شركة فقيه للرعاية الصحية تبحث عن مهندس تنفيذ (Implementation Engineer) للعمل في مكة وجدة، السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- التعاون مع مدراء المشاريع والعملاء لفهم نطاق المشروع وأهدافه وجداوله الزمنية.
- تطوير خطط تنفيذ مفصلة تشمل الجداول الزمنية ومتطلبات الموارد وتقييم المخاطر.
- إعداد وتهيئة بيئات البرمجيات والأجهزة اللازمة للتنفيذ.
- تثبيت وتهيئة حلول البرمجيات وفقاً لمواصفات العميل ومتطلبات المشروع.
- تخصيص إعدادات البرمجيات ومعاييرها بما يتوافق مع عمليات الأعمال واحتياجات العميل.
- دمج البرمجيات مع الأنظمة وقواعد البيانات الحالية، وضمان تدفق البيانات والتوافقية بسلاسة.
- إجراء اختبار شامل للحل المُنفَّذ للتأكد من استيفائه لمتطلبات الوظائف والأداء والأمان.
- تحديد وحل أي مشكلات تقنية أو أخطاء تنشأ أثناء مرحلة الاختبار.
- العمل عن كثب مع فرق ضمان الجودة للتأكد من أن الحل جاهز تماماً للتشغيل.
- تقديم تدريب للعملاء والمستخدمين النهائيين حول كيفية استخدام البرمجيات المنفذة بفعالية.
- إنشاء أدلة المستخدم والوثائق والمواد التدريبية لدعم إعداد العميل واستخدامه.
- تقديم دعم فني مستمر للعملاء أثناء وبعد عملية التنفيذ، والإجابة على أي أسئلة أو مشكلات.
- التعاون مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات، بما في ذلك المطورين وضمان الجودة ومدراء المشاريع، لضمان تسليم المشروع بنجاح.
- التواصل بانتظام مع العملاء لتقديم تحديثات عن تقدم التنفيذ ومعالجة أي مخاوف.
- العمل كحلقة وصل بين العميل والفريق الفني، وضمان التواصل الواضح وفهم المتطلبات.
- تحديد وحل المشكلات التقنية التي تنشأ أثناء التنفيذ، والعمل على حلها بسرعة وفعالية.
- تقديم تحليلات للأسباب الجذرية لأي مشكلات تمت مواجهتها وتنفيذ إجراءات وقائية لتجنب المشكلات المستقبلية.
- رفع المشكلات المعقدة إلى المهندسين الكبار أو المطورين عند الضرورة، وضمان الحل في الوقت المناسب.
- جمع الملاحظات من العملاء والفرق الداخلية لتحديد مجالات التحسين في عملية التنفيذ.
- المساهمة في تطوير أفضل الممارسات والإجراءات التشغيلية القياسية لتنفيذ البرمجيات.
- الاطلاع على أحدث الاتجاهات والأدوات والتقنيات المتعلقة بتنفيذ البرمجيات ونشرها.
- الحفاظ على وثائق دقيقة ومُحدَّثة لعمليات التنفيذ والتكوينات والتغييرات.
- إعداد تقارير دورية عن حالة المشروع والتحديات والنتائج للإدارة والعملاء.
- ضمان أن جميع الوثائق متاحة لأصحاب المصلحة المعنيين ومُحدَّثة حسب الحاجة.
- التأكد من أن جميع الوثائق متاحة لأعضاء الفريق المعنيين ويتم تحديثها بانتظام.
- مواءمة جميع القرارات والاستراتيجيات مع قيادة الشركة قبل التنفيذ.
- المرونة في ساعات العمل، وإمكانية العمل خلال عطلات نهاية الأسبوع لتلبية مواعيد المشروع أو احتياجات العملاء.
- السفر إلى مواقع مختلفة حسب الحاجة لدعم تنفيذ المشاريع وعملاء الاجتماعات وغيرها من أنشطة الأعمال.
- أي مهام أخرى تُكلَّف ضمن نطاق الوظيفة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- فهم قوي لتطوير البرمجيات والتكامل، بما في ذلك إتقان لغات البرمجة وواجهات برمجة التطبيقات (APIs) وقواعد البيانات لتنفيذ الحلول واستكشاف الأخطاء بفعالية.
- القدرة على تحليل المشكلات المعقدة، وتحديد الأسباب الجذرية، وتطوير حلول فعالة، مما يضمن التنفيذ السلس وأقل قدر من التعطيل لعمليات العميل.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة للعمل مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات والعملاء، ونقل المعلومات التقنية بوضوح وجمع المتطلبات لضمان تسليم المشروع بنجاح.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة من 5 إلى 7 سنوات في مجال تنفيذ البرمجيات أو إدارة المشاريع أو الدعم الفني في دور مماثل.
- درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب أو تقنية المعلومات أو الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة.
- إجادة ممتازة للغة الإنجليزية والعربية تحدثاً وكتابة.
- شهادة الهيئة السعودية للمهندسين (SCE).
