شركة فقيه للرعاية الصحية في المدينة السعودية تبحث عن فني/أخصائي علاج تنفسي (Respiratory Therapy Technician) للانضمام إلى فريق العمل.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنفيذ إجراءات العلاج الطبيعي للصدر، بما في ذلك تمارين التنفس باستخدام أجهزة قياس التنفس التحفيزي أو بدونها، والتدليك الصدري، وتدريب السعال، والتصريف الوضعي.
- إعطاء الغازات العلاجية بما في ذلك الأكسجين باستخدام معدات إعطاء الأكسجين المختلفة.
- إعطاء aerosols الدوائية أو غير الدوائية والترطيب باستخدام تقنيات ومعدات متنوعة.
- إجراء الشفط الأنفي الرغامي/القصبي الرغامي.
- إجراء التنفس بالضغط الإيجابي المتقطع (IPPB).
- مراقبة المرضى على أجهزة التنفس الصناعي.
- المساعدة في إجراءات الإنعاش القلبي الرئوي.
- النقل الآمن للمرضى المعتمدين على أجهزة التنفس أو الأكسجين.
- تعزيز التهوية بتطبيق جميع أشكال أنظمة الدعم التنفسي الإيجابي أو السلبي، الغازية أو غير الغازية.
- استبدال أنبوب الرغامي/فغر الرغامة في الحالات الطارئة.
- فطام المرضى عن جهاز التنفس الصناعي.
- إجراء تجارب CPAP لمرضى متلازمة انقطاع النفس أثناء النوم (SAHS).
- مساعدة طبيب أمراض الرئة في تنظير القصبات لمرضى التنفس الصناعي (لأغراض علاجية).
- المساعدة في إجراءات أنبوب الصدر (بين الأضلاع).
- إجراء تشخيصات مثل قياس التأكسج النبضي (أثناء الراحة وبعد الجهد)، وقياس التنفس بجانب السرير، ومراقبة ذروة التدفق الزفيري.
- إحداث البلغم بواسطة رذاذ المحلول الملحي مفرط التوتر.
- المساعدة في تشخيصات مثل قياس التنفس البسيط، اختبار ما بعد الموسع القصبي، قياس أحجام الرئة ودراسات الانتشار.
- البزل الشرياني والعناية بالخطوط الشريانية.
- المساعدة في تنظير القصبات التشخيصي للمرضى على أجهزة التنفس.
- التحقق من جميع أوامر الرعاية التنفسية مقابل أوامر الطبيب قبل التنفيذ، وتسجيل جميع الإجراءات في سجل المريض وسجلات القسم بدقة وفي الوقت المناسب.
- تقييم التطبيق الصحيح للمعدات/طرق الرعاية حسب حالة المريض، ومراقبة فعالية طرق الرعاية التنفسية، وتقييم الآثار الجانبية وتوثيق البيانات.
- تقديم رعاية محترمة للمرضى مع الحفاظ على كرامتهم.
- تنفيذ جميع الإجراءات وفق ممارسات مكافحة العدوى المعتمدة.
- تثقيف المرضى وعائلاتهم حول التعايش مع الأمراض التنفسية.
- تنظيف ومعالجة معدات التنفس (مثل التطهير، تغيير الأنابيب)، والتواصل مع قسم الهندسة الطبية للصيانة الوقائية، والحفاظ على مخزون المستلزمات لتجنب النقص.
- العمل كمصدر استشاري للأطباء والممرضين والموظفين الجدد فيما يتعلق بنظرية وتطبيق إجراءات ومعدات الرعاية التنفسية.
- وضع خطة عمل لضمان إنجاز المهام في الوقت المحدد وفق ممارسات القسم، وترتيب أولويات الطلبات.
- المحافظة على الموارد باستخدامها بشكل مناسب وحكيم.
- المشاركة في المناوبات لتغطية حالات الطوارئ في المناوبة الليلية.
- ممارسة التعلم الوظيفي الذي يعكس التكنولوجيا الحديثة ومعايير الممارسة الحالية.
- تقدير التعاون بين الأقسام واتباع أساليب متكاملة لحل المشكلات.
- المشاركة في جهود تحسين الأداء.
- الحفاظ على الاحترافية من خلال الالتزام بقواعد الحضور والانصراف وزي العمل المؤسسي.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في وحدة العناية التنفسية.
- درجة دبلوم في العلاج التنفسي (للفنيين) أو درجة بكالوريوس في العلاج التنفسي (للأخصائيين).
- إجادة جيدة للغة الإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة.
- ترخيص مزاولة المهنة من الهيئة الصحية التنظيمية الإقليمية (مثل الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية / هيئة الصحة بدبي).
- شهادات BLS و ACLS.
المهارات المطلوبة
- القدرة على التواصل بوضوح مع المرضى والموظفين.

- Performs the following therapeutic procedures:
- Administers chest physical therapy including breathing exercises with or without the use of incentive
- Administers therapeutic gases including oxygen using different oxygen administration equipment.
- Administers bland or medication aerosols and humidification using a variety of techniques and equipment.
- Performs nasotracheal/tracheobronchial aspiration.
- Performs Intermittent positive pressure breathing (IPPB).
- Monitoring patients on mechanical ventilation.
- Assists in performing the following therapeutic procedures:
- Cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
- Safe transportation of ventilator or oxygen dependent patients.
- Augments ventilation by applying all forms of positive or negative invasive and non-invasive mechanical
- Emergent tracheostomy/endotracheal tube replacement.
- Weaning from mechanical ventilation.
- CPAP trials for patients with Sleep Apnea Hypopnea Syndrome (SAHS).
- Assists pulmonologist with bronchoscopies for mechanically ventilated patients (therapeutic purposes).
- Chest (intercostal) tube procedures.
- Performs the following diagnostic procedures:
- Pulse oximetry both at rest and after effort.
- Bedside spirometry and Peak Flow Rate monitoring.
- Sputum induction by hypertonic saline nebulization.
- Assists in performing the following diagnostic procedures:
- Simple spirometry, post bronchodilator test, measurement of lung volumes and diffusion studies.
- Arterial punctures and care for arterial lines.
- Assists pulmonologist with bronchoscopies for mechanically ventilated patients (diagnostic purposes).
- Verifies all ordered respiratory care against the Doctors order prior to administration. Records all respiratory
- Evaluates the proper application of the equipment/care modality per the patient's condition, monitors the
data properly.
- Provides patients with considerate and respectful care. Preserves the dignity of the patient.
- Performs all procedures in strict accordance with approved infection control practices (refer to RCS unit IC
- Educates patients and patients’ families to scope with respiratory illnesses.
