فقيه للرعاية الصحية تعلن عن توفر وظيفة فني تصوير بالموجات فوق الصوتية - أخصائي - أول في السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء فحوصات الموجات فوق الصوتية بما في ذلك تصوير البطن والحوض والتوليد والثدي.
- تقديم الصور إلى أخصائي الأشعة للمناقشة وإعداد التقارير.
- استدعاء أخصائي الأشعة للاستشارة أثناء الفحص في الحالات الصعبة.
- المسؤولية عن التعريف الصحيح للمرضى وموقع الفحص.
- شرح الإجراء وتوجيه المريض لاتخاذ الوضعية المناسبة للفحص.
- اختيار المسبار (transducer) وضبط إعدادات الجهاز حسب العضو المراد فحصه.
- إدخال معلومات المريض في جهاز الموجات فوق الصوتية للحفاظ على سجل الصور.
- تسجيل الصور على الجهاز ونقلها إلى نظام PACS.
- المسؤولية عن تسجيل تفاصيل المريض في سجل الدخول (logbook).
- الحفاظ على غرف الموجات فوق الصوتية مرتبة ونظيفة في جميع الأوقات.
- مساعدة أخصائي الأشعة في إجراء الإجراءات الخاصة مثل الخزعة أو التصريف.
- الحفاظ على المعرفة بجميع تقنيات التعقيم والإجراءات التمريضية اللازمة في مجال الموجات فوق الصوتية.
- المسؤولية عن معرفة جميع قواعد وإجراءات المستشفى اللازمة والتعامل مع حالات الطوارئ.
- تثقيف المرضى وعائلاتهم حول الحالات الصحية والعلاجات والتدابير الوقائية عند الاقتضاء.
- أداء مهام أخرى يتم تكليفها ضمن نطاق المسؤولية ومتطلبات الوظيفة.
- جميع موظفي فقيه للرعاية الصحية مسؤولون عن التحسين المستمر، بما في ذلك أداء جميع المهام والواجبات بطريقة تدعم قيم الرعاية المتمحورة حول الشخص في فقيه، والمساهمة الفعالة في مبادرات التحسين المستمر ضمن نطاق الدور، والالتزام ببروتوكولات السلامة ومعالجة أي مخاوف متعلقة بالسلامة الوظيفية، والالتزام بالسرية التامة لجميع المعلومات الحساسة التي يتم الوصول إليها أو مواجهتها أثناء العمل، والامتثال لسياسات ومعايير الأمن السيبراني لحماية أنظمة فقيه والمشاركة في التدريب والمبادرات التوعوية لمنع التهديدات السيبرانية، والالتزام بمدونة قواعد السلوك وسياسات ومعايير فقيه للرعاية الصحية، وإكمال التعليم الإلزامي حسب المتطلبات قبل شهر على الأقل من انتهاء الصلاحية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- الحصول على دبلوم تقني / إشعاعي مناسب أو درجة البكالوريوس مع تدريب خاص في الموجات فوق الصوتية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين بعد الدبلوم في ممارسة الموجات فوق الصوتية المستمرة.
- إجادة ممتازة للغة الإنجليزية (شفهياً وكتابياً)، ومعرفة اللغة العربية مفضلة.
- توفر ترخيص مزاولة المهنة من الجهة التنظيمية الصحية الإقليمية (مثل SCFHS أو DHA).
المهارات المطلوبة
- القدرة على التواصل بوضوح مع المرضى وعائلاتهم والأطباء والموظفين غير الطبيين.

Description
Job Purpose:
Performs ultrasound examination and assists the radiology in doing special and interventional procedures in ultrasound.
Key Responsibilities And Duties
Skills and Abilities:
Must be able to clearly communicate with patients and their families, physicians and non-medical staff.
Experience
Must be in continuous good ultrasonography practice and should hold at least 2 years post-diploma experience
Education
Appropriate radiographic / technological diploma / Bachelor degree with special training in ultrasonography
Language
Excellent command of oral and written English. Knowledge of Arabic is preferable
Licenses / Certifications
License for practice as per the regional health regulatory authority e.g. (SCFHS / DHA)
Job Purpose:
Performs ultrasound examination and assists the radiology in doing special and interventional procedures in ultrasound.
Key Responsibilities And Duties
- Performs ultrasound examinations including ultrasonography of the abdomen, pelvis, obstetric and breast.
- Submits the images to the radiologist for discussion and reporting.
- Calls the radiologist for consultation during the examination in difficult cases.
- Responsible for correct identification of patients and site of examination.
- Explains the procedure and instructs the patient in assuming physical position for examination.
- Selects transducer and adjusts equipment controls according to the organ to be examined.
- Keys patient information into ultrasound equipment to maintain record of images.
- Records the images on the machine and transfer it to PACS.
- Responsible for recording the details of the patient to the logbook.
- Keeps ultrasound rooms in a neat and orderly appearance at all times.
- Assists radiologist in performing special procedures such as biopsy or drainage.
- Maintains knowledge in all sterile techniques and nursing procedures necessary in the area of ultrasound.
- Responsible for knowing all the hospital rules and necessary procedures and handling an emergency situation.
- Educates patients and their families about health conditions, treatments and preventative measures if applicable.
- Other duties as assigned within the scope of responsibility and requirements of the job.
- Performing all duties and tasks in a manner that supports Fakeeh’s Person-Centered care values.
- Actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, within the scope of the role.
- Adherence to safety protocols and proactively seeking to address any job-related safety concerns.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality of all sensitive information accessed or encountered during work.
- Complying with cybersecurity policies and standards to protect Fakeeh’s systems and participating in awareness training and initiatives to prevent cyber threats.
- Adhering to and upholding Fakeeh Care’s code of conduct, policies and ethical standards.
- Completion of mandatory education as per the requirement, at least one month prior to expiration.
