يعلن مستشفى فقيه للرعاية الصحية عن توفر وظيفة استشاري غدد صماء للبالغين، للعمل في منطقة مكة المكرمة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- أداء المهام السريرية وفقاً للامتيازات السريرية الممنوحة.
- إجراء تقييم شامل للمرضى (سريري، اجتماعي اقتصادي، نفسي ووظيفي) وتوثيقه في السجلات الطبية.
- وضع خطة رعاية للمرضى باستخدام منهجية قائمة على الأدلة ووفقاً لمعايير الرعاية، وتوثيقها في السجل الطبي.
- ضمان تنفيذ خطة رعاية المريض التي يضعها في الوقت المناسب.
- تحمل مسؤولية الطبيب الأكثر مسؤولية (MRP) عن المرضى المنومين تحت اسمه.
- وضع خطة خروج للمرضى المنومين تحت اسمه في يوم القبول، وإشراك خدمة تخطيط الخروج في أقرب وقت ممكن عند الحاجة.
- تقييم المرضى المنومين تحت اسمه مرة واحدة على الأقل يومياً وتوثيق التقييم اليومي وخطة الرعاية في ملاحظات التقدم اليومية باستخدام صيغة SOAP.
- الاستجابة للاستشارات الطبية في الوقت المناسب.
- توثيق التدخلات الطبية التي يجريها للمرضى في الوقت المناسب.
- الالتزام الصارم بمعايير فقيه للرعاية الصحية لتوثيق السجلات الطبية.
- المسؤولية عن إكمال واعتماد ملخصات الخروج للمرضى المنومين تحت اسمه في الوقت المناسب، وضمان تقديم تعليمات الخروج والتوعية حول الأدوية المنزلية قبل خروج المريض.
- الالتزام بالواجبات داخل منشأة فقيه للرعاية الصحية والاستجابة للمكالمات من المنشأة وفقاً لجدول المناوبات في القسم.
- حضور اجتماعات القسم والاجتماعات العامة للموظفين والمساهمة بأفكار لتحسين الكفاءة والإنتاجية ورضا المرضى.
- كتابة التقارير الطبية لمرضاه في الوقت المناسب ووفقاً لنموذج فقيه للرعاية الصحية.
- المساهمة في جولات التدريس والأنشطة التعليمية وفقاً لطلب رئيس القسم الطبي.
- توعية المرضى وعائلاتهم حول الحالات الصحية والعلاجات والإجراءات الوقائية.
- أداء مهام أخرى تُسند إليه ضمن نطاق المسؤولية ومتطلبات الوظيفة.
- جميع موظفي فقيه للرعاية الصحية مسؤولون عن التحسين المستمر، بما في ذلك: أداء المهام بطريقة تدعم قيم الرعاية المتمحورة حول الشخص، المساهمة الفعالة في مبادرات التحسين المستمر، الالتزام ببروتوكولات السلامة ومعالجة المخاوف المتعلقة بالسلامة، الحفاظ على سرية المعلومات الحساسة، الامتثال لسياسات الأمن السيبراني، الالتزام بمدونة قواعد السلوك والسياسات والمعايير الأخلاقية، وإكمال التعليم الإلزامي قبل شهر على الأقل من تاريخ انتهاء الصلاحية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- إكمال تدريب منظم في مجال التخصص أو التخصص الدقيق في مركز طبي معترف به، والحصول على أعلى درجة سريرية في هذا التخصص يمكن منحها من ذلك المركز.
- إكمال خبرة وفقاً للهيئة التنظيمية الصحية الإقليمية (كما هو مذكور في التعليم) في مجال التخصص، في مراكز طبية معترف بها.
- إتقان ممتاز للغة الإنجليزية والعربية تحدثاً وكتابة.
- ترخيص مزاولة المهنة من الهيئة التنظيمية الصحية الإقليمية (مثل الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية / هيئة الصحة بدبي)، وشهادة الإنعاش القلبي الرئوي الأساسي (BLS)، وترخيص متقدم إذا كان ذلك مطبقاً.
المهارات المطلوبة
- القدرة على التواصل بوضوح مع المرضى وعائلاتهم والأطباء والموظفين غير الطبيين.
- مهارات استخدام برامج مايكروسوفت.
- مهارات تنظيمية جيدة والقدرة على العمل في حالات الضغط العالي.

Job Purpose:
Performs assessment and management of patients with an evidence-based approach, according to standards of care, and in compliance with Fakeeh Care bylaws, policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities And Duties
Skills and Abilities:
Completion of experience according to the regional health regulatory authority (as mentioned in education) within the field of specialty, in recognized medical centers.
Education
Completion of structured training in the field of specialty or subspecialty in a recognized medical center, and obtaining the highest clinical degree in that field of specialty that can be granted by that medical center.
Language
Excellent command of oral and written English and Arabic.
Licenses / Certifications
License for practice as per the regional health regulatory authority e.g. (SCFHS / DHA), BLS and advanced license if applicable.
Job Purpose:
Performs assessment and management of patients with an evidence-based approach, according to standards of care, and in compliance with Fakeeh Care bylaws, policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities And Duties
- Performs clinical duties as per his / her assigned clinical privileges.
- Assesses his / her patients thoroughly (eg. clinical, socioeconomic, psychological and functional assessments) and documents patients' assessment in patients' medical records.
- Develops a plan of care for patients using an evidence-based approach and following standards of care, and documents the plan of care in patients’ medical record.
- Ensures that patients’ plan of care that is put by him/her is being implemented in a timely manner.
- Becomes the most responsible physician (MRP) for inpatients admitted under his / her name.
- For inpatients admitted under his / her name, develops discharge plan on day of admission and involves discharge-planning service as early as possible if warranted.
- Assesses inpatients that are admitted under his / her name at least once daily and ensures documentation of daily assessment and plan of care in daily progress notes using SOAP format.
- Responds to medical consultations in timely manner.
- Documents medical interventions that he / she performs on patients in a timely manner.
- Strictly follows Fakeeh care standards for documentation in medical records
- Responsible for timely completion and authentication of discharge summaries for patients admitted under his / her name. Also responsible for ensuring that indicated discharge instructions and education on take home medications is done prior to patients discharge.
- Attends to Fakeeh Health Care facility duties and responds to calls from the facility as per the departmental / section call schedule.
- Attends departmental and general staff meetings and contributes ideas for improving efficiency, productivity and patient satisfaction.
- Responsible for writing medical reports of his / her patients in a timely manner an das per Fakeeh care format
- Contributes to teaching rounds and teaching activities as requested by chairperson of medical department.
- Educates patients and their families about health conditions, treatments and preventative measures.
- Other duties as assigned within the scope of responsibility and requirements of the job.
- Performing all duties and tasks in a manner that supports Fakeeh’s Person-Centered care values.
- Actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, within the scope of the role.
- Adherence to safety protocols and proactively seeking to address any job-related safety concerns.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality of all sensitive information accessed or encountered during work.
- Complying with cybersecurity policies and standards to protect Fakeeh’s systems and participating in awareness training and initiatives to prevent cyber threats.
- Adhering to and upholding Fakeeh Care’s code of conduct, policies and ethical standards.
- Completion of mandatory education as per the requirement, at least one month prior to expiration.
Skills and Abilities:
- Must be able to clearly communicate with patients and their families, physicians and non-medical staff.
- Microsoft computer skills.
- Should have good organization skills and be able to work in high stress situations.
