المهام والمسؤوليات

  • مراجعة والتحقق من نماذج BIM الخاصة بالمقاول بمستوى التفصيل LOD 400 ووثائق 'كما تم التنفيذ' LOD 500 مقابل متطلبات معلومات صاحب العمل (EIR).
  • ضمان التزام تسليمات المقاول بشكل صارم بمتطلبات معلومات صاحب العمل (EIR) وخطة تنفيذ BIM المعتمدة (BEP).
  • تجميع نماذج المقاول متعددة التخصصات (الهندسة المعمارية، الإنشائية، الميكانيكية والكهربائية والسباكة، المرافق، البنية التحتية) في نماذج موحدة رئيسية باستخدام Autodesk Navisworks.
  • إدارة وتوثيق اجتماعات تنسيق BIM الرسمية لحل التضاربات المكانية المعقدة والمتعددة التخصصات قبل التنفيذ الفعلي في الموقع.
  • التعاون والتواصل مع التخصصات الأخرى بشأن قضايا التنسيق ومهام تطوير النموذج.
  • المشاركة الفعالة مع أصحاب المصلحة المعنيين والمستخدمين النهائيين وأصول المالك طوال رحلة تنفيذ BIM.
  • إدارة ومراقبة النشاط داخل بيئة البيانات المشتركة (CDE) للمشروع.
  • التحقق من محاكاة التخطيط الرباعي الأبعاد (4D) وتسلسل البناء للمقاول الرئيسي لتحديد تعارضات الجدولة الهيكلية أو اللوجستية.
  • إدارة ومعالجة المشاركات الخارجية ذات الصلة التي قد تكون مطلوبة لتنفيذ استراتيجية BIM.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المعمارية أو الهندسة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في التصميم من خلفية الهندسة المدنية / البنية التحتية، منها سنتين على الأقل في منطقة دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي.
  • عضوية مهنية وشهادات اختصاص مطلوبة.
  • خبرة في بيئة استشارية في مشاريع المباني، المجال العام، الطرق، الجسور، الأنفاق، والبنية التحتية.
  • مهارات تواصل جيدة باللغة الإنجليزية (شفهياً وكتابياً)، مع القدرة على التواصل الفعال مع العميل والإدارة وموظفي المشروع في القضايا الفنية وغير الفنية.

Job Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented BIM Coordination Engineer to join our team!

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Review and validate contractor LOD 400 BIM models and LOD 500 as-built documentation against the Employer Information Requirements (EIR).
  • Ensure the contractor's deliverables rigidly comply with the project’s Employer Information Requirements (EIR) and the approved BIM Execution Plan (BEP)
  • Assemble multidisciplinary contractor models (Architecture, Structure, MEP, Utilities, Infrastructure) into master federated models using Autodesk Navisworks.
  • Run and document formal BIM coordination meetings to settle complex, multi-trade spatial clashes before physical site execution.
  • Collaborate and communicate with other disciplines on coordination issues and model development tasks.
  • Actively engages the relevant stakeholders, end-users, and asset owners throughout the BIM implementation journey.
  • Administer and monitor activity within the project’s CDE.
  • Verify the main contractor’s 4D planning and construction sequence simulations to identify structural or logistical scheduling conflicts.
  • Management and administration of the relevant external engagements that may be required to deliver on the BIM Strategy.


What Required Skills You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering.
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in Design from a Civil Engineering/Infrastructure discipline background. Minimum 2 years GCC regional experience. Professional memberships and charterships required. Experience from a Consultant environment on buildings, public realm, roads, bridges, tunnels and Infrastructure projects. Good English verbal and written communication skills, must be able to effectively communicate with the client, management and project personnel on technical and non-technical issues.
