نبحث عن متدرب متحمس في تجربة التصميم للانضمام إلى فريقنا في بوبا العربية بمدينتي مكة وجدة بالمملكة العربية السعودية. تهدف هذه الفرصة إلى اكتساب خبرة عملية في عمليات التصميم والتفكير الإبداعي وعرض الأفكار، حيث سيدعم المتدرب الفريق في تطوير مفاهيم التصميم وتوصيلها بفعالية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم حلول إبداعية تتوافق مع أهداف العمل واحتياجات الجمهور ورؤى المستخدمين (التفكير التصميمي).
- تطوير عروض تقديمية احترافية باستخدام PowerPoint وGoogle Slides وKeynote مع تحسين المحتوى من حيث الوضوح والدقة والتأثير.
- صياغة الرسائل والمحتوى بالتعاون مع فرق متعددة التخصصات لإنتاج محتوى جذاب يناسب مختلف المنصات.
- إجراء البحوث لفهم المواضيع وسياق الصناعة واحتياجات الجمهور، وترجمة الرؤى إلى صور وروايات واضحة، مع متابعة أحدث الاتجاهات في التواصل الرقمي والتسويق عبر الرسائل النصية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خريج حديث في التسويق أو التصميم أو مجال ذي صلة.
- هذا المنصب مخصص للتدريب (Coop) وليس للتوظيف الدائم.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة قوية في أدوات العروض التقديمية (PowerPoint، Google Slides، Keynote).
- مهارات ممتازة في الكتابة والتواصل الشفهي.
- معرفة بأساسيات التصميم (التخطيط، الطباعة، التسلسل البصري).
- قدرة قوية على سرد القصص وتنظيم المعلومات.
- الاهتمام بالتفاصيل مع معايير عالية للجودة والاتساق.

- Deliver creative solutions that align with business objectives, audience needs and user insights
- Develop professional presentations (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote) and refine presentation content for clarity, accuracy, and maximum impact
- Drafting messages and content. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content tailored for various platforms..
- Conduct research to understand topics, industry context, and audience needs; translate insights into clear visuals and narratives. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital communication and SMS marketing
- Strong expertise in presentation tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of basic design principles (layout, typography, visual hierarchy)
- Strong storytelling and information-structuring abilities
- Attention to detail with a high standard for quality and consistency
