القدية هي عاصمة السعودية المستقبلية للترفيه والرياضة والثقافة، وهي مشروع ضخم بمساحة 360 كيلومترًا مربعًا بالقرب من الرياض. مع انتقال أصولنا من مرحلة التطوير إلى التشغيل طويل الأجل، نبحث عن محترف ضيافة متمرس للانضمام إلينا كمدير مشارك لإدارة الأصول (Associate Director - Asset Management) في الرياض.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- مراقبة عمليات الفنادق، معايير الخدمة، تجربة الضيوف، التكاليف، وأداء المشغلين.
- مراجعة تقارير الإدارة، ملاحظات الضيوف، التدقيقات، والمخاطر التشغيلية.
- تحديد فرص تحسين الكفاءة، الجودة، أداء الإيرادات، وقيمة الأصول.
- ضمان الامتثال لإجراءات التشغيل القياسية (SOPs)، معايير العلامات التجارية، متطلبات السلامة، وخطط العمل المعتمدة.
- مراجعة وتنسيق اختيارات OS&E و FF&E، النماذج الأولية، جاهزية التركيب، والتسليم.
- دعم المشاريع الرأسمالية وتحسينات الأصول مع تقليل الاضطرابات التشغيلية.
- التنسيق مع مشغلي الفنادق، الاستشاريين، المقاولين، وأصحاب المصلحة الداخليين.
- إعداد تقارير تشغيلية وتتبع إجراءات التحسين حتى اكتمالها.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الضيافة، عمليات الفنادق، إدارة الأصول، إدارة المشاريع، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 12 عامًا في مجال عمليات الضيافة، إدارة أصول الفنادق، الجاهزية التشغيلية، أو تسليم المشاريع الرأسمالية.
- معرفة قوية بعمليات الفنادق، إجراءات التشغيل القياسية، معايير العلامات التجارية، تجربة الضيوف، وضمان الجودة.
- خبرة في OS&E، FF&E، التدقيقات التشغيلية، وخطط التحسين.
- مهارات قوية في التواصل، إدارة أصحاب المصلحة، إعداد التقارير، وحل المشكلات.
- يفضل وجود خبرة في الفنادق، المشاريع متعددة الاستخدامات، أو الوجهات واسعة النطاق.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor hotel operations, service standards, guest experience, costs, and operator performance
- Review management reports, guest feedback, audits, and operational risks
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, revenue performance, and asset value
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, brand standards, safety requirements, and approved business plans
- Review and coordinate OS&E and FF&E selections, mock-ups, installation readiness, and handover
- Support capital projects and asset enhancements while minimizing operational disruption
- Coordinate with hotel operators, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders
- Prepare operational reports and track improvement actions through completion
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Operations, Asset Management, Project Management, or a related field
- 12+ years of relevant experience in hospitality operations, hotel asset management, operational readiness, or capital project delivery
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, SOPs, brand standards, guest experience, and quality assurance
- Experience with OS&E, FF&E, operational audits, and improvement plans
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, reporting, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in hotels, mixed-use developments, or large-scale destinations is preferred
