تعلن فقيه للرعاية الصحية عن توفر وظيفة أخصائي - العناية الحرجة للكبار في المدينة المنورة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم الرعاية للمرضى وفقاً للصلاحيات الممنوحة ووفقاً لمعايير الرعاية وسياسات فقيه للرعاية الصحية وإجراءاتها.
- توثيق جميع الرعاية المقدمة وفقاً لسياسات وإجراءات التوثيق في فقيه للرعاية الصحية.
- تقديم التوعية والتواصل الفعال مع المرضى، وذلك بالتعاون مع الطبيب المعالج للمرضى الداخليين.
- أداء أو المساعدة في أداء الإجراءات الطبية/الجراحية وفقاً للصلاحيات الممنوحة.
- تقديم التقارير الطبية المطلوبة للمرضى في الوقت المناسب ووفقاً لنموذج فقيه للرعاية الصحية.
- حضور الاجتماعات القسمية والأنشطة العلمية والمساهمة في تعليم وتدريب المبتدئين.
- تطوير فهم شامل لسياسات فقيه للرعاية الصحية وإجراءاتها والمشاركة الفعالة في تنفيذها.
- تثقيف المرضى وعائلاتهم حول الحالات الصحية والعلاجات والتدابير الوقائية.
- أداء مهام أخرى تُكلف بها ضمن نطاق المسؤولية ومتطلبات الوظيفة.
- أداء جميع المهام والواجبات بطريقة تدعم قيم فقيه للرعاية الصحية المتمحورة حول الشخص.
- المساهمة الفعالة في مبادرات التحسين المستمر ضمن نطاق الدور.
- الالتزام ببروتوكولات السلامة والسعي بشكل استباقي لمعالجة أي مخاوف متعلقة بالسلامة الوظيفية.
- الحفاظ على السرية التامة لجميع المعلومات الحساسة التي يتم الوصول إليها أو التعامل معها أثناء العمل.
- الالتزام والتمسك بمدونة قواعد السلوك وسياسات فقيه للرعاية الصحية والمعايير الأخلاقية.
- إكمال التعليم الإلزامي حسب المتطلبات قبل شهر واحد على الأقل من تاريخ انتهاء الصلاحية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- إكمال خبرة وفقاً لهيئة التنظيم الصحي الإقليمية (كما هو مذكور في التعليم) في مجال التخصص، في مراكز طبية معترف بها.
- شهادة البورد / الزمالة / الماجستير.
- إكمال تدريب منظم في مجال التخصص أو التخصص الفرعي في مركز طبي معترف به، والحصول على أعلى درجة سريرية في ذلك التخصص يمكن أن يمنحها المركز الطبي.
- رخصة مزاولة المهنة وفقاً لهيئة التنظيم الصحي الإقليمية (مثل الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية / هيئة الصحة بدبي)، وشهادة دعم الحياة الأساسي (BLS) ورخصة متقدمة إذا كان ذلك applicable.
المهارات المطلوبة
- القدرة على التواصل بوضوح مع المرضى وعائلاتهم والأطباء والموظفين غير الطبيين.
- مهارات الحاسب الآلي (Microsoft).
- مهارات تنظيمية جيدة.
- القدرة على العمل في حالات الضغط العالي.

Key Responsibilities And Duties:
- Provides patient care as delineated in granted privileges and in accordance with standards of care and Fakeeh Care policies and protocols.
- Documents all provided care as per Fakeeh care documentation policies and procedures
- Provides education and effective communication to patients. This shall be done in collaboration with the attending physician for in-patients.
- Performs or assists in performing medical/surgical procedures as delineated in granted privileges.
- Provides patients with requested medical reports in a timely manner and as per Fakeeh care format.
- Attends departmental meetings and scientific activities and contributes to the teaching and training of juniors.
- Develops a thorough understanding of Fakeeh Care policies and procedures and effectively participates in their execution.
- Educates patients and their families about health conditions, treatments and preventative measures.
- Other duties as assigned within the scope of responsibility and requirements of the job.
- Performing all duties and tasks in a manner that supports Fakeeh’s Person-Centered care values.
- Actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, within the scope of the role.
- Adherence to safety protocols and proactively seeking to address any job-related safety concerns.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality of all sensitive information accessed or encountered during work.
- Adhering to and upholding Fakeeh Care’s code of conduct, policies and ethical standards.
- Completion of mandatory education as per the requirement, at least one month prior to expiration.
Job Requirements
Skills and Abilities:
- Must be able to clearly communicate with patients and their families, physicians
- and non-medical staff.
- Microsoft computer skills.
- Should have good organization skills and be able to work in high stress situations.
- Completion of experience according to the regional health regulatory authority (as mentioned in education) within the field of specialty, recognized medical centers.
- Board / Fellowship / Master.
- License for practice as per the regional health regulatory authority e.g. (SCFHS /DHA), BLS and advanced license if applicable.
- Microsoft computer skills.
- Should have good organization skills and be able to work in high stress situations.
- Completion of experience according to the regional health regulatory authority (as mentioned in education) within the field of specialty, in recognized medical centers.
- Completion of structured training in the field of specialty or subspecialty in a
- recognized medical center, and obtaining the highest clinical degree in that field of specialty that can be granted by that medical center.
- License for practice as per the regional health regulatory authority e.g. (SCFHS /DHA), BLS and advanced license if applicable.
