience working on a rail or transportation project will be a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
- High level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in contract administration.
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Experience in project management, with the ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines.
